We had a rest at the end of May, the weather is great. We arrived a little earlier, we paid extra for early check-in. The rooms are clean and freshly renovated, the bed linen is made of natural fabrics. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, TV. Curtains are black out, it is very comfortable to relax. The hotel accepts rubles, dollars and euros. There is an exchanger in the city. It was the child's birthday, and a plate of fruit, wine, fanta, cola and mineral water were brought to the room as congratulations.
The food is very tasty and varied, a large selection of vegetables, snacks, greens.Very tasty pickled cheeses! Stuffed and dried olives.Meat of several types. Always fresh tortillas. Meat, fish and liver are fried in the grill area. Awesome pancakes for breakfast! Fruits include red and green apples, cherry plums, pears, apricots, nectarines, bananas, watermelon, melon. A huge selection of desserts. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, lemonades. Ice cream is served by the pool on the beach. Cocktails are made by all bartenders in different ways. The lobby bar is not tasty at all) in the pool bar, the tables and the floor are sticky.
The pools are large and clean, the slides are open from 10:00 to 17:00 with a lunch break. Sunbeds need to be occupied in the morning. Unfortunately, the sun beds and tables are not washed. There is a children's room. The night disco is not very good, the songs are old. The animation program is the same every day, sometimes dancers are invited to the evening program. You can also have lunch on the beach. They offer a burger, a burger, nuggets, French fries, pizza, tortillas, salad, fruits, and ayran.

Nice hotel. Not the best five, but great for your money. The food is good, there is a choice - a very tasty soup.
I would like to mention the rooms separately - modern interior, new, nice to be in. Each room, as I understand it, has its own balcony.
The animators are funny, brought variety to the rest with different activities.
Of the minuses, it could be noted that entering the sea is a pebble, not very pleasant, but tolerable. And the sea is not just super clean, but my friends and I were ok

We chose the hotel based on reviews. Arriving there was a terrible disappointment. Yes, the hotel is not bad, but it is a very budget option. The hotel is small, dark, without a territory. The room is very noisy if you open the window, the beds are uncomfortable, we didn't sleep well all vacation. The only thing is very close to Alanya, we went by bus ourselves. Russian russians are the only ones who have a rest, the staff speaks Russian, these are the advantages. The kitchen is fine, the snack bar on the beach is not delicious. The beach has stones and pebbles, an inconvenient approach for the elderly and with small children, the sea is clean, beautiful blue color. In general, I recommend the hotel to those who are traveling for the first time and have not rested in the top five.

We rested with a family of 3 adults from 22.10 to 31.10 2024. Upon check-in at the reception, they immediately informed us that if you want a room now, then pay 10 dollars or 1 t.p., if not, then wait until 14:00, we encountered this for the first time, usually if there are available rooms they immediately check in, and do not require money, it turns out there is a room for money, without money no, we didn't pay anything, changed into a spa and went to the beach, the beach is rocky, walking barefoot is not an option at all, entering the sea is stones and at the bottom of the sea large stones can beat off all your legs, it's better to swim in coral slippers, many sunbeds on the beach are broken, there are no fasteners at the headboard or yourself a sunbed with cracks in the center, beach towels, you can't look at them without tears at all with holes, stripped, threads hanging, horror.
The rooms themselves are beautiful, with a good design, but there is no kettle in the room and there is only one trash bucket in the toilet and it is so small that if you throw the cup out from under the water, nothing else will fit.
There was water, a bottle of Cola and fanta in the Mini-bar upon check-in, then there was nothing.
We didn't have any cleaning as such for 9 days, we just made the bed and took away the garbage to wipe the floors, remove dust, or clean the mirror, I don't say anything at all.
We were late for a meeting with an intourist guide, Ibrahim, when we arrived, he started yelling at us, refused to take a voucher (as I understand it, because we did not take excursions from him)This is also the first time we have encountered such a thing.
The food at the hotel is also somehow meager, the choice of cheeses, sweets, side dishes and hot is small, there was always only melon, apples, sliced orange and green tangerines from fruits. The plates are often dirty with dried fat, a lot of dishes with chips, tablecloths on the tables with stains can be seen old and worn.
The bar does not do without alcoholic cocktails, I'm shocked, in general it feels like we were in 3*, not 5* with ultra all inclusive.
The cafe on the beach does the same thing every day, shawarma is just chicken meat in pita bread, two types of pizza are not edible, two salads, one tomatoes with cucumbers and the second is just lettuce leaves, there is also a burger, which is also not edible.
The hotel sucks completely, the only advantage of this hotel is its location, within walking distance to the shopping center and other retail shops.

