One of the best hotels in Dubai. We often visit there, and there is something to compare it with, but this hotel left a wonderful impression. Delicious cuisine, attentive and responsive staff who met you as relatives! Excellent location of the hotel. Near the metro, there was a transfer to the beach. I definitely recommend you to visit!

Such enthusiastic reviews are completely incomprehensible. The menu has hardly changed in 9 days. Edible, but not wow. We weren't hungry because we had to eat. Cafe nearby for lunch and dinner for one person from 50 dirhams. These are not restaurants. There is a very poor selection in the markets and 80% is Arabic. Taste for an amateur. At 9 a.m., there is a queue of 20 people for breakfast. You can wait for the elevator for 15 minutes. Be prepared that they will not be settled in instagram rooms. They will be asked to pay extra for them. The hotel guide from Anex has not been seen or heard from (except for the first meeting). We found out about the transfer ourselves. The pool is very small. There are not enough sun beds. We are very disappointed. Although we used this network before and there were no complaints.

Were with family / three adults and a child of 3 years / from 10.09.23 to 13.09.23. Arrived at 9.30. ■ Hotel. They were placed in the room after 12.00. They did not offer water or a soft drink. This is the only disadvantage of the hotel. Thirst is hot, so I advise you to take it with you or buy it at the bar at the entrance.
15 dirhams tour fee per day of stay. Exchanger / bank / through 2-3 buildings somewhere.
The location is near the metro, which is very convenient. Near the Museum of the future, a shopping center, singing fountains and the tallest building of the Bursh Khalifa.

Communication via Viber / Skype / was supported, the toons pulled without hanging. Seafood is a minimum, fruits are green, but it's everywhere in UAE hotels, as I understood.
Once we got on the queue, we stood for literally 2 minutes. The employee quickly settled, everyone was reasoned out.
■Daily cleaning, plumbing in working condition. The power of the toilet is not the best, however, for a 3-day stay of approx.
■The attitude of the employees is friendly.
■ Was my D.R. Compliment from the hotel pleased.

We had a rest with family and friends (7 people) from May 18 to May 24, 2023. They took only breakfast. We arrived at the hotel at 8 o'clock in the morning. We got to breakfast only from the 19th, because check-in from the 14th hour, and breakfast was not included on that day. It's good that we had sandwiches with us. There is a small bar at the reception, they pour coffee there and you can buy a snack, but the prices are not small, 50 grams of coffee is about 500 rubles. It's strange, of course, we have rested in the UAE 4 times, and this is the first hotel where coffee is paid at the reception. Earlier, we rested three times in Sharjah in 3* hotels, where there was a small complement from the hotel at the reception - coffee with dates, pour and eat as much as you want. And here is 4 * and pay. Our room was very nice with a view of the Persian Gulf on the 16th floor. The big windowsill where we spent our time. Water, tea, coffee, cream, sugar, sugar substitute, cane sugar were replenished in the room every day. There is a TV, but there are no Russian channels at all. There is also a mini fridge, ironing board with iron, bathrobes, slippers, safe. The hair dryer is in the table, in the room, not in the bathroom. Room cleaning every day, change of linen and towels also every day. I read a review earlier, who lost a rope in the bathroom, recommended taking it with them. So, you don't need to take it with you. In the bathroom, shampoo, hair conditioner, body gel, body lotion, all in dispensers. Under the shelf where the towels are, there is a metal device similar to a bell, you need to pull a small pipka out of it and a rope will pull from there, pull it to the wall where the shower is, there is a latch. Voila and there is a rope.
Breakfast. They start at 6.30 am. It's the same for breakfast every day, nothing new. The Breakfasts Are Delicious. Boiled eggs, omelette, fried eggs. The cook can immediately cook according to your order, you can also choose the filling for the omelet. There are cold and hot smoked fish, cheeses, fresh vegetables, muesli, cereals, fried potatoes, etc., fruits, juices, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee in the car. In general, the breakfasts are good.
Beach. There is a transfer to the beach at 9.15, a very small bus. Who had time, he sat down. We took a taxi, there were 7 of us, ordered in the Careem app, the cheapest taxi in Dubai. There are both Yandex and Uber, but they are two or three times more expensive. The beach is 10 minutes away, the cost is 17 dirhams in one direction. The cost of a taxi is calculated by time. Boarding in a small car 5 dirhams, in a seven-seater 8 dirhams.There is Wi-Fi on the beach, but it doesn't work well. It was a problem to order a taxi back. I didn't like the sea, it was dirty, maybe because it was in the bay. The sea is cleaner in Sharjah.
Hotel. The location of the hotel is impeccable. The metro is 100 meters away, you can go in any direction. If someone needs a Day-to-day store, then this is the 4th station from the Financial Center (our metro station, where our hotel is located), called ABDC, feel free to get out on it and go straight to the corner of the road store. 100 meters from the metro. Burj Khalifa station is one stop from our station, it takes 2 minutes to go. There is also an alcohol store called MMI. As soon as you left the hotel, go left to KFC and immediately left, you will see a red door, feel free to go in, just don't forget to take your passport with you, they won't sell you alcohol without it. The store is open until 22 hours. Shop in the likeness of our K&B. There is everything. Beer from 7 dirhams, wine 34 dirhams. There is also a 24/7 hypermarket, immediately turn left behind the hotel, go to the traffic light, cross the road and go towards the mosque, past the school. There is a large hypermarket near the mosque, industrial goods on the second floor. In the hypermarket you can buy ready-made food, you can choose meat and fish, they will cook for you. Grilled chickens cost 17 dirhams per kg. You will also have pita bread wrapped, pickled cucumbers, carrots, sauce and hummus, and it's all for 17 dirhams. Also behind the hotel, towards the beach on the right side, you need to go through the bus stop complex, there are inexpensive restaurants, they are certainly unsightly both inside and outside, But be sure to visit them. You need to eat where the locals eat. Very large portions are delicious and inexpensive, a dish for two from 29 dirhams, this is rice and half a chicken, and in addition to this dish, you will be brought broth, herbs, salad, tea and yogurt classic. And the cakes from the tandoor, you will die. Also very tasty and inexpensive fresh juices from 15 dirhams. Cafes near the hotel are twice as expensive.
Excursions. We took it from Leonid's hotel guide. The prices are the same as those who offer on the beach and come to the hotel. Sometimes they are more expensive.
No one from the hotel staff speaks Russian, I don't know who wrote in the reviews that someone says there, believe me, no one. Before leaving, we decided to take dinner at the hotel. The cost is very high, but the representative of the hotel Yasir gave us a discount of 65 dirhams per person. The dinner was delicious, meat, chicken, side dishes, soup, etc., there was no fish. They offer wine, but for a fee.
In general, the hotel is cool, the staff is responsive. Our lock broke in the door, it was repaired immediately and without any problems. The safe's battery ran out, was also replaced instantly. Well done guys. I recommend the hotel. If we go to Dubai, I will stay there, but I will already take dinners. Definitely, if you go to Dubai, take breakfast and dinner, I regretted that I did not take it.

