A very unpleasant situation developed, I signed up for a tour through the website, and called the main number, they told me that they would bill me after the tour, but this turned out not to be true, in fact, when I came to the gathering place , I was informed that I needed to pay in advance using a link from the mail , and it is valid only until the end a day , that is , the link was already expired , and they cannot put it up again for some unknown reasons , only for cash.
As a result, the day was lost, since I arrived for two days, and this was already the second.
So be more prepared than I am, prepare cash just in case, since in this organization they themselves do not know how the payment takes place.
This review is a recommendation for guests of the capital, there are no questions about the tour, since I did not get to it)

The name of the tour does not correspond to its content at all. Actually, out of 5 days, only 1 gallop through Grodno. And that's where you just want to stay longer. But we had to see it from the program ourselves. However, the disappointment remained. Moreover, we were settled far from the center, on foot for about half an hour, across the bridge. And interestingly, only Russians got there, while other tourists were accommodated in a hotel on the main square

We were looking for an excursion to the Belaz plant through Yandex and from several offers we chose an excursion from this operator. At the booking stage, we received responses from Yuri to e-mail very quickly, which indicated that the employees were responsible for fulfilling their duties, even before they had received payment on the bill.
I liked the organization, the bus was delivered on time, the guide Valeria on the way to the factory told about Minsk and interesting places that we met before Zhodino. On the spot, we went to the factory without fuss, listened, took pictures, drove around, bought souvenirs, ate delicious cakes in the cafeteria, no one hurried, did not push. We were returned to the same place in Minsk where we were met. My impressions were positive.

If you want to run after the agency for your own money and pull information out of them with ticks, then you are here. The site contains an incorrect start time for the tour, after completing the online application, no one calls back to confirm it, the whatsapp responds slowly, dryly and in monosyllables. They do not inform you that during the excursion to the Belaz plant, you can ride for an additional fee. Customer focus is zero!
