Oh, should I leave a review… We rested at this hotel from 08/22/2024 to 08/28/2024. We arrived a little earlier. They took a tax from us. The deposit was not taken. They were sent to the pool to wait for their hour of check-in. Later we moved into room 1715. The view is of the towers, gorgeous. Food, we are not used to this. But it's delicious. Satisfying. The plates were quickly removed from the table, and juice was offered. Thank you guys and girls. We went to a restaurant once, I thought I'd stay hungry after it, no, I didn't want to eat. Cleaning is daily. Water was brought. The air conditioner is individual, you can turn it off. There is no balcony. There is a bus to the bay that went according to the schedule in the booklet. There was enough room for us, we went in the heat. After breakfast, we used the pool and sun beds. The workers in the pool area are wonderful. Always, Good morning, good afternoon, good evening. The metro is nearby. The staff is English-speaking, I am not, I used Google Translator. Upon check-out, the room was extended for 2 hours, free of charge. We left our suitcases downstairs and took the bus to the bay, we had a late transfer to the airport. In general, I am very pleased that I chose this hotel out of 1000 hotels in Dubai.

The hotel is in a classic style. There is no territory of its own, so it is not suitable for beach lovers. The bus takes 25 minutes to the beach. The bus is small, takes only seated passengers who do not have enough seats, go to the beach by taxi at their own expense.
And the most important thing. They settled on the 9th floor. And at this time, the 8th floor is being renovated. From 9 to 6, the punches did not stop. We endured for two days, then went to the reception with a request to move above the floor. However, they moved it to 13, the noise became less.
How could it be settled at all, where the repair is.

The staff is polite and helpful. The room was cleaned by the guy Haakon daily and efficiently. The rooms are cozy, there is everything you need: shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, balm, paste, brush, tea, coffee. The location couldn't be better. The metro is 3 minutes away. The stop is the Financial Center. One stop to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, the Museum of the Future, two stops to the Golden Frame. The view from the room window of the city is simply wonderful. The pool on the roof of the parking lot is clean and warm, a lifeguard constantly runs, even if there is no one in the pool, he does not squat. There is also a hammam, sauna and gym. Very kind staff at the reception and everywhere. The reception understands Russian, for example, Shokhista, Hassan, Reda and Daryle helped us. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day.The transfer to the beach does not go like in a brooch, you need to find out the schedule from the driver. The pool is clean and there are free sun beds. There were two disadvantages due to the fact that there are a lot of people in the hotel:
1. You constantly wait a long time for the elevator (despite the fact that there are 4 of them) and it can arrive in a jam after 10 minutes

The hotel is excellent, cleaning and water every day, which is the most important thing. The food is the same every day, but we are not moody, we were not hungry.Juices , soda , tea, please, as much as you want. The location is very convenient, you leave the hotel on the right 70 meters of the metro, on the left 900 meters of the metro, you pass through it and get to the museum of the future. We walked to Burj Khalifa on the map, it was so interesting to watch, you can also take the subway one stop, but then we immediately get to Dubai pier. There is a transfer to the sea at a certain time, and also to Dubai, they say, but we did not use the services except at sea, and that was the first time we came on foot to see the surroundings. There is a shower on the beach and a room to change clothes. We liked it very much. Before that, we rested in Emway Rotana in 5 stars, I did not notice the difference. Great hotel, vacationed in June 2024. We arrived at 9.00, settled in with a minimum of 35 minutes after arrival. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, cream, mini fridge, iron and ironing board. Shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, body cream were replenished constantly. The food in the restaurant is delicious, quite varied, and the alcohol is of high quality. Separately, I would like to mention the bar, a very atmospheric place. Live music on Friday and Saturday.

Great Hotel! The service is beyond praise, the Reception staff - Thank you very Much! We got into a Flood, couldn't leave, helped. Breakfasts in Hotels are probably the best in memory, fresh fruits are plentiful (6-7 items). Convenient location, Metro is just a stone's throw away (literally), Dubai Mall, Museum of the Future, etc... Cleanliness in the rooms, any wish is taken into account and quickly responded to. I didn't regret the Choice for a second.

The location of the hotel is convenient for city affairs. The metro Business Center is nearby, the next stop is Dubaymall, the other is the Museum of the Future.

