Among the advantages: Excellent location (Burj Khalifa and the Museum of the future nearby), very friendly staff, view from the window.
Of the minuses: the buffet is small and monotonous, the pool is more like a children's pool and go to it across the street (located on the roof of the parking lot), the hotel and rooms are cold, there is no balcony and the linen dries for a long time, the rooms are spacious but old renovation and little lighting. And the main inconvenience is that they settle in family rooms with an adjacent door in the room, the door is of course locked, but the neighbors can be heard sooo well and there is a sense of the presence of strangers in the room. It's not comfortable somehow.

Good hotel, honest 4 stars. We were a family in a room with a sofa on the windowsill - an interesting solution. The son as soon as he saw such a window sill, immediately settled on it)). There are large family rooms, they are fresher and brighter and are located on the upper floors. I wanted more variety for breakfast, but we didn't stay hungry. During rush hour, a lot of people gathered for breakfast and waited in line, so it's better to go to breakfast early for speed. The hotel provides a shuttle service to La Mer Beach. The beach is not bad, but I like the Kite more, which was taken by taxi (40-50 dirhams depending on traffic). The convenient location of the hotel allows you to quickly reach many attractions (the metro is two minutes from the hotel, the Burj Khalifa and the fountains are a 30-minute walk away). In general, thanks to the hotel for a great vacation, we will be happy to come again!

A good hotel, BUT the "family room" is a double bed and a sofa. If you are traveling with four children, you mean. They put an extra in the room. there is no bed and no free space at all.... the photo on the site does not correspond to reality, they promised a huge room, but in fact it turned out to be different. It is much more convenient to jump on the subway and drive one station for 2 minutes, exit directly to the Dubai Mall. Well, this is from the nearest attractions, there is also a museum of the future nearby, but it's not worth your money to be honest. So now about the hotel itself. This is a typical Dubai high-rise, 30 floors. In general, a very decent hotel, but a little tired, that is, it is clear that in some places repairs are required somewhere the walls are scratched. But the cleanliness is just sterile in my opinion, everywhere is super clean in the lobby, in the corridors in the rooms. 4 elevators do not have traffic jams, they drive fast. The staff is super polite, always helps, everyone reacts not stupid. Everything is clear. We were accommodated in a standard room. Please note that if you eat with 1 child, they give you a room with a sofa that is straightened out, in general it is not critical, but if a lot of things are inconvenient, since the whole room is occupied by a bed and a sofa. But it's like who. If there are 2 children and more, then you definitely need to take other rooms, there are two-room studios and just large family rooms. The view from the room was different for us on the road, not the main highway where the metro is, but on another part of the city in which the sea is. It is not critical, in principle, there are many places where such a landscape is outside the window in Dubai, not counting expensive hotels on the shore. The sound insulation is not bad, but not ideal, it's normal to sleep at night because you get tired after the tour, but during the day they can interfere, but again it's not critical. !!An important moment!! Here the sockets have a different standard, there are 3 plugs, so you need to take either an adapter or buy a charger with the right plug here on the spot. but in each room there are 1-2 universal sockets that are suitable for our chargers, but it can be plugged, we had 1 normal outlet in the room and the other did not work. Keep this in mind. The restaurant where breakfast is on the 2nd floor, breakfast is nothing special, the usual buffet has everything you need, delicious stanbartno.Zhosky bitter coffee is straight Arabica) keep in mind, but again, someone doesn't care and can drink coffee from the Tape and enjoy life here for everyone.
In general, everything is fine, too, omelets, bread sausage cheese, vegetables fruits, cakes as everywhere. You won't stay hungry. There are a lot of tables even at rush hour when everyone goes to have breakfast, usually it's at 9 o'clock you can sit down without any problems.

Now about the pool. I must say right away of course it is different from the photos, it is not very big and is located in a neighboring building, it is not super critical, just know about it. You will need to go outside , walk 50 meters and go into the next building to climb to the 6th floor . this building is called Bodylines here type fitness center. There is a gym, sauna and hammam. Everything is very simple without quirks, but also normal. The pool is small, there are also a few sunbeds, but in principle the people are distributed there is not much crowd. The weather affects here until 10 in the morning the sun does not fall on the pool and it is quite cool, and at 10 people start coming, but it fries a lot, so it does not stay for a long time. Lying down for 1-2 hours and going about your business is more than enough. There is a small bar near the water where you can drink tea and coffee, it seems there is even alcohol, but we did not check. Perhaps it is not served everywhere. This case works until 19 pm, but at 18 there are no people anymore because it gets dark early here. The jacuzzi was never turned on with us, I don't know if it works or not. In general, a small pool is enough to swim a little.
Don't expect luxuries. Towels are given, you can not take your own.
Everything is clean, well monitored, everything is cleaned. A lifeguard on duty near the pool whistles if someone jumps into the water with a bomb (well, classic). In addition to the restaurant where breakfast takes place , there are 2 more restaurants .

There is a shuttle service to the beach every day 4 times a day and to the Dubai Mall, too.
There are different people in the hotel, not to say that some Russians) there are all sorts of different ones. The staff speaks English, so at least remember a little language like "how much in dirhams" and "ware Dubai metro?" they speak very quickly, do not hesitate to ask again, they will patiently repeat. There are a lot of people from India, Pakistan and Malaysia working there, but the guys are friendly and will tell you everything.
The exchange rate at the dollar to the dirham hotel is 1:3.62, which is not bad in the exchangers you will find a maximum of 1:3.65, so you can change it here.
By the way, you will find a lot of exchangers from here quickly, there is Al Rastamani nearby, a good course, you need a passport.

Surely you can find a better hotel. But there are good standards and location. To live quite comfortably. Towels, bathrobes, slippers, iron, ironing board, scales, safe, hair dryer, several hangers, a shower cap with an elastic band (which especially pleased me, it is very convenient to collect hair with an elastic band), cotton pads, ear sticks, nail file, sewing kit, shoe sponge, soap, shampoo, gel for shower, body lotion, conditioner (he also made me very happy, I don't know what kind of company, but I had very soft hair from him), a set of various teas, instant coffee, cream, 4 bottles of water, a kettle, a mug with a spoon, a refrigerator. There is a clothesline in the tub for drying clothes. There was not enough brush in the toilet at some points. It was very unusual that there was no package in the trash basket in the room, it seems to me that it would have simplified the work of the staff. Well, to be honest, there was not enough outlet near the beds. There were 3 sockets: near the kettle, and 2 in the table. Charging turned out to be universal, an adapter was not needed in this hotel. Very nice guys who cleaned the rooms on our floor, they even folded our pajamas🥰 There was no theft. Everything was always in place. We also had breakfast and dinner. But if you are going on an excursion, then at the reception you could ask to replace dinner with lunch. The food is varied and very tasty. At the bar, you could ask for a soda with ice. There was also tea, coffee, juices. There were queues, but this is normal, they still want to sit in comfort, and not look for places with a plate in their hands. The hotel is located close to the metro, and to the Museum of the Future. Very friendly staff. And a very multinational hotel. They took only the tourist tax. I was very pleased with the hotel! Vacationed with friends at this hotel in early September 2023. They lived on the 10th and 14th floors.. There are floors for smokers and non-smokers. The windows overlooked the Sheikh Zayed Highway.
