We visited two excursions: to Mirsky and Nesvizh castles and a sightseeing tour of Minsk. We were very satisfied, wonderful guides Elena and Anatoly (respectively)! The excursions are well thought out in time and comfortably organized. In the case of an all-day excursion, lunch is provided (hearty and delicious). Free time is also provided for photographing and/or visiting additional exhibitions (such as the prison basement in Mir Castle). The tours are also very informative. Separately, I would like to mention the sense of humor of the guide Elena, who took us through two famous Belarusian castles. Elena skillfully combined historical facts with jokes and interesting stories, so it was easy and exciting to listen.
In addition, the tour desk managers respond very promptly to requests. We realized a little late, and it turned out that we sent a request on the site after business hours. However, they answered us, told us all the details and we were able to join the tour, which took place the next day.

While on vacation in Minsk, my husband and I decided to visit the famous castles of Belarus: Nesvizh and Mirsky. They stopped their attention on the agency TravelAgency.by , which we have never regretted. After making the prepayment, we were sent an SMS (photo attached). On the day of the trip, 2 guys met us at the designated place, who very smartly accepted the payment and we set off. The organization of the tour itself is fine-tuned for 5+. The time for walking with a guide and for an independent walk around local attractions is well allocated. I would also like to mention a guide named Anatoly, with whom we were very lucky (there was someone to compare with). A friendly, educated young man with clear diction (which is important for a guide) and a wonderful sense of humor. The Nesvizh-Mir excursion turned out to be wonderful for us! We also listened with interest about the city of Minsk, its history and several architectural sites, as well as nearby villages. We went to the castles of Nesvizh and Mir on January 25, our guide was Anatoly - an excellent story, a lot of knowledge, a wonderful speech! The route and time management are perfectly thought out.
We also really liked the guides in the museums of both castles - a lot of information, but an easy presentation, with humor.
A comfortable, clean minibus and a neat driver.
And, of course, thanks to the group of 16 people, but everything is calm and without delay.

06/24/2024 we went on a sightseeing tour of the city of Minsk.
Organization of excursions at the travelagency.by convenient: we made an order on the website, and after a few minutes a confirmation came to the messenger with a detailed indication of the meeting place. In fact, the meeting took place where it was written. We are tourists from another country, so it was convenient for us to pay in cash on the spot.
The tour turned out to be informative, as we wanted. Olga is a great guide. She revealed to us every attraction from the most interesting side. We learned a lot of new things and enthusiastically looked at everything around us.
Going on an excursion at the beginning of the vacation allowed us to better understand where everything is in the following days. On Olga's advice, we visited some places, now understanding their importance, and tried some local dishes.
The trip was comfortable, the bus is large with wide windows and comfortable seats, there is enough space for a bag on the top shelf. The driver drove safely, gently, everyone had time to see.

A visit to the mill is indicated in the program of the site for an excursion to Dudutki. We went on 09/15/2024. The mill was not visited either before or after. At the entrance to Dudutki, the guide Roman told about the mill, but they did not stop at the mill itself. The tour ended at 13.05. At 13.40 the bus left the complex for Minsk. During this time, it is impossible to walk to the mill on your own, look at something there and go back. I made a request to the site, I would still like to get there. I was told that every Sunday the bus stops at the mill. Alas, I already "went there" one Sunday. Next Sunday, pay for the tour and again not see the object... After all, it turns out that a lie is written on the site. It warns that the organizers may change the order of visits to the facilities, but not their number. Volumes are saved. It is not true. About nutrition. If you mean tasting bread, cheese and moonshine, then yes, meals are included. And so they ate at the cafe for their own money, because two pieces of bread and three pieces of cheese the size of a three-kopeck coin are hard to even call a snack. I recommend finding something cheaper and more objective. So as not to be disappointed.