We checked into the Timo Hotel, which, it turns out, does not quite correspond to its 5-star title, but rather 3⭐️. We were greeted at the reception by a charming man who was so pleased to inform us that in order to check in immediately, we only need to pay 1000rubles. And if we don't want to pay, then we can safely wait a couple of hours until we feel uncomfortable ourselves. There are three of us adults, but only one was given the room key. The room was asking for cleaning, because there was hair in the bathroom all the time, the mirror and sink were as dirty as the mood after such a "relaxing" headdress. Paul was clearly delighted with the lack of washing, and no one had any intention of touching the dust there at all. The bed linen was not changed, but simply covered so that you would not bother. The dining room had an atmosphere of cozy filth: dirty dishes, stained tablecloths, and flies that seemed to have decided to have lunch too. Breakfast was so fascinatingly monotonous that the same menu was served every day, but dinner on Tuesdays was a real fairy tale! And how surprised I was by the lack of animation! But the animator 4 is just a surprise! And by the way, the girl who is so actively photographing you at lunch and posting you online for discussion is just taking care of your popularity and career!💩

We had a rest in May 2024. The hotel itself and the rooms are well renovated. Delicious food, but... it's not UAI at all! In the bars on the beach and the pool with water slides, only beer and wine are made of alcohol. The entrance to the sea is sand with pebbles, but more pebbles. Corals are needed for a comfortable entrance. The biggest disappointment is the sea..... After 11.00 it turned into a garbage can, because waste was dumped into it, in the form of crushed and whole plastic bags, paper cups, etc. of the bar. The waste was dumped through a pipe, which is dug into the sea from the beach bar itself. I found her swimming in the morning. It is located almost in the middle of the beach. At first we thought it was garbage from ships that pass, but after passing we went to the beaches of neighboring hotels and made sure that the dirt was only on TIMO beach. The beach bar itself was approached with this question at the reception. The next day, the garbage appeared after 15.00, but then everything was repeated again every day.

We were in hotels from April 28 to May 13, 2024. In general, it's not bad, but for me there is a minus! The staff is trying hard. Everything is clean. The diet is monotonous. There are a lot of people. Queues are everywhere. They even stand behind potatoes as if people don't eat it at home. There is no kettle in the room. It's not very convenient! Maybe someone doesn't care, but it's important to me. Since the coffee that is available on site is not possible to drink it. I bring with me the coffee that I like. A huge disadvantage is the location of the hotel. It is surrounded by roads on all sides. The main highway D 400 there is endless transport, and other roads on them are worn by locals in cars and their music is blaring at full volume until late. I'm a light sleeper, so I couldn't relax in this hotel! We won't be coming back because of this! There were plenty of sun beds on the beach whenever we came. Going to sea is not good for me. I couldn't go in without corals, but my husband went barefoot and everything suited him. The sea was stormy all the days. For a couple of days, the lifeguard did not let anyone in at all, a red flag was hanging. We arrived later than last year, but again we were unlucky with the weather, but it's hard to please nature here! We got caught in the rain and the storm!

Just got back from this hotel, everything is great. But there is a problem, at the moment there are a lot of children in the hotel from infants to schoolchildren and it is noisy. There are not enough sun loungers by the pool thanks to smart-ass parents who score places for their children and disappear for 2.3 hours because the kids need to sleep after lunch and the places continue to be occupied by them. Do not go to the sea without corals, solid large pebbles and at the bottom there are more stones on which you can injure your feet. It is better to swim from 8 to 10 after there is some kind of garbage discharge and the whole sea is dirty. Well, in terms of accommodation and food, the hotel is good. I'm staying at this hotel right now, for 5 days, drinking a delicious latte before going to bed and writing a review. The price corresponds to what you saw, even more) I like everything, there is something to compare it with (we have been driving to Turkey since 2013 (every year))
Food is the highest score (in all bars and restaurants) Salad with shrimp, mussels or squid just lick your fingers, fruits, grill....everything is just on top. Crayfish are delicious and salty for the Russian public!!!

The hotel inside is nice. Recently renovated. The room itself is spacious, with modern renovation. BUT then it turned out that the air conditioner works only for blowing, not cooling the room at all. From morning to night we were suffocating from the stuffiness. There are still rooms on the 1st floor with split systems, but they refused to replace the room. We have never seen such a thing in any hotel !!!! It's hot and stuffy!!!
There are no drawers in the room, the shelves are all open.There are cola and fanta drinks in the fridge only on the first day, then only water and they didn't even bring it to us.
Food: very monotonous, not tasty. It was the only day without complaints:trout and dorado fish, grilled tuna, seafood risotto, sushi and even bananas)
The rest of the days : dry chicken, chicken wings, French fries, some soured salads (carefully), noodles, spaghetti, tortillas. Fruits: plums, oranges, melons and watermelons.
Regarding the cleaning: the garbage was changed for the first time after 3 days.And the bucket is small only in the toilet. The floor was washed only for the 5th day.The bed linen has not been changed. In 8 days, towels were changed only twice.
The safe is paid ($ 2 per day).