I vacationed in Rosa and Towers two months apart, they are located across the street, opposite each other and belong to the same Rotana brand. Therefore, 4 stars) The Rose has a more cordial and friendly reception of the staff of 5 people, Towers is a little behind. The hotel seems to be quite good, but there are a lot of disadvantages.
The bus to the beach and back is a tin. Is it really impossible to arrive on time, and not earlier by half an hour? And why can't they give you two buses? It's crowded. There are huge crowds of people who will bite for an empty seat, and the driver will not be lucky standing. I have to take a taxi.
The food is normal, but not varied. The restaurant in the hotel is bad. The food is very spicy, and they don't always write about it on the menu.
The pool is crowded from 10 to 15 o'clock. All the sun beds are occupied and a lot of people.
I wouldn't go there a second time.

The service is good. The staff is responsive. The location is quite convenient, the metro is just around the corner, you can even walk to the Dubai Mall. The food is super, for every taste. The rooms are good, there is one thing, but if you smoke (not cigarettes), and you were given a smoking room (they asked us at the reception what number you need), then be prepared for the fact that the room stinks of cigarettes, on the second day it wears off and you get used to it, the rest of the days there is practically no smell.

The location of the hotel is excellent, if you like to walk, then half of the attractions are within walking distance. The Museum of the Future is ten minutes from the hotel, it takes 30-40 minutes to reach Burjhalif and, accordingly, fountains. The service at the hotel is quite satisfactory: bathrobe, slippers, tea, coffee, water 2 0.5 liters per person every day. Beach towels are provided free of charge. The staff is friendly, friendly, will always help if there are any problems or questions, even if you do not speak English, then a mobile translator will help. The rooms are spacious. We took breakfast and dinner: the food is delicious, someone will say that it is the same, but the choice is large, you will definitely not stay hungry. The beach is far away, about forty minutes on foot, but there is a free bus from the hotel. The beach is public, an umbrella and a chaise longue are paid and expensive, even foreigners do not take everything, so many sunbeds are empty. There is a shower, though one for three watering cans for the entire beach.

Great hotel. However, the elevator is long. But this is a problem in all skyscrapers. The breakfast is varied. The staff is very attentive. Next to the subway. By the way, there was a prayer mat and a Koran in the bedside table in the room. I was surprised by such an attentive service. (I didn't need it, I'm of a different faith)There is no Bible in the bedside tables in Russia. Apparently, this is the case in every room. For me, this highlighted the attitude of the management towards the guests.

A modern city hotel with a convenient location. A 2-minute walk from the metro, near the Museum of the future (you need to buy tickets in advance), 20 minutes on foot or 1 metro stop to Dubai Mall, where dancing fountains and the tallest building Burj Khalifa.
There are free transfers to La Mer Beach and Dubai Mall. La Mer beach has deteriorated, there used to be palm trees, cafes, changing rooms, showers, and now everything has been removed along the beach and something is being built. The remaining cafes are quiet.
The rooms are spacious, clean, with panoramic windows (do not open), there is everything you need (bathrobes, slippers, cosmetics, iron, kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer, air conditioning ...). We had a room with a windowsill bed, it was very nice to have dinner on it with a view of the city.
There is a small swimming pool with Jacuzzi on the 6th floor of the parking lot, there were always places on the sun beds at different times.
Breakfast is monotonous, but there are dairy products, fruits, vegetables, herbs, cheese, sausages, pastries. Omelets and scrambled eggs are prepared with you with different ingredients.

Hello everyone, we had a rest with the company in the UAE from 20.12 to 25.12. The hotel is urban, there is a free bus from the hotel to the beach, clearly on schedule. We took breakfasts and dinners, there was enough. Everything is very tasty, and in sufficient quantity. There is a rooftop swimming pool with a hammam and sauna. Within walking distance of all the attractions, the Burshkhalif fountain Tower, Dubai Mall, and more. Near the metro, the cost is 340p to go there and back. I recommend the hotel to everyone, the view from the window is amazing.

