We had a rest in August 2022. The hotel was chosen based on positive reviews, it turned out in vain. The rooms themselves are not bad, but the bathrooms are terrible. Obviously in need of repair, the shower is leaking, rust, falling off tiles. About cleaning, we cleaned every day, but the quality of cleaning is disgusting. The floor was washed exclusively in the middle, no one cleaned the balcony for all 10 days. Cleanliness in the restaurant is also at zero: dirty tablecloths and appliances. Separately about the beach: broken sun beds, dirty mattresses. The towels are terrible, both in the room and on the beach. It feels like they haven't been updated for 15 years. They write that small pebbles, in fact small pebbles are a small strip, then huge stones. There is nothing special about food, neither bad nor good. It's practically the same thing every day. Of the advantages, there is a beautiful hall, a lot of greenery in the evening, the backlight turns on. Well, the staff is nice and helpful. Except for one woman in the spa area. He very aggressively imposes massage services, when you refuse, you become an enemy. In general, the hotel is 3+, but not a top five according to the "ultra everything is included" system

I would like to write a review about this hotel. At the settlement, they paid $ 10 not to sit and wait until 14:00. That's why they settled us right away. We were given a room on the 6th floor 1640. The room is large, there were 3 of us.
I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff. Everyone is working to make it pleasant and comfortable for vacationers.
Gulnara, a very pleasant woman, works at the spa. We got such relaxation from them. I advise everyone.
The chef is doing a great job. How everything is set up, the work is going on, everything is like clockwork. Greets vacationers with a smile. He wishes you a pleasant appetite. Such a variety of dishes, everyone will be full. There is food for every taste.

We had a rest from August 8 to 17. I liked the hotel, it looks like a ship inside. The staff is friendly, almost no one understands Russian. But they try very hard to please.
There is a disco for children in the evening. If you and your child decorated a T-shirt by the pool at the sea in the afternoon, you will be handed it at a children's disco.
The food is ordinary. The sweets are delicious.
Ask for linen to be changed by the hour. Since y. Cleaning can be done at four o'clock in the afternoon. We were asleep at the time and refused.
The hotel is not worth 5 stars, I will say right away. But a good one. We went for the first time, we have nothing to compare with.
Next year we will choose a hotel according to other criteria.
And also choose the highest floor. Well, at least start with 4. There are 6 of them in total. If you are settled for the first one, you will have to pay 20 dollars extra, offer it yourself. And you will be put in another room. If anything, you can take a small tray with you. Our children wanted to have a snack in the evening, so the tray helped out😃Plates cannot be taken out to the rooms.Drinks are allowed.
We recommend the hotel. And before dinner, put your thing on chairs or on the table, for example, a cap. If you want to take a seat near the stage. You can take it already at six o'clock, half past six.
There are night tours, but they are paid, expensive.

Hello everyone. We had a rest in July 2021. We liked the hotel. The staff is responsive, always positive. The food is delicious, the rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day. The sea is clean, the animation is interesting, 3 swimming pools, a snack bar on the shore. There is a hammam at the hotel. I visited the hammam and was very pleased. I went to Giovanni's for a massage. Giovanni is a master of his craft. He does massage professionally and with dedication. You can come just for this massage. We had a great rest! I recommend. We rested from 08/29/29 to 09.09 liked everything.
The room was on the 6th floor, cleaned daily, towels were changed daily too.
The sea was wonderful, the first 2 days were waves and the next days were just fire, although there was almost no entertainment for adults, but it didn't bother us much.We were going to the sea.
I would like to express my gratitude to the chef of the restaurant Ali, this is just an amazing person who lives at work, always tries to please and help everyone, well, just a master of his craft!
There is enough food for every taste, especially cakes, it's just a bomb, ice cream on the beach.
I also recommend the spa, Lena and Tuno are very friendly and ready to help tell you what to do, I also recommend massage at a high level.

