We chose the hotel quickly, we really wanted to go to the sea. We have read the reviews of this hotel. There were some bad ones, but not many. We thought that they were written by very tired people. Oh, how wrong we were. The hotel is old, the rooms are terrible, there is no matchmaker in the room, only 4 lamps. Constant darkness in the room. The towels are full of holes. The hotel is 5 stars, all inclusive....... 2 towels per guest. There are no slippers, bathrobes, and toothbrushes. What are 5 stars for?The threes have been giving it all for a long time. The mini bar is just plain Water! We settled in quickly, arrived late in the evening, offered to eat, then get dirty. The only and huge advantage of this hotel is the staff. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the guests.Many thanks to the staff of this hotel, the management should carry you in their arms. That's where the advantages ended)
The food is terrible, as much as my husband is not picky about food..... he spat from everything. The area where the hotel is located is boring. There's nowhere to walk, just the wilderness. A small market and shopping center. The air conditioner just drives the air, you're all wet and sweaty ..... and then it starts to freeze, so much so that you put on a fur coat. And you're all sweaty lying under the icy air- you get a runny nose. And then he's blowing the air again and you're wet again. The animation is terrible! Poor kids, they have the same dinner program every night. Cartoons and the same songs, in the same order with the same accompaniment of the presenter. And so for 11 days! I looked at it day after day and started going crazy! Are you guys serious? Well, you can mix at least 2-3 scenarios. On day 3, we were already talking to the whole table before the presenter, what would happen next! And finally, what we are all going on vacation for is the sea! If you have a child in a stroller, the hotel is not for you. To get to the beach, you will have to carry a stroller every time you go to the sea. Passage through the underpass. There is no wheelchair ramp. Carry it in your arms see Photo. The beach is disgusting, the rocks are at the bottom. You're walking, it looks like sand has started, and there's a huge rock on which you can break your fingers. They are fishing on the shore, a fishing line with hooks wrapped around my leg. They barely took it off. The waves for all 11 days were such that not everyone would risk going in. The pier is not there, as it is in the photo of the hotel. This is the Pier of someone else's hotel) the beach is very small. At 6 p.m., they are kicked out of the pool. It was the worst hotel in our lives. I understood where the good reviews came from. There are a lot of 50+ guests. My grandmother would have put 10/10 too, because everything is like in the Soviet Union there. For this money, there are hotels 1000 times better. And yes, there is no kettle in the room, as indicated in the hotel map

We had a rest from July 28 to August 5, 2021. I put 4 stars, because the hotel is attracted to them, but not 5. The rooms were cleaned purely symbolically, only the beds were made, not even the bathroom mirror was wiped in 9 days, although it was constantly stained and we had to wash ourselves. Of the bathroom accessories, only shower gel and shampoo. Everything is good in terms of nutrition, varied and delicious food, animation in the evenings is good, the only thing is that there is no promised children's animation during the day. Everything is fine on the beach, except that the tables near the sunbeds are always dirty, they washed themselves. In general, the hotel is 4 stars, the rest was not bad, but next time we will choose another option

The impressions are mixed. To begin with, the lights were constantly going out in the room and it was impossible to eliminate this in any way. The staff didn't care about it, a guy came and explained something, saying that this is the system itself. Because of this, the battery was turned off at night and I had to get up and fix everything. You need to cross the road to the sea through an underpass, the beach is inconvenient, stupid music is always screaming. We were pleased with the slides by the pool. The sea is good. The food in the hotel is delicious, but it's boring, the animation is in the worst traditions, loud, stupid, suitable only for children. I think the problem is not even in the hotel, but in its location - it's far from normal shops and places, no matter which hotel you choose here, everything will be bad. The first time was abroad and so unsuccessfully.

We liked the hotel. Nice design of the hotel inside. The rooms are cozy. There are 4 swimming pools on site: 2 adults and 2 children. There are slides. The food is varied and delicious. The chef very often greets the guests in the restaurant hall for dinner and makes a pleasant appetite. Drinks in the bars are varied and for every taste. They make cocktails for both adults and children. The animation is fun. The staff is friendly. There is an underground passage across the road to the sea.

