Very atmospheric, sorry I didn't get to see the ghost. We stayed at the hotel in the castle itself, very beautiful two-storey rooms, the atmosphere is just super, especially when tourists leave after 18-00, the whole castle is at your disposal, I highly recommend it. Moreover, the cost of living is lower than in ordinary hotels in Minsk.
A very interesting place, you can admire the interior for a long time and walk along the towers of the castle, be careful of the very steep steps on the watchtowers. There is a very tasty restaurant with national cuisine. free parking near the castle
I was resting in the golden room 305. At night, the castle is for guests. And the room has a huge balcony overlooking two of the most beautiful towers!
A stunningly beautiful place, you get to the old days. The exposition is very interesting and the guides do a good job. You can also take an audio guide. I recommend everyone to visit, as well as Belarus in general - it is very sincere!
Super, there is a hotel and a cafe, you can go into the courtyard of the castle to feel the ancient atmosphere, there is a great park with a chapel nearby, you can buy souvenirs nearby, the park is well maintained and sparsely populated
The place is beautiful, worth a visit, I did not like that everything was made paid, even the entrance to the church. In front of me, a man sat down on a chair (throne?) who was standing in the courtyard of the castle, so the staff told him quite sharply that the money actually had to be paid for it..I think we need to communicate more carefully and politely with the guests, because it seems like everything should be organized in such a way as to make their day more interesting and better?!
We stopped by on the way, we thought an hour would be enough, we made a mistake) an hour was not enough. But they were on narrow stairs wherever they were allowed. The child did not have enough antiquity, everything was restored.
I really liked the Mir castle complex. It is beautiful, and aesthetically filled, a wonderful and interesting excursion, a gorgeous castle area. I had a tremendous pleasure! I recommend it for a visit!
There are only five cafes in the whole town. Of these, three do not work, one (Ragnedd) has a funeral and, in general, it's just terrible inside. The only working place is right next to the castle. But the prices are too high and the quality of the food is so-so
One of the most beautiful castles in Belarus. The most modern. Inside there is not only an excellent exposition with full immersion, but there is also a souvenir shop, a coffee shop, a restaurant. The places around are a bit deaf, but you can walk along the lake shore.

A beautiful place - both the castle itself and the surroundings. A huge number of things from the past, ancient halls, clothes, interior items. The towers were especially impressed with their steep stairs and the basement for prisoners, which still retains an atmosphere of horror and hopelessness..
A beautiful castle, the park is not very large, but well maintained. You can take an audio guide inside the castle. The exposition is interesting. I didn't like that when renting an audio guide, none of the museum employees suggested where the inspection of the exposition begins. We first examined the castle, returned the audio guide, and then, as it turned out, it was also needed when inspecting the premises and galleries in the courtyard. From there, in fact, the inspection had to begin.
We went with the children. They really liked it. There is a place to climb. Immerse yourself in the old days. The children liked it more than in Nesvizh Castle.
Extremely beautiful! Just a fabulous palace! They couldn't believe their eyes! It felt like we were in a fairy tale! The palace is magnificent! Near the lake with a small island. Inside the palace there are also magnificent views, we took an audio guide, listened to all the information with joy. Thank you so much for such a magical pleasure! Thanks! Thanks!
A wonderful castle, very beautiful and majestic. An interesting exposition!! We were in autumn, at the end of November, the weather did not allow us to walk around the castle for a longer time. In summer, it's probably great here, you can spend the whole day. A wonderful cafe on the territory of the castle.
A very interesting location, definitely worth a visit. So much work has been invested in the restoration, and the work continues. It's a pity that we couldn't take the tour, I think it would be very interesting! There are many halls, places to explore, the territory is well maintained, the park is nearby, we had a wonderful walk. There are souvenirs outside the castle walls!
In general, a great impression.
A real old castle, like in the movies! With defensive towers and loopholes, with very thick walls, a paved courtyard, and just a very beautiful place! It was very interesting to learn the history of the castle and its owners. Antique decoration, furniture, interior, portraits - everything makes an amazing impression. Among the disadvantages, I would note the oversaturation of tour groups. It is simply impossible to take a leisurely look at the expositions. Everyone is rushing and rushing. The following excursions literally step on the "heels". But, in general, I recommend definitely visiting this place.
You definitely need to visit this place, go through all all the stairs at all the available towers. Pay attention to the ceilings during the tour, they are works of art. Buy souvenirs as a keepsake
This place is amazing. A must-visit. An interesting exposition. There is a hotel, a cafe. There are various knights' interactive in the courtyard. The kids are super. It's a nice park. If there are no rooms in the castle itself, then you can stay in the town (village) of Mir. There is a hotel and a guest house there... There is a tavern nearby
A fabulously beautiful place, immersing in the Middle Ages. There are many rooms and stairs inside. Household items and decorations of that time are presented. Compared to other museums, there are not enough video and text descriptions. It would be nice to convey the atmosphere of mannequins in outfits depicting some kind of scene.
The staff was friendly, there were parking spaces across the street. There are not enough cafes near the castle.
There are a lot of people who conduct excursions. It is possible to listen to the tour through an earphone. Some exhibitions were closed. It was interesting for the children to run up the narrow stairs in the towers. It's good to go in the summer - you can walk around the park near the lake, ride horses. There is a parking lot, a restaurant, cafes, shops.
I recommend those who will be in Belarus to visit, the ancient beautiful interesting castle is not far from Minsk, we stopped by and passed here all day, there is a delicious restaurant and a hotel right in the castle)
A great place to visit! The castle was not so badly damaged during the Second World War. There are a lot of really ancient artifacts: dishes, carpets, furniture and more. There is an exit to the walls, a cafe at medium-affordable prices.