Just got back from this hotel . The hotel is conveniently located , the metro is nearby , grocery stores and cafes , there is a place to have dinner and coffee , even through 2 houses an alcohol store , they sell only by passport to tourists . The Museum of the Future is a 10- minute walk away . The breakfasts in the hotels are wonderful . (We only had breakfast) . The rooms are cleaned well , there is a kettle in the room . Water is put every day for 2 bottles per person , tea , coffee , cream , sugar . I really liked the shampoo , conditioner , gel and cream . The reception staff is respectful . Allowed to be in the room until 13 . Towels are given out to the beach in bags , convenient . They take the bus , sometimes there are not enough seats , the bus returns for the rest . We took a taxi , 10 minutes to go to La Mer beach . Wonderful hotel . Thank you 🙏

Maybe we were lucky, someone will say. But the hotel is unreal! We were a family and two children of 7 and 5 years old in a family room! With three huge windows. The room has everything you need: towels for hands, face, baths, shampoos, gels, cotton buds, nail files and other small things, bathrobes and slippers, tea and coffee, water every day! The cleanest and freshest bed linen! A comfortable bed and pillows! But the most unrealistic thing is the smell in the hotel! I also want to go home like this))) The food is wonderful, delicious and varied! Cheeses are something! The pool is clean, the service is excellent! Saunas! Towels are provided everywhere. Both by the pool and when you go to the sea!
Special thanks to the manager-administrator at the Shokhista reception for customer orientation and high level of service and Prasad for impeccable room cleaning! The view from the window is fantastic! The 23rd floor! And also wide window sills, which are great to sit on and enjoy the view!

Nice hotel! Friendly staff. Excellent food. We have breakfast and dinner, while dinner can be changed to lunch, and lunch seemed better to us (more seafood). Dinner is also delicious, but more kebab and more spicy food. We were in the Ramadan period and for dinner primarily serve Muslims observing Ramadan, so dinner is late from 20:00. The main restaurant is small, there are queues for breakfast in the morning, we watched how at 9:00 people were waiting for tables to be vacated. The location is top-end, near the metro, 1 stop to the mall, 20 dirhams by taxi. The beach is 4 km away, there is a hotel bass, you can also take a taxi for 15-20 dirhams. The pool is in the adjacent parking building on the 6th floor. The water is heated. We visit Dubai often. We were in the hotel for only 4 days, and I boldly recommend it!

Another point of my trip to Dubai is the Towers Rotana city Hotel - a very worthy representative of the brand and very attractive in its location... Again, the city center and proximity to the metro and the main tourist places - the Burj Khalifa Tower, Dubai Mall and fountain show - are undoubted advantages of the location. It is also worth paying attention to a very nice swimming pool and fitness center on the 6th floor of a free-standing parking lot near the hotel... an undoubted advantage for those who spend the whole day in the city and do not always have time to go to the beach... a very large playground with sun beds and umbrellas... with magnificent evening views of the main thoroughfare and towering skyscrapers around the towers... a wonderful restaurant with a very pleasant interior - breakfast is served here. The choice of dishes is beyond praise - omelets are always prepared... a lot of fruit, baking is generally my weakness... well, in the basement there is another restaurant or pub "Long's Bar" - the longest bar in the Middle East... For lovers of silence, there is a Rotana Club - an exclusive concept of a "hotel within a hotel", offering guests a high level of personal service and additional privileges... I really like the idea of a separate area with additional services - computers, snacks, drinks and very cozy chairs and work corners... available for booking "club" rooms...

I was in Dubai for the first time with my family. We chose this hotel, in principle, we did not regret it. Naturally, there are pros and cons. I can't compare it with other hotels in the UAE yet, but nevertheless I put 4 stars. Firstly, with a large influx of vacationers in the hotel, there are catastrophically not enough tables and chairs in the restaurant, 40% of the food only liked the assortment. The rooms are cleaned every day, but greedy for soaps, bathrobes and slippers. Shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner are literally "nailed" to the wall))) another point that upset me: without waiting for our eviction, the reception blocked our electronic keys, thereby depriving us of the opportunity to go to the room and pick up our belongings. We took the things away by asking them to go to the room, but the fact that they did not wait until we handed over the keys and signed for them left an unpleasant aftertaste. There is a free bus service from this hotel 2-3 times a day to La Mer Beach and Burj Khalifa. The Museum of the Future is located not far from the hotel. In the evening, you can walk around the city, visit nearby cafes and restaurants.