Great hotel 👍
💙 Good location (near the center of the village, 5-7 minutes at a calm pace)
💙 there is enough food for everyone and for every taste (of course there is no seafood and fruit is not too much choice, but it did not bother us, we did not come 😂)
💙 there are a lot of sunbeds, but after lunch we will have to look (if there are no free ones, then we took mattresses and lay on them, also normal)
💙 Sand entering the sea, if you go in front of the sunbeds (stones come across to the left and right of the sunbeds)
💙 Hammam / sauna /face mask for free on the 0 floor, opposite the main restaurant (they invite you for a massage, 1 trial is free. We found out this only on day 3, and while we were waiting for the check-in, we decided to go for $ 25 ☹️ but we didn't regret it, the massage is just super)
💙 Animation every evening, fun for both children and adults
On Wednesdays (and it seems to be on Fridays, but this is inaccurate), a market arrives near the hotel (on the right, if you stand with your back to the hotel). Save money 😏 (there are fruits, vegetables, sweets, and clothes, in general, there is a lot of everything and they trade perfectly, at 3-7!!!discount the price once, if you know how to bargain)
💙 The room is comfortable (2 beds, sofa, wardrobe, mirror, plasma, balcony). They don't clean well, but we didn't find fault.
Of the disadvantages (and we did not come across this), they said that they were stealing. The safe is paid ($ 2 per day), we did not take it, put everything in a suitcase with a code, nothing was missing.
And so, I liked everything, a decent hotel for families with both children and adults.

They move into a bad room to pay extra for a good one. The rooms are not vacuumed, we were there for 8 days. there are no bathrobes, only beer and wine are served at the bar by the sea. Cocktails are not made, although it is ultra all inclusive.
The keys are the old-fashioned way, not a card.
The hotel needs renovation, far from 5 stars.
The waiters are a big plus, they always smile, they work very actively.

My husband and I visited this hotel 2 times in 2018 and 2019. We wanted to fly in 2020, but it didn't work. We were upset. We were at another hotel, but decided that if they open, we will fly to our favorite Timo hotel in 2021. We liked EVERYTHING. Bomb staff, food, rooms, service, pools, SPA, fitness, territory, sea, in short EVERYTHING. This is our favorite hotel. On Wednesdays, a huge bazaar unfolds under the windows of the hotel. Supermarkets, shops and a large shopping mall are just around the corner. In general, I recommend it for a comfortable, family, wonderful holiday. We are Timo.

A good Hotel, quite helpful staff.The food is great, the beach is sand, the entrance to the sea is small pebbles, it didn't bother much. Ten minutes walk from the hotel towards Alanya Time center, many shops. There is also a place to walk around the hotel, there is a market on Wednesdays, in general it is not bad, you can return to Timo, we were satisfied.

We were on vacation at this hotel, we arrived under the impression!Very good and sociable waiters, the animator is just a super professional!The beach is across the street.There is a bar on the beach, where you can feed and drink various drinks, sun loungers.The beach is constantly being cleaned up, there are activities on the beach-volleyball, exercise, some kind of game with balls on the sand!The hotel has 2 swimming pools, a paddling pool and an adult 140 cm, a slide.There is a bar by the pool where you can also have a burger and a drink (there was only one professional bartender, the rest leave much to be desired).On Wednesdays there is a bazaar around the hotel, many shops nearby, not expensive, there is a bazaar in Alanya (the bus often runs for 4 lira).In the evening, after dinner, a children's show begins, then either invited artists or shows for adults and a disco until 22.30, then everyone goes to the beach to the bar, where the disco continues (the bar is paid after 00:00).In general, I really liked it!The animator is SUPER!!!
Of the cons:the toilet is constantly flowing in the bathroom, the second refrigerator did not work even after replacement, one air conditioner made a lot of noise and interfered with sleep (we have a family room of 2 rooms), the safe worked after replacement, and they say sometimes there is no water in some rooms.

I stayed at Timo Resort Hotel 4 times. Nice hotel, delicious and varied food, clean beach. The Ottimo store is located in the basement of the hotel, where you can buy leather and fur products at a good price. The location of the hotel is excellent. Next time I will definitely come to Timo Resort Hotel.