I would really like to mention the work of the staff. The receptionists are very good-natured and friendly. We had a night flight with a flight delay, then until we got there, two more hours, generally very tired, finally arrived at the hotel. We were greeted very well, explained that we could have lunch and check in, as usual at 14.00. A young man at the reception named Tikin invited us, explained that the room was ready, you can go through, check in. Thanks a lot to him, they settled us earlier, and gave us a wonderful room on the 6th floor. We rested the last week of July 2024. The most "peak", as they say. But despite this, we were satisfied.
1. There is an air conditioner. Indeed, a day later, something went wrong with him. We went down to the reception. Everything has been fixed. I worked 100%. I must say that it "fries"
on the 6th floor, but the air conditioner is not shared there, but on the remote control, which is very convenient. We lived on the 4th floor. There were no problems with the air conditioner: they turned it on themselves, turned it off themselves.
2. The sea and the beach. There are fewer waves in the morning. The color of the sea is gorgeous)) The temperature is the warmest . There is a blue flag on the beach, which indicates that the beach is on the list of the best. And so it is. A small pebble at sunset cannot be compared with the stones of the Krasnodar Territory. Further out to sea there is sand, on which it is comfortable to stand and lean if necessary. We didn't need special shoes. Be sure to go to the sunset, the sky changes within an hour ... For comparison, we reached the paid Cleopatra beach in Alanya, where after small pebbles in the sea there are large boulders. Swimming is not comfortable even for experienced swimmers.
3. Swimming pools: 2 large, 2 children's. Clean. We noticed that a week later, at a new arrival, in the morning, everything is sanitized in the pools - showers and toilets. The toilets are gorgeous. With foam soap.
4. Beach towels. No problem at all. Yes, they are issued once a day in the morning. They pick it up in the evening. At check-out, we gave the towels at 13 p.m., no one was against it. We gave towels before dinner. We forgot, we didn't have time - towels on the balcony dry 100 percent overnight. On the first day, you will be given delicate blue towels, then blue ones)) but not critically.
5. Food - you will not stay hungry. Breakfast is served from 7 to 10. At 11.30 am, the beach bar opens, where you can eat traditional tortillas, fruits and fast food. Lunch is already at 12.30 ... Ice cream from 14 to 16 o'clock is very tasty.
Baklava and Turkish delight are bombastic. The rest of the sweets are for the amateur. I didn't like the rolls , but we'll eat them at home. The pizza on the beach is great. Fruits- they have their own - in abundance - sweet Watermelons, melons, grapes, plums and even apples. I do not know how you can manage to get hungry at night after such a meal))) I couldn't breathe by the evening …
6. Drinks - drinking water is available around the clock. Juices (diluted), cola, fanta, sprite, wine, cocktails and beer - unlimited during bar hours. And this is almost around the clock… Alcoholic cocktails - conscientiously (whiskey, vodka Smirnov) - they do everything in front of you.
7. In general, the hotel is customer-oriented. They will always help, cleaning every day. They can even bring water in a glass at dinner, if you ask (and not in a disposable cup. The water here is not bottled, but bottled in 200 ml in closed container glasses). It all depends on your mood. It's very chic for an unspoiled client.
And they settled us a little earlier with a view of the gorgeous Mediterranean Sea at our request (with a small surcharge).
8. Excursions are expensive. If you plan to go somewhere, keep this in mind. At the Bazaar, All prices are in euros (bargain boldly!). In the shopping center - in Lira (here without haggling). On excursions, purchases are charged in different currencies, Even by transfer through Sberbank. Turkish delight by weight - 3,500 rubles per kg, but it's awesome!!!! (You can buy it in the shopping center , 15 minutes walk from the hotel), there is also a bottle of wine 10 - 35 euros. The excursions are those that are close to the coast, on average 90 euros per person.
8. The only disadvantage is that there is no separate smoking area. This is a fact. But .. it's "all inclusive" here, too))
9. In the room there are disposable slippers, towels, cotton pads, chopsticks, a sewing kit. There are no toothbrushes or toothpastes. There is a hair dryer. Liquid soap at the sink and in the shower (aka shampoo). Shampoo in the hotel can be bought in the "shop" on the ground floor - from 3 to 5 euros…