A good hotel, but it pulls on 4 stars. The food is not bad, delicious, but with a variety of trouble. The rooms are poorly cleaned, there is no ventilation in the bathroom. First of all, I want to wish everyone that your long-awaited vacation was the most wonderful and gave you a lot of memories.
Now to the point (All of this is purely my personal opinion!!!).
Positive:
1. The sea is warm and cool;
2. The staff is responsive (understands Russian);
3. Shopping center with a McDuck in 1km and minimarkets in 10min walk;
4. Change of towels for the beach from 11 to 12 every day.
CONS:
1. The room was cleaned for the first time after 5 days of rest, although when asked, they said OK, OK;
2. Air conditioners do not freeze, but simply drive the air like fans (this is the opinion of many vacationers);
3. The slide does not work in the main pool, which has a disgusting effect on vacationers, because there are (like) main parties;
4. Animation just sucks completely - every day some horseradish in a hat shouts something at a cross between three languages and Turkish lace, which all shake after 15 minutes;
5. Only RUSSIANS!!! (Think for yourself here). They climb up themselves to put all the dishes with a mountain, although there is a staff and a restriction zone;
6. No guides on transfers from the airport to the hotel and back.
I'm not picky, but I won't go to this hotel anymore (it's not 5 stars in any way)! :((

We stayed at this hotel from May 12-21, arrived at the hotel around 10 a.m., we were fed and settled immediately, the room was given a view of the pool, the rooms are large and cozy, the food is delicious, varied, the staff is very attentive and responsive, I especially want to thank Bircan Özdoğan bar captain and Ömer Aksu resturant şefi, very friendly guys, always served coffee and wished you a pleasant appetite, the sea was cool, but that's why it's May, the territory is average and always clean, generally solid 5, we want to come back again in October! The hotel is beautiful, but there is a problem: Terrible service in the hotel, not friendly staff, angry (well, or they are tired of vacationers already ((!!! they also have a free hammam, which turns out to be paid, but you will only find out about it when you go there, there is also a spa on the ground floor with terribly unpleasant employees who will be rude and rude to you if you refuse their procedures!!!If you want a massage or hammam procedure, then it is better to use it anywhere but in this hotel!!!So in general, everything is fine 👌 a cool restaurant and very tasty food, considering that this is a family hotel, be prepared for the fact that after 22:00 everything ends and everyone goes to bed.We didn't know about it and were a little shocked))

We had a rest for the first time, so in general it's fine.But I wouldn't come here again.
About the room:
After 2.5 hours on the bus, I really wanted to take a shower and sleep. And oh, my surprise when I found that there were no slippers or a bathrobe in the bathroom, and after a couple of days I got a leaky towel)) Further-more. There were no toothbrushes either, so there was shopping in the morning. There is a real problem with the light, only lamps, it is very dark. There were problems with the lock, it opened every other time, we had to call a specialist. But we had a beautiful view of the mountains.The room itself is spacious.
Meal:
There are a lot of dishes, but half are not tasty or a very strange combination (salad:corn with herring and something else). The vegetables were not fresh. Beer was sometimes given in 0.2 glasses, nuts and chips were bought at the store. The desserts were delicious! I don't have a sweet tooth, but I couldn't stop eating desserts.
Sea:
Pebbles, it hurts my legs very much. I only went to the sea in slippers, but even when I went into the sea I ran into rocks. We went with a married couple, they have a small child, always with a stroller. There is no ramp in the underpass!
One of the advantages is a good pool with slides, they were fed delicious burgers at lunch. We always found free sun beds, clean water.
About the hotel and staff:
The hotel itself is stuffy, they save on air conditioners. There is no disco or program for young guys, you have to go to the city.
The big plus of the hotel is the staff.Very friendly, always help, prompt, meet with a smile.
The people in the area are generally friendly. Wherever you go, you will always be treated to something, given something.
The hotel is on a weak 4, but definitely not 5*. On the tour, I talked with guys from different hotels and many complained. Someone had champagne poured at 3* , and someone at 5 * did not even have porridge for breakfast. It is not clear how they put these stars, according to what criteria