Amazing impressions of the castle! It 's incredibly beautiful . My recommendations for visiting . It is interesting for both children and adults. There is a museum on site.
An unfaithful, beautiful, delightful, magnificent place! There are many beautiful words to say, but they will not reflect reality. I really, really liked it. The tour of the castle was interesting. Walking around the area is very peaceful. We spent two nights in the hotel complex, the rooms are simple, but it was very pleasant to live in the castle. I really want to come back!
A wonderful place, immersed in the atmosphere of the Middle Ages, an excellent museum, be sure to take a guide. We were in July, the weather is beautiful. Two locks a day is a lot. A separate day is needed for Nesvizh.
The castle itself is excellent, the area around the castle is well maintained and clean. The expositions are not very large. As for me, it's worth taking a tour, and after it you can ask the guide to skip the second time to the museum without him and carefully consider everything yourself. And most importantly, for those who love romance, it is worth spending the night in a hotel room of the castle, and in the evening and in the morning when there are no visiting tour groups, most of the staff go home, you can take cool photos and enjoy the silence of the castle.
An amazing place where you can enjoy the ancient architecture, take a walk through the halls of the castle, as well as visit the towers with a basement and the walls of the castle!!! And also take a walk along the lake shore and pine alley!
A wonderful place to replenish knowledge about history. A large number of exhibits from the era of the 16th and 18th centuries. There are guided tours inside the castle. On the territory of the castle there is a hotel, a restaurant and a cafe. There are their own ghost stories.
I really liked the stairs in the towers are generally cool clean and well maintained there are not enough eateries cafes and restaurants and everything is packed with queues the staff is cultured friendly excursions modern approach
The best hotel: directly in the castle!!!! Magnificent duplex rooms, medieval interiors, wonderful staff, unforgettable sunrises and sunsets, a wonderful park, the tastiest steering wheel in the restaurant and, of course, the museum! - it was the best vacation ever!!!!
The castle looks majestic already at the entrance to it. A wonderful tour of all the halls. You can take an audio guide. The guides tell you very well about the history of the castle and who lived here.
An exhibition of wax figures is located separately here.
We arrived by car, there is a private parking.
In the courtyard, they offer to put on the armor of a knight or shoot a cannon.
Excellent hotel, location inside the castle. There are no problems with the parking lot. Polite and pleasant administrators. Nice clean equipped rooms. There is a restaurant on site, a shop opposite the castle. I definitely recommend it.
It is very beautiful, interesting, but you need to get ready to do fitness - very steep, high and narrow stairs in the towers) A gorgeous place! I recommend it!
Pros: it's a great idea to use the old castle as a hotel complex.
Cons: it is not convenient to carry things to the hotel room, you have to carry suitcases, jostling with crowds of tourists. Although the presence of a service entrance allows you to get to the elevator by a short cut from the guest parking lot. As well as the poor water quality in the hotel.
We have been here several times in different compositions and in different years. The renovation is already tired, but the main thing is an overnight stay in a medieval castle. All our children, friends, and now our grandson are delighted with this World!!!!
One of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Belarus, must-visit! A very interesting guided tour of the museum, as well as an independent inspection of the chapel and the fortress walls. In addition, a theatrical performance with the participation of "hired Scottish warriors" was held in the courtyard, it was very atmospheric!
A gorgeous place! At a very high level, starting from the entrance to the museum building, the organization is at a height, interesting excursions, many exhibits, original pieces of furniture, a souvenir shop. We liked everything, we visited many places, this museum complex impressed us. I recommend you to visit.
We were glad to visit Mir Castle. The ticket price is 16 rubles for an adult and 8 rubles for a child or student. There is plenty of time to see all the expositions, you definitely shouldn't rush))
Of the cons: you spend a lot of time (we were 5 hours), and in the fresh air - your appetite will be aroused, but with the organization of "what to have a snack" everything is difficult ((
There is a "Restaran" in the courtyard of the Castle, for example; drinking water 0.5 liters costs 3.5 rubles
Based on this, we drank some water and arranged a fasting day)))))
Take something to eat with you! Have a good time!

The place is very interesting. The park is small, everything is well maintained, clean, neat. The castle itself is a real fortress. There are different tickets to different rooms in the castle - convenient if you want to see something specific. The main exposition is good! The best choice, in my opinion, is to walk with an audio guide: I stopped where I wanted, no one pushes me or pulls me further. The stairs are very steep and narrow, so it will be uncomfortable for people who are large or claustrophobic.
You probably shouldn't take a ticket to the dungeon, because there's just nothing to look at (a cold little cellar with no exhibits except for one small one).
The staff is understanding, responsive, smiling and friendly. For this, I have a special respect. We were with a small child and with a kalyaska (it is simply unrealistic to carry a kalyaska around the courtyard, because large sharp stones and a stroller simply cannot move them). The staff offered to leave the stroller on guard and we calmly visited the exposition with the baby and everything where we could get through with the little one. Thank you for your understanding.
The souvenir shop has a large selection for every taste and budget. The staff also lifted the mood with their reaction to the antics of our little one, for which they are especially grateful.
However, there is also a disadvantage - this is a restaurant. They cook, of course, from excellent products, but my wife did not like the pancakes (well, very fatty ones). In other places where we were, the pancakes were more pleasant to our taste. Something like the roast pork that I took, it was impossible to chew: hard fibers or just no meat, just lard). Although the restaurant staff behaved super correctly and with understanding. There are no questions for the waiters/waitresses.
You can safely recommend visiting the complex. What and where to visit is your purely personal choice.