We had a rest in August-September 2024. The staff is helpful, but I was outraged that they did not give me a second room key, as they were a big family (5 people). The kitchen is delicious, but someone dragged it to the rooms without any problems, and we were not allowed to take out a piece of watermelon to feed a small child. I liked the snack cafe, like in a restaurant (you sit down at the table, make an order, they bring it to you) and no one takes it anywhere: neither to the pool area nor to the sea. They don't make cocktails on the beach, only beer and wine, I didn't like it. The linen has not been changed once in a week. Nearby pharmacies, shops are a plus. The entry into the sea is decent. Number. Great clean. Everything is as in the picture on the website. Panoramic windows. Conday. TV. Lots of channels. There are many Russians. The balcony is large. Not French. View : mountains on the left, sea on the right. Cons of the room: the room is shared. 30 sq.m. hard to cool . At half the norm . It's a little hot in half. Street. The highway. It's very noisy. Plus, there is a lot of noise from industrial condos located on the street. It's better to settle on the odd side. They are not there. But there is SILENCE in the room with the balcony closed. There is a lobby inside the hotel. A quiet, peaceful place. There is an Internet connection. Free. It's not in the rooms. So that we don't have to sit by the numbers.

Now they are not flying to Turkey, but the Turkish low-cost airline Anadolujet and the service, as on Turkish airlines, should not be expected. The seats are uncomfortable, they do not fold out, they give you a glass of water or juice and a simple bun or a cheese sandwich on the way. We arrived at the hotel late, after 11 pm, we were offered a snack at 23-30 in the form of "night soup". Upon check-in, they put $ 20 in our passports (but we were with friends and this amount was for four) and asked for decent rooms. The rooms, in principle, are almost all the same, except for the 6th floor. There are rooms with a sloping roof. Well, there are also family rooms, but we had a standard, and we got it. The rooms are renovated, they look quite beautiful, even better than in the photos of the hotel. But from all the rooms you can hear the road and almost from all you can see a piece of the sea. They helped us carry our suitcases to the room, the guy was smiling, for which he received a tip) Of course, we didn't see any smiles at the reception and, basically, they always tried to pretend that they didn't understand anything in Russian. They only understood when it comes to exchanging money. They can exchange dollars and rubles for lira, which is very convenient. If you come up with a problem, they usually tell you to come back later. I mean, if you read the hotel group on VKontakte or telegram, then they write about very friendly staff everywhere, but we have never met such a person, except for the guy who carried suitcases)) Well, in general, reviews are not worth reading there. These groups are just like anti-advertising to the hotel. Some women, who, according to them, rest in this hotel 15 times a year for 15 years, have been singing laudatory odes, talking about a wonderful chef, 12 types of meat daily, etc. This, of course, is all present only in the fantasies of these women. And the much-praised chef would rather keep the restaurant clean instead of endless photos with guests. I repeat, we were in May and it was not yet the season, but there were enough people. Sun beds could be found by the sea, but it will be difficult with this in the season. We liked the pool, which is behind the hotel, but we mostly stayed at the bar at a table, not on the sun beds. The sun beds are usually occupied by children. The pool, which is located by the sea (across the street from the hotel building), has always been crowded. The sun beds there are constantly busy, there are crowds of children, the pool is crowded. Even when water polo is held, children still ride down the slide and get in the way of everyone. The animation on the beach seemed to be carried out. Well, the same water polo, aqua aerobics, volleyball, Pilates, darts, we even wanted to go, but there is no schedule anywhere. The animator girls are still very young and they are probably afraid of the guests and try not to offer their services once again. There are 2 bars on the beach. There are drinks and ice cream in one, drinks and food in the other, but again there is no timetable to figure out when ice cream is served. In the bar by the sea, they serve a customized menu, i.e. first you need to order everything from the waiter and he will bring you to the table. We liked the shawarma and pizza. It's very tasty, plus they also give French fries, it's great with beer. They also make gozleme, which are also very tasty. You can take fruits by yourself. Apart from beer and ayran, we didn't drink anything at the beach bar. Drinks were taken at the reception bar and by the pool behind the hotel. Well, they correspond to the cost of the hotel. You should not expect anything good from them)) but we tried raki, gin, wine, a few cocktails. They stayed alive)) We liked the campari with ice. We recommend it)) The food at the hotel is quite decent, if you don't expect 12 types of meat. Grill every day, but only one dish, except Turkish night. They'll do a couple there already. Basically, these are lula, cutlets, chicken and turkey. There were only a couple of fish. Once a mackerel and once a type of local trout. The queue for the grill in the evening and in the morning for an omelet is huge. There were fruits and vegetables. As everyone likes to say, it's hard to stay hungry, but of course there will be no frills. A huge disadvantage is that the tables are very poorly cleaned. No one is in a hurry to remove the plates with leftovers, and people are lining up in search of a table. It is impossible to find the appliances on your own, just wait for the waiter to cover. At the same time, he does not change the tablecloth or even the napkins from it, and does not even shake off the crumbs, but simply takes the dirty dishes and puts them clean. At this time, everyone's favorite chef takes his next photo)) On a Turkish night, everyone was decorated with balloons and given ice cream outside, after which there was a dancing show. Well, it was interesting to see. And so the animation is just for show. A few children's songs, then shows for adults like contests for the best couple of the hotel or music. We went to watch a couple of times under the hookah, which we took at the hotel. They offer for $20, but you can bargain. Wi-Fi works well only at the reception. In other places, it is almost impossible to use it. They cleaned up more or less. A couple of times, flowers were laid out for us and swans, but we always left tips. From the negative, we can also say about the air conditioner. It will probably be very hot in the summer. He's a little weak. We went to the bazaar next to the hotel on Wednesday. He's big. Vegetables and fruits are located closer to the center of the village. We bought ourselves some cheap strawberries. And so the location of the hotel is quite good, not counting the road, but the road is typical for almost the whole of Alanya. There are migros and pharmacies near the hotel. It is a 15-minute walk to the time center. The bus stop to Alanya is right next to the entrance to the beach. It takes 35 liras to get there. The area on the way to the beach is very well maintained and beautiful, well, except for the underpass. It is not known why moms with strollers and elderly people with chopsticks go to this hotel, because the beach can only be reached through the passage. The entry into the sea is not very, but tolerable. I swam in coral, it was uncomfortable without them. The village of Konakli also has a feature that pipes are very often located between hotels. What follows from them is unknown. Well, there is also such a pipe next to Timo.
Well, I've written a lot of flaws, of course. But if we talk about our vacation in general, then nothing could stop us from having a great rest. Well, in general, the hotel pulls in a solid four, maybe even 4+. The hotel can be very decent for its money. And if we consider it from budget options, then it is worthy of attention, but you need to imagine the level of service in advance and not have too much hope))))

