We were on an excursion to Zhodino, the guide Oleg Frenchov was very confused and, as it seemed to me, did not fully give out information on the way forward. For some reason, he told me about the factory itself, where the tour was. But the factory has its own guide, who presented all the information very fully and clearly. On the way back, he was silent all the way. In short, we thought that on the way we would hear something interesting about the country, the capital, residents, etc. We did not hear.

We had a rest in Minsk during the January New Year's week 2023. Thanks to your agency, we learned a lot of new and interesting things about Minsk and Belarus.
The 11-hour excursion to Mirsky and Nesvizh castles was especially impressive.
I want to express my deep gratitude to the guide Anatoly! A professional with a capital letter! Despite such a long tour, I did not have to be bored for a minute: a terrific competent specialist, who interestingly tells both about the "subject" of the tour and about Belarus as a whole.
Organization of excursions at altitude. Comfortable transportation, thoughtful sanitary stops, excellent food! We even went to meet them halfway - on the way back we gave them a ride to the hotel.
If you are in Minsk, I strongly recommend going on an excursion from this agency. And if Anatoly turns out to be the guide, you will get a double portion of impressions: from the tour itself and from an entertaining interesting story!

I was on three excursions: introductory, through castles, to Dududki.
Perception depends on the guide. The worst of all guides is Denis (excursion to castles), who:
A) the only one did not take a cash register with him and forced everyone to go pay for the rest of the tour to the office (not working the device in the cold is not an argument, because the day before everything was perfectly paid for by the same agency in more frosty weather);
B) makes unexpected stops at a gas station so that "no one goes to the toilet in the castle." As a result, because of the queue in the women's bathroom, everything is waiting even more. And then Denis declares "until you finish your coffee, we will not go anywhere" - although he did not announce such requirements in advance either at the stop or at any other time before that;
C) for lunch, I took you to the Ragneda cafe, where for decent money for a business lunch (by Moscow standards) you will be fed some kind of mayonnaise pig and broth with three potatoes and one mushroom (this despite the fact that in the same tourist town 70m from Ragneda there was a delicious place with Belarusian food. In general, I do not advise you to take lunch on this tour if you have a "Ragneda"
D) in general, Denis is showing a negative attitude towards Russians. Based on his words and behavior, it is clear that he considers himself a descendant of the great rulers of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, and we are some kind of cattle.
12.01.24 (comment on the company's response): You're lying about "walking 80 meters." From Voight to your office, walk 209m in one direction (and not in a straight line) - i.e. you need to walk almost half a kilometer to pay and return.
Due to the fact that you blatantly distort information, I lower my rating.

We visited two excursions from this agency. I was very worried about how everything would go, how comfortable the transport would be, which guides, since my requirements for this type of vacation are frankly overstated.
Everything is fine.
I especially liked the trip to Grodno. The tour was a small group.
Huge respect to Anatoly. Naturally, this tour was very relaxed, diverse and very comfortable. Competent speech, deep knowledge of history, natural artistry. It's really cool, we were very pleased with the presentation of the material. I really liked everything, even the cafe where lunch was some kind of very cozy, in a historic building, and the lunch itself is 5+.
The second excursion to the Castles of Mir and Nesvizh with Olga Lvovna was also interesting, eventful, but of course it is a very popular, and therefore crowded route, although everything is also well organized and well organized. I didn't have enough free time. You need to include at least an hour of free time in each castle in the program.
I would like to wish only one thing - to increase the number of excursions on weekdays. I really wanted to go to Brest, BelAZ, and other castles, but we were only there for one week, and all excursions are mostly on weekends.

I want to share my negative experience with this organization. I am a guest in Belarus, I came from Russia. I live in a sanatorium in the suburbs. I planned a trip to Khatyn right away. The organizer of leisure in the sanatorium booked me a place for an excursion with the condition of payment immediately before the trip, on the spot. There were 8 of us travelers + a guide. The car was served for 8 seats. It turned out that two passengers were not listed for the tour, although they made an advance payment. The manager of the company at first refused to do anything at all, motivating the replacement of the car with a larger one with additional costs. Then, under pressure, I secretly (moved as far away as possible) talked to someone on the phone, but the issue was not resolved. Is it clear who was appointed the weak link? They just turned me around because I didn't have time to give money. That was exactly what sounded like a reason for refusal. In fairness, I can say that they offered to take me somewhere else, even at a discount or even for free, when they heard about the upcoming review.
So how much is a reputation worth? And the spoiled mood?
Everything happens in this life. That's how the circumstances turned out. And I wouldn't write anything if I saw at least some desire from the manager to fix the situation.

. We really liked the tour. The guide Olga Kolyada is just a storehouse of knowledge, she conducted a very interesting tour with a demonstration of unique photographic materials, she captivated us so much that 3 hours flew by unnoticed. I answered all the various questions. Organization - you can't dig in, everything is smooth, accurate, friendly. Anatoly, a professional guide, candidate of historical Sciences, was able not only to tell in an interesting and accessible way about the milestones of his country, Nesvizh castle and Mir fortress, he made the guests fall in love with his homeland. We went on excursions to Nesvizh and Mir, we liked it very much, well organized, guides from the museum complexes themselves in the castles, on the bus from the agency. Lunch is simple, but there is nowhere better to have lunch in those cities. No extra charges, you can pay online or at their office via the terminal.

A very interesting excursion to the World and Nesvizh, we are still impressed. We went on 06.12.2022. The guide Anatoly is a professional in his field: throughout the trip we received a lot of interesting information from him. It was really a pity to break up when the day came to an end. A couple of tips for those who are just going to go: 1) it is better to pay for food in advance and eat with the whole group; 2) If you are traveling in winter and in the cold, carefully consider clothes according to the weather. In Nesvizh, part of the tour passes through the streets of the city - you can freeze thoroughly.

Until that moment, you won't know if you will return to this place or not.
You will be given a choice of 30 minutes to eat at a roadside cafe or have time to go to the store.
According to the excursions themselves:
You will find out that Hitler saved Belarus, that Stalin is bad (just bad, no examples or explanations), and you will try not to get lost in temporary teleports and omissions.
The day was somehow saved by the guide in the Nesvizh castle itself.

The group was large, 52 people, but Pavel managed to interest everyone and constantly keep everyone's attention. We had a great three hours - the tour is organized in such a way that the pedestrian part alternates with moving around the city. Comfortable, no fatigue.
