By the way, the coffee there is Excellent, the best in the area, and the price tag is cheaper than in coffee stations where you will not sit down in the area.

We ordered an entrance door with an electronic lock. Not without nuances in terms of execution, a slight misunderstanding during installation, BUT... the company knows how to admit mistakes. Despite the 35-day delivery delay, the company did not behave like many in their field of activity that you are interested in before signing the contract. They admitted their mistake, and the installation was done FREE of CHARGE, as an apology for the delay. I am glad that when questions arise, they do NOT ignore messages in Viber, calls, they will always call back if they could not answer at the time of the call, it is difficult to find such feedback in the market. TOREX is worth paying tribute to: the door is steep, the installation is excellent, nothing is backlash, it does not hang out, the portal is assembled just perfectly, although the wall is terribly curved, a professional installer's approach to the case for reliability and reducing gaps due to the curvature of the walls planted the portal additionally on liquid nails, for which special thanks to him, they admit mistakes and do not they are playing football with the client. There was an expansion of the opening: they beat off as much as necessary carefully, without damaging the finishing walls and flooring. They try to do everything as cleanly as possible. They are very competitive in price with the rest of the market. The steel line is 2 times more expensive for such doors. I highly recommend it, despite the delay. Thanks for the work

Покупала входную дверь в квартиру TOREX SUPER OMEGA PRO PP-5 в салоне по адресу: Логойский тракт 15/1. Хочу отметить очень высокий уровень сервиса и отличную командую работу всех сотрудников компании от замеров до установки. Рассматривала дверь в ценовом сегменте 1 500 рублей, остановилась на двух моделях, которые понравились внешне, получила качественную консультацию руководителя салона Тамары, определилась с выбором и меня записали на замеры. Специалист по замерам Павел позвонил на следующий день, договорились на пятницу в 9 часов вечера через неделю. Ситуация с установкой у меня была не совсем стандартная, могли быть разные варианты, Павел очень понятно объяснил все плюсы и минусы, я благодаря ему сделала правильный выбор и была готова внести предоплату, дверь была в наличии на складе. На следующий день позвонила в салон, чтобы подготовили договор заранее. Руководитель салона Тамара ушла в отпуск, договор готовила Елизавета, сделала всё очень быстро, вся информация была внесена в БИТРИКС, поэтому даже не пришлось рассказывать. После предоплаты в салоне сказали, что мне позвонят по установке. Тоже связались со мной оперативно. Договорились о дате и времени монтажа на следующую неделю. На установке были Александр и Анатолий, у меня работу принимал прораб, сделали быстро и качественно, ребята - профессионалы своего дела. Я очень требовательный покупатель, который остался доволен всем и нашёл время написать положительный отзыв. Сроками от замеров до установки тоже была приятна удивлена, так как видела загрузку сотрудников по замерам и монтажу. Ещё хочу отметить, что все без исключения сотрудники, с которыми я общалась - приветливые, всегда в хорошем настроении, открыты и рады общению с клиентами. Я осознанно всех отметила по именам. Искренне БЛАГОДАРЮ всех, с кем я взаимодействовала. Сама дверь очень крутая за эти деньги с очень хорошей фурнитурой и внешне выглядит супер! Компания очень клиентоориентирована, всегда быстро перезванивают по телефону и оперативно отвечают в мессенджерах.

They were treated with a difference of one day and despite the fact that there were no discounts and promotions. The measurer came and told everything in an accessible way, showed it and took measurements. After a while, the installers arrived and installed everything perfectly and even cleaned up their garbage.