We rested from 02 to 06/14/24 at this hotel. Everything is at level 4! The food alternates, fish day, turkey day, chicken day! There is no meat like beef or mutton! Fruits: nectarines, apricots, watermelons, melons, plums,pears,apples every day. Cheeses for every taste! Guzleme is given out by the granny piece by piece, eating control))) and to be honest, they were not ice, last year we rested in Utopia, they are much tastier there. there are drinks for every taste. There are no freshly squeezed juices, even for sale. The coffee is delicious. The most delicious food is tortillas and khachapuri, well, they are very tasty. No one will stay hungry for sure. On Tuesdays there were crayfish, mussels and shrimp. The sea is perfect until 10 a.m., then after the opening of the beach bar, there is an outright garbage drain through a pipe brought out to sea, at first I thought it was because of tourist ships, but as it turned out later, everything went out of the pipe into the sea, an incomprehensible yellowish liquid and finely chopped plastic. My husband swam and confirmed that there is a pipe! After the bar closed, the sea was clear again, it was from 17:30 somewhere. In addition, near the beach of the hotel, right in front of us, they dug and laid a pipe with, as they said, sewage, but these waters stank disgusting ((( We swam in the pool the rest of the time, there were 3 of them in the hotel, one indoor, two on the street, one with slides, Sonnulkin spent all the time there. The most terrible thing that has never happened to us before in Turkey, this time my son and I caught E. coli, and pharmacies only have activated charcoal. They suffered very hard. During the entire stay at the hotel, the bed linen was changed once in 12 days and then after the remark. Evening programs for adults, norms.(Turkish dancing, magician, etc. There is a children's pool on the beach, but there are not enough sun beds. There are 2 swings on the territory and that's it. There is no children's room. For adults, volleyball is one of the daytime activities on the beach, men played polo, darts, table tennis in the pool.tennis and lawn tennis, lawn tennis balls $ 5. Near the bar on the beach, a woman bakes gozleme tortillas, the most gorgeous!!! Breakfasts, lunches, dinners in the main restaurant are also sooo diverse, there is everything and different meat (chicken, turkey, lamb, beef) .