We ordered 3 excursions from this agency: Castles, Belaz and Brest. Brest and Belovezhskaya Pushcha were specially left for last, since it was the "reserved tune" that was the dream to visit. As a result: a half-empty large bus with a comfortable escort was sent to Belaz (it took less than an hour to drive), and a hearse minivan with non-working ventilation at a temperature of +40 was sent to Brest! It's an outrage! The driver showed with all his appearance that his passengers did not care about his problems, you die there, cores, and die. And when they were taken to the Forest to look at the views through the window of the prison...Bullying! Brest is not worth your money, it is more budget-friendly and quieter to take the train. And no one will really see Brest, I'm not talking about the forest at all! The whole vacation is ruined! The guide did a good job, he kept himself in this hell as best he could. But such "comfortable" mini-rooms, where the knees rest against the forehead, and the temperature is shocking for all 60 in the cabin...Guys, don't cheat! Why do you send a half-empty one to Belaz, but send a small box to Brest? As a result, fainting on the bus from overheating, lack of a first-aid kit, overheating, spoiled vacation. And the driver's answer to everything is the same -well, the ventilation is broken, and what's next? The desire was to put this driver in the cabin. Now, 08/16/24 we are returning from the excursion "Brest Fortress and Belovezhskaya Pushcha" and there is time to write a review about disappointment.
The time schedule of the tour shows when and where we should visit. In the beginning, Brest, then lunch, then to Belovezhskaya Pushcha. Everything did not go according to plan from the very beginning, and we were taken first to the Forest-it's 5 hours by bus. The tour itself
Belovezhskaya Pushcha is a bus ride along it under the interrupted narration of the guide (she told me interestingly), the only stop is at the oak tree, then the aviaries (ticket is purchased separately)- this is a walk of about 1 km along the fence of the grid, in an attempt to see who lives there. We didn't take tickets, we looked at it from the bus window. Honestly, I expected a little more.
Now we will move to Brest, have lunch, view Gogol Street and inspect the Brest Fortress.
Our guide found our cafe from the third time, before that we had a crowd of 40 people (okay, I exaggerated, some did not have time to go in) ran into the wrong places twice. By the way, the food is good.
After that, we went to see Gogol Street, probably 100 meters away, the bus again, the Brest Fortress.
Beautiful, monumental, inspires respect. After visiting 3 museums (not what you thought, the guide and I were looking for which one), we found out that our tour of the museum was postponed from 16 o'clock to 17. People dispersed to explore the beauty, sights on their own, and someone went to the museum for their money. By 17 o'clock, from the dialogue we heard between our guide and the staff of the Brest Fortress, it turned out that we would not have an excursion, since the travel agency had not paid the previous bills. Disappointment, sadness, time spent waiting. Thanks to the guide, she invited everyone to take a tour of the fortress for them. It was obvious that she was very uncomfortable with the current situation. And yes, the whole program is within the framework of "running, we don't have time."
And special thanks to the driver Andrey for the professionalism and excellent condition of the bus.
To summarize, the day and money were wasted, and they paid 2 times for an excursion to the Brest Fortress Museum-to the travel agency and themselves, when they killed an hour waiting.

We traveled with this company to the castles of Mir and Nesvizh in the summer of 2024. I chose the tour in advance and paid for it online. The staff is always in touch, communicating in what's up. They called back the day before, clarified / reminded.

Conscientious organization of the entire trip - a meeting at the town hall, a comfortable bus with air conditioning and the possibility of charging at each seat, the guide Mikhail led the tour perfectly, learned a lot of interesting things from the history of Belarus and curious stories about smugglers of that time))), lunch between visits to the castles was organized on time (we went straight to the table). We were on an excursion on 08/16/24. Alas, it was the worst excursion in my life. Instead of 4 hours, the one-way trip took 5 hours. According to the schedule, we were supposed to be brought to Brest first, but we went first to Belovezhskaya Pushcha, because there were some overlays in time by a local guide. A tour of Belovezhskaya Pushcha is really a "bus ride through the forest"; we got off the bus for a couple of minutes just once to look at the oak tree. Then in Brest, the guide took us to the wrong cafe - she did not know where the right cafe was, she asked the locals for directions. Fortunately, there was a cafe. In the Brest Fortress, our guide took us from museum to museum, and they didn't let us in any of them. An employee of the Brest Fortress told our guide that "your company has not paid us for the previous excursion groups, so new groups will not be allowed into the museums"! Before that, the guide said that we would be given a tour of the fortress without museums, although they did not let us into the museums, we just need to wait an hour. But there was no tour of the result. She herself tried to save the situation and tell something, although she had previously said that only local guides could conduct excursions there. The bus fees and departure were first announced by our guide at 17:40, then 18:00, then again at 17:40, when some people had already left after hearing about 18:00. Some of them almost missed the bus, which eventually left Brest at 17:40. Due to poor organization, we had less time for sightseeing, or we had to buy a ticket to the museum at our own expense, because the promised service was not provided to us by the company.
One of the advantages was the following: the lunch was delicious, the driver drove the bus carefully and professionally, the bus itself was in good condition, the air conditioner worked perfectly, the guide from Belovezhskaya Pushcha told interesting stories about the Forest on the tour), the Brest Fortress impressed, despite all the problems on the part of the tour organizer.
But these advantages are certainly not enough to negate the huge disadvantages that we encountered on the tour. Very sorry.

We were told "you would have come in an hour." We couldn't have a proper breakfast because of this. Otherwise, no complaints.

The Mir-Nesvizh excursion is less picturesque in the cold season, there is no opportunity to enjoy all the beauty of nature. But we went anyway and didn't regret it. Everything was organized perfectly. A gorgeous sightseeing tour of Minsk. Of course, this is only thanks to the guide Anatoly. who managed to organize a huge group. Organization of an excursion at altitude. A tour guide with a microphone both on the bus and on the street. Everyone can hear everything. A well-thought-out route, with stops, with time on the photo, on the toilet, with accents on museums, shops, where to eat, etc. The guide is very attentive, we didn't lose anyone along the route. There was a wonderful, complete, fascinating story by Anatoly all along the route. Anatoly helped to form an idea about Belarusians, Belarus, Minsk, sights, history. Anatoly answered all the questions in detail, interestingly. You can see how the guide loves his job and Belarus. 3 hours flew by instantly. We are thrilled.
