Negative experience of cooperation with this service station. And the most terrible thing is the staff, in particular the specialist who deals with the fuel system (Nikolai, if I'm not mistaken). From the very beginning, I was alerted that the service did not communicate with its employee itself, but gave me a phone number - they say, make arrangements yourself. Well okay. Already during the first call, he got the impression that he had problems communicating with people (but okay, I know a lot of cool technical specialists in various fields who are just gurus of their business but do not know how to communicate with people). We agreed that I would bring the car and he would take a look. The next day, no one called until three o'clock. I call the service myself and they say "we don't know anything, call the specialist directly", I'm freaking out, but okay, I call, and then it starts - "the specialist almost cursed me, said I was stupid and didn't think anything" and a bunch of other things like that, so I also ran over "why didn't I do on their own computer diagnostics service," and I think I should contact the service again myself - make a diagnosis and only after that he will look at something. (employees of one service station do not communicate with each other at all and only kick the client to each other) I have only one question - is it really impossible to do everything "turnkey". the client has a problem and this problem needs to be solved, and in what ways, this is already a secondary question. Then it's more fun - the guys start making diagnostics and then bingo "their adapter does not read at all" this machine and accordingly they cannot make a diagnosis. After that, I use my adapter to proofread the machine and show all the errors. After that, the masters say, "well, maybe, probably, most likely we will be able to do the car on Saturday" (it was Tuesday), although before that it was about "day to day". A curtain. After all the factors combined, I called a tow truck and took the car to another service.
I applied to this service station, and I do not advise anyone:
1. The repair price is inadequately inflated (compared with other stations)
2. They start to wind up even more with different minimum extras: they washed the part + 80p, applied a sealant + 40p, and so on.
3. The cost of their spare parts is a separate story: while the spare part reaches this HUNDRED, it becomes more expensive by 40-100%.
4. Not friendly masters.

The experience of visiting is extremely negative. 3 times they could not determine where the oil was flowing from. Every time they took money for washing the engine and for eliminating it (I stopped on the 3rd time).The electrician wanted 80p for ringing 2 wires (not the fact that he even made a call). One of the advantages is the possibility of paying by card.
As a result, I gave about 1200 rubles, left with the same problems that I came with.
I did car diagnostics before buying. They lifted it on a lift, connected a computer. Everything was done efficiently, they told and showed all the points about the car.
There are no advantages!
There are a lot of disadvantages!
They said on the phone that we would do everything, come.
At the same time, he described what needs to be done, all the problems.
The problem was with the air conditioner.
Bottom line: they opened the hood and counted around 3000r and asked if they should continue? He said that it was not necessary.
I suggested making a pendant.
Answer: we will not do it, the car is old)))
And they also wanted 60p for diagnostics, for opening the hood and I told them what needs to be done.
However, they made a bonus) they took 30p.

Without notifying me, the customer, the masters began to search for the problem! We couldn't find the problem. By the diligent efforts of the craftsmen, as much as 2 (TWO) hours of work were spent.
Which the masters decided to estimate at $ 50.
Referring to the wage rate, which is 1 hour = $ 25.
Result: the car drove in one question at a time, and left the service on a tow rope with the words: "we can't help in any way."

2. Inspection of the technical part of the car. Conclusion: brake discs and pads for replacement, front silent blocks in question, fogging of the left valve cover gasket. That's all. Agree that this is not bad for a 15-year-old car. So that you understand, I eventually bought the car on September 24, went to an oil change, and there the whole pallet is in oil. In addition, the oil cooler is leaking. I think any car enthusiast understands that such problems do not appear in 4 days. That is, for the 100 rubles that I paid for the diagnosis, I did not even bother to unscrew 4 bolts on the protection and inspect everything normally! As a result, it is not clear what kind of money I have now got.
3. Well, the cherry on the cake is computer diagnostics. They connected my tablet, scanned it, and then the specialist shows me a list of errors on the tablet screen. To my question about the significance and criticality of these errors, the answer killed: "Well, I don't know, I'm not an expert in Mitsubishi." Well, okay, if you are not experts in a particular brand, but you have experience working with cars, there are typical problems, well, you could at least roughly identify potential problems. And I could scan the car and point my finger at errors with an ordinary Chinese OBD scanner myself. I came to you as specialists, and I am waiting for a detailed conclusion on the car.