I rested in this hotel for 6 days. The location is good, the metro is close, there is a transfer to the sea (you can walk 4 km on foot, throw off a couple of kg, it is useful for some), the cuisine in the restaurant is super. The staff is friendly and helpful, I don't really know English, the guys tried their best. Special thanks to Ibrahim and Reda. Guys went out of their way to help me. I recommend it. The 4* hotel. I chose it myself based on a rating of 4.5 and above. For 190 reviews, there were only 2 negative ones, and then incomprehensible ones at all.
Location - my goal was to visit more places, so the hotel has an ideal location 👍🏼 within walking distance of the Museum of the Future (5 min walk) and Burj Khalifa (30 min walk). The metro station is 100 m from the hotel, from which you can get to any point. Everything is nearby - grocery stores, alcoholic, cafes where to have a snack.
The food is great. Mussels, fish, any kind of meat. pp. And not pp: pasta and pizza every day.
There is an all-inclusive concept with alcohol.

The view from the window did not particularly please me. It was necessary to pay extra for high floors . But in general, the view is beautiful judging by the reviews. We need to ask for Sheikh Zayed on the highway.

I ask if it is possible to come back later or somehow solve the problem, and the only thing they offered was to go to another restaurant.
The food is fresh, but monotonous. In the morning, it is impossible to get to the pool, there are not enough sunbeds. The shuttle that takes people to the beach is always packed, so it's better to take a taxi.

Since the rooms are adjacent to the neighboring ones (there are doors to neighboring rooms right in the rooms), the audibility is very good. They were smoking in our room next door, it was impossible to stay in our room. We turned on the ventilation, it didn't help. They just left the room.
The food was very disappointing. I haven't seen this before in 4*. Several times we got that in the only marmite with meat, like, goulash only gravy. More at all!!!! nothing from meat. When there is a meat dish, it is chicken in batter and telapiya in batter. We are currently on vacation at the hotel. During the four days of stay, we searched twice for a place to eat something on the street. From fruits, if you have time, you can grab melon, watermelon, oranges. We were lucky in different ways. The hotel was very disappointed. The only plus is close to the metro, the Museum of the Future, the Bursh Khalif tower. But, the metro is so developed here (tickets like our troika are valid for 5 years) you can get there from anywhere.
