A restaurant with an interesting menu, a high level of service and good views, even if you did not manage to take a table by the window, you can go out onto the spacious terrace and enjoy the view of Minsk from the height of the 28th floor)
I liked everything from the food: hot salads and shingles (according to the results of all the places where I was in Belarus, I liked it the most)
The price tag is decent (Moscow), but the quality /service is at the appropriate level. Even the furniture is comfortable)
A couple of comments from the administration:
1. There was frankly little tea in the kettle and the tea itself is of poor quality (you need larger leaves and at least three times more portions - otherwise it's just tinted water) Good black tea is not difficult to find and not expensive)
2. A separate bathroom for women in one corner of the establishment and for men in the other is very unusual and creates a stupor, it is unnecessary with individual cabins.
But overall, it's a very positive impression.👍

The View restaurant left the most pleasant impressions! Excellent cuisine — all the dishes were very tasty and beautifully served. Separately, I would like to mention the panoramic view, which makes lunch or dinner truly special.

A must-have choice for those who want to see Minsk from a bird's-eye view. The restaurant is located on the 25th floor, which looks like an ordinary skyscraper, but already climbing in the glass elevator cabin sets you up for a magical vibe. We did not book in advance, as we decided to come in spontaneously, after a walking tour. But viewpoints are usually reserved. Thanks to the administrator Tatiana for the individual approach from our whole family - I found a table for 4 people with wonderful views.
The menu is very informative, we wanted to develop the romance of the place with desserts and pink sparkling wine - a big 5 out of 5!👏👏👏

My husband invited me to a romantic dinner on my birthday.
Everything was delicious, the service was excellent, and the view was amazing.
As for alcohol prices, they are quite high, and the rest of the menu is affordable.
I was also pleased that he could go out on the veranda and smoke with a view of the city.
I would like to note the appearance of the waiters, not a drop, not a crumb on the snow-white shirt, ironed without a single crease!

Celebrated DR 03/16/2025 I liked everything. Cozy atmosphere, delicious food and unobtrusive staff. The order arrived quickly enough. A surprise compliment from the restaurant in honor of the Birthday added charm. It was a pleasure. We will definitely come back again.
P.S. Champagne + cocktail + two dishes, each about 150 rubles.

A very beautiful and romantic restaurant with an irresistible view of almost the whole of Minsk. The service is good, it's obvious that the restaurant. Friendly staff. It's tolerable for money, in many establishments it's much more expensive, but at the same time the service and the view are worse. The food is very tasty, the service is beautiful, we ordered a salad and the hot stuff is very tasty, there's not even anything to cling to. In general, I recommend it, especially for couples :)

Perfectly! The interior is elegant. The view from the panoramic windows is amazing. The waiters serve unobtrusively and delicately. Everything is decent and intelligent. We were pleased with the breakfasts. The dishes are varied, beautifully decorated and delicious. I really liked the "Spinach pancakes with salmon" and "Ricotta casserole with mint pesto" – an example of an ideal breakfast. Also, special thanks for the desserts from the main menu: "Chia and Mango seed Pudding" and the delicious signature dessert "The View", which was served in an original and unforgettable way – an example of haute cuisine.
The restaurant is rightfully considered one of the best in Minsk.

I liked everything from the booking stage (we offered a nice table with a great view in the center of the hall). At the entrance, they are greeted by friendly administrators, friendly, smiling, caring (as well as the cloakroom attendant). The hall itself is very cozy, with pleasant lighting, clean, modern, atmospheric, as well as the room near the wardrobe. A small floor lamp or candle is offered on the tables for comfort. On our evening (02.11) there was live music, where the performer had a wonderful voice and pleasant melodies. The waiter Artyom Demidovich was very friendly, friendly, came up quickly, all the ordered dishes were served similarly quickly, he was happy to give recommendations on the choice of alcohol and desserts (and everything met expectations). I liked the kitchen very much, all the dishes ordered were juicy, fresh, tender, delicious and decorated with soul. I was pleasantly surprised by the compliment from the restaurant for the birthday boy (dessert). We were satisfied with everything. Dirty dishes are removed from the table very quickly, breaks between dishes are minimal. The menu is large, there is plenty to choose from. Thank you very much to all the restaurant staff! Perhaps the best restaurant in Minsk, it is not for nothing that it is in the first place in all charts. A cozy room on the 28th floor with a wonderful view and access to the balcony, excellent service and attention from the staff and simply fantastic food (pancakes with pike caviar, cold potato and potato dough) - all this at a very modest price tag by the standards of Moscow and St. Petersburg.
And yes, Minsk is beautiful, clean and very cozy from a bird's eye view

We ordered 3 items each: salad, hot and dessert. The serving of dishes, except dessert, is weak. The fried scallops generally looked unpresentable, but it was delicious. For the price they charge, I would like a more beautiful presentation and tastier. The salad with papaya and passion fruit was below average, the lettuce leaves were bitter, and some papaya pieces tasted like carrots... the duck is flawless, but there is very little of it. But there are questions about the kitchen, unfortunately, I ordered tartar with salmon, scallop and tuna. As a result, the whole dish without lemon was poured with butter so greasy that I asked for bread and could not eat it. The second course I ordered pancakes with pike caviar. Where the pancakes were either burnt, or fried in secondary oil, they were generally bitter. As a result, my stomach ached even in the restaurant, everything worsened upon arrival home, I did not call an ambulance, everything went well.

The most important advantage of this restaurant is the view from the window! Very beautiful. The kitchen is not bad, the price tag is adequate. The staff is very friendly. We were with a friend for the first time in Minsk, on 02/17.24 we decided to have dinner at this institution (the taxi driver advised while driving us from the airport). I read the reviews, it turned out that it is necessary to book a table, because there are often no empty seats. We called, booked, had dinner, looked at Minsk at night from the height of the 28th floor, the impressions are excellent. By the standards of Yekaterinburg, it is inexpensive, dinner for 2 big men cost 250 Belarusian rubles. I definitely recommend you to visit!
