Their cuisine is wonderful. Especially Alfredo pasta is a heartbreak🤌 The guys are great, they always serve with a smile. Coffee, pastries are also top. A modern, beautiful and most importantly delicious place. I definitely recommend it!

Nice place, friendly staff. You can chat with your friends in peace. Large portions of delicious coffee. The only sad thing is that closer to 21:00 a lot of things end up on the menu. It's not always possible to arrive early. The situation is not forced.

I recently visited this restaurant and, unfortunately, was somewhat disappointed. The service was rather slow, which gave the impression of confusion and lack of attention to the guests.
Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not meet expectations: the dishes turned out to be less tasty than expected and did not justify their cost.
The only positive aspect was the design of the establishment, which is really impressive and creates a pleasant atmosphere. However, this is not enough to recommend a restaurant. Overall, my visit did not leave a positive impression.

Tim's Cafe is a place where you can forget about the hustle and bustle and enjoy a cozy atmosphere. Their coffee is just great - fragrant, hot and with a rich taste. I also appreciated their choice of snacks, perfect with drinks. The service was always friendly and attentive. All in all, Tim's is a great place to relax and enjoy high-quality coffee in a pleasant environment.

TIMS HAS BECOME TERRIBLE!!! Service, we had to wait 40 minutes when finally we would receive an order, we had to call the waiters 10 times! We haven't even eaten! We just got up and went to the checkout ourselves, at least to order a LATTE!!!!! And what we got, instead of ice LATTES, we got ICE MILK!!!!!! To give MILK for ice, where coffee does not even smell 25,000 soums????? Save on ingredients = save on your brand + reputation!!!! The horror!!!! We'll have to look for a new and normal place! We will definitely not come to Tims anymore!!!!

The first cool place in Tashkent that I visited a year ago and a year later is completely degraded. I'm very worried about what's going on with Tims, I love this place, but it's getting worse and worse. Staff: tired, exhausted and not attentive. You need to look, call, shout, they bring the wrong thing. Solution: put the buttons to call the waiter, optimize shifts and not overload the guys. Food: they used to cook well, but now it's like they took the staff from MaxWay to themselves, only fast food turns out well. The quality of the ingredients is so-so, salads are often weathered and old and not tasty. The solution: to raise the prices of dishes, it is no longer 2022, and you can raise the price tag by 10-20 thousand and give food of better quality. Another problem with the contingent will be solved: noisy groups of young people (under 20 years old). Atmosphere: the interior needs to be updated, now it looks more like an old worn-out tavern, in the evenings you can add a chip so that people do not disperse (at least put candles on tables like in a Cheese factory, live music, etc.). In general, I look forward to the development of Tims and its entry into a more premium segment, rather than rolling into Maxway. I will rewrite the comment, as everything will be OK.

The worst pizza that I ate in Tashkent, terrible tasteless cheese, no tomato sauce (just touched the raw tomatoes on top and that's it), what is declared as pepperoni is more like a sausage "friendship" from pyaterochka. To be fair, they changed the pizza for a chicken sandwich without any questions, which was quite good. The tea is delicious

Smoothies are impossible to drink, solid ice. It's the same with a hot breakfast in general. It's a shame.
There are complaints about breakfast: there are grains of salt in the salad, boiled crushed beans also look strange.
I wanted to leave a review on the card on the table, but user flow is frankly a dead end. Not only do I need to register, but I haven't found exactly where to leave a review in this application. It used to be my favorite place, my husband and I often went there. But lately I have been very unhappy that Shota Rustavelli, that both establishments left a bad impression here!!! Firstly, the service, we had to wait 20-30 minutes for the order to finally be accepted, then the delivery: it feels like we decided to finally finish off😏😏😏 we ordered a salad, warm water for the child, coffee, breakfast, sandwich and tarragon ... all this was served with a difference of 15-20 minutes, at first for some reason they brought tarragon😏 then barely water, after a while salad, then coffee ... well, about breakfast and a sandwich, too, you can wish for the best, the terribly dry salad was with them, everything was so not tasty that despite the fact that we were hungry, we had to eat what we brought🤷🏻♀️ The service and the kitchen are all terrible!!!

But! A huge but! Once the institution was the most beloved, now, especially over the past year, it has deteriorated greatly.
1. Staff: they work very slowly, ignore, do not take an order for a long time and carry the bill for even longer.
2. Food: a game of Russian roulette. Sometimes it's good, but more often it's terrible. What was delicious is either cleaned or spoiled.
3. And also, the menu. They used to have a great menu: in a wooden cover and with photos of all the items. Now there's some kind of piece of plastic toilet paper.
4. Why play music so loud? It wasn't like that before (but I'll pay tribute: the playlist is not bad).
5. And instead of beautiful dishes: ugly and sometimes even dirty.

I visit the city as a tourist. I always went to this place, because I knew that everything was at 9! I was disappointed on this visit:
1. The staff has deteriorated. They waited a very long time for our order to be accepted, I had to go to the checkout myself, so they told me to "sit down and wait for the waiter!!!!"
2. The menu turned from a good-quality book into a piece of paper in lamination, with a minimum set of pictures. It's also all stained. It feels like I came to the diner for a doner.
3. The quality of the dishes has deteriorated, It feels like they are saving on ingredients.
In general, we will have to look for a new institution 🥲