Dignities:
1. Convenient location - 15 minutes by bus to Alanya, 10 minutes on foot to the center of Konakli.
2. Very helpful, friendly staff.
3. 4 swimming pools, 2 children's 2 adults, good slides.
4. Visitors praise the food, but it seemed to me personally that the food is like food.
5. You can even drink free alcohol, you don't want to spit out wine right away, they make cocktails.
6. They say that animation is good, but I'm not a connoisseur.
Disadvantages:
1. Outdated, noisy rooms. The quietest ones with a view of the highway, the rest are very noisy from the animation. The air conditioning is general, it is switched on from the air sensor t, so it may not work at night, and if you open the balcony you will not fall asleep from the noise.
2. A rapid passage to the sea without a ramp. (A disabled support worker cannot reach the sea on his own)
3. The beach is common for such hotels near Konakla: small pebbles, inconvenient entry, small territory.
4. Children under 12 years old will not be allowed into the pool without armbands, even if the child can swim well. They are also not allowed to go to the restaurant with children.
5. The hotel has a very small territory - one building. For me, this is a disadvantage.
The overall impression: This is not an A, but a B minus. A small, family-run hotel, which is very crowded in the season due to the influx of tourists. The rooms are so-so. I'm not going there a second time.

We're going home, while the impressions are hot as pies, I'll describe the hotel. It was our first trip abroad. Upon arrival, we were met at the reception, decorated, since we arrived at lunch, sent to eat immediately (it's very nice), the kitchen is excellent, the variety of dishes is great (you definitely won't leave hungry). After we ate, we were given the keys to the room, escorted to it, our suitcase was kindly taken to the room, everything was checked with us (plumbing, air conditioning, TV) everything is working properly, there are no comments, the bed is made with snow-white linen (there are no stains, streaks in this regard, I am squeamish). We changed our clothes, got a towel on the 0 floor, and went to the beach. The road to the beach is fast, across the street underground. There is a Playground, 2 pools with slides, slides work on time, in the morning they came after breakfast at 10 o'clock, they already worked, then they turn on from 14 to 17. There is also a snack bar. Of course, there is not a large selection of alcoholic beverages, but there was enough for everyone, they also give ice cream there (ice cream is very tasty), there is also a woman sitting there who makes tortillas, they are just space, be sure to try, in our time of rest they always took hot, sometimes a queue formed. The beach is well equipped, there are toilets that are cleaned (there is no smell in them), a shower (at the exit from the sea and by the pools). The entrance to the sea is small pebbles, it is better to go in shoes, it will be more comfortable, there are stones, but the sea is clean and warm.
As for the cleaning, everything was fine, we were vacuumed every day, I noticed dust on the table and bedside tables, respectively, I can conclude that it was wiped. As for changing the linen, they changed it every other day, there were no problems with towels either.
The kitchen and the wonderful chef Ali deserve special attention! Every day, at every meal, he greets guests in the hall. If his cooks can't handle it, it helps. When we left, he sent us fruits on the road with him, it's very nice! There is always enough meat on the menu for every taste chicken, turkey, quail, chicken, pork; fish mackerel, trout, tuna; fruits; various vegetables, greens; sauces are different too; a lot of desserts, we never had time to try everything. The grill bar always cooks everything delicious, there are no complaints about the kitchen, we have never been poisoned and our stomachs did not hurt. The service in the restaurant is decent, the waiters are always friendly, they make fun of the children, it also captivates. Bartenders make delicious cocktails. We liked it very much. As for the audibility in the room, we didn't hear anything, we slept well, our room was on the third floor, the windows faced the street and the animation is perfectly visible from the balcony. The animation is different every evening, there is a song to which everything ends, everyone danced, both adults and children.
Also, yoga, water polo, darts and beach volleyball are held in the pool, which is closer to the sea in the morning, they talk on the microphone at the time, lifeguards are on duty at the Slides, making sure that everything is fine so that no one is covered by a wave. Will we come back here again? Yes, absolutely, we liked it very much!!!
