I would like to express my gratitude to the surgeon I.O. Novikov for accurately determining the cause of pain in my knee joints. I recommend this surgeon to everyone, do not look at his youth and short work experience. The main thing is that he has the knowledge to understand the very essence of the problem and the desire to help the patient.
Thank him very much for his help.
The work is disgusting. Admission of individuals at the VCC is strictly by the hour on certain days of the week, for 2 hours per day. People arrive, take coupons in line, the reception starts late, ATTENTION, at one o'clock.
Another time I come, again the wait is an hour, no one is allowed in, the reception is 15 minutes before the end of the reception hours)) Why is this so that half of the people just leave without waiting? Why set reception hours if reception is not possible at their time? And after more than an hour of waiting, the doctor still dares to talk in a boorish tone, as if this was not her job and people had no business of their own
I turned to the senior nurse Natalia Viktorovna and the head. laboratory for Irina Alexandrovna. I received timely qualified assistance. Thank them for their attention and responsiveness, kindness to the common man.
A young ophthalmologist is a good job. There was also a French flu shot, although there are practically none in the city. But in the waiting area for vaccination - only in a mask. The SARS season has already begun and everyone is in the same queue - sick and temporarily healthy
For a year I turned to otolaryngologists, with pain, unfortunately I did not receive any diagnosis or treatment, it is a pity that in such a beautiful clinic and such an attitude of doctors to people!!!!
My review. Being on sick leave from the doctor Orekhova, a very good doctor, thanks to her and honey.my sister Olga Nikolaevna, too.In the process of getting sick leave, I was sent to Lipinskaya's doctor, she prescribed pills and injections into a vein, I refused injections and warned the doctor that I did not feel well from injections into a vein, it was getting bad, but I know this procedure because I did these injections in September and there was no domaganie. And Lipinskaya's doctor doesn't care about this and made an entry in the hospital about the violation of the regime, although I took even more other preparations, drank painkillers. As a doctor, she should have ruled out this procedure, but instead she wrote a violation. After visiting Lipinskaya, I went to the head of the department, Yershova, explained the situation, but there was no solution, along the way, as everywhere, one hand washes the other. In short, a very negative impression about the doctor Lipinskaya and the head of the department Yershova.I will write to the Ministry of Health and the presidential commission.
This is my review of chapters.to the doctor of the polyclinic Pashuto I.V. about the organization of the work of this institution. Just please don't blame the general practitioner. Lipinskaya T.N. is a very competent and attentive doctor. Thank her very much for her professionalism, always properly prescribed treatment.
The fact is that in the fall of 2021, I was very ill with covid (I was in the 10th grade for 21 days, then in rehabilitation in the Oksana region). After covid, there was a shortness of breath. Then I did a heart ultrasound and a BCA ultrasound for a fee. The cardiologist of the polyclinic Spizharnaya E.V. prescribed treatment, put gr.D and indicated to come in a year, to make a planned ECHO KG, etc. In February of this year, I was put on the waiting list to take a ticket to a cardiologist. On May 18, I received an SMS with an invitation to undergo a medical examination. I thought I was going to get a ticket to a cardiologist. But, no. This, if you want, take the blood for analysis. In August, I had health problems. I came to the therapist. She prescribed treatment for her part. Thanks, it helped. About the ticket to the cardiologist, she said: "Yes, you are standing in line. There is no ticket yet" Today is November 6th. It's been 9 months. How many more months or years to wait in turn to take a voucher to the cardiologist of the polyclinic???
Why is the implementation of the Regulations for medical care in the UZ "3rd central district polyclinic" of Minsk grossly ignored?
The renovation has been updated, everything is great. It happens that you need to spend several hours in a queue, but this is a classic. The main thing is that doctors are smart.
The clinic had questions regarding the work of the support staff. It should be noted that all of them were constructively resolved by entries in the book of comments and suggestions or by electronic appeals. It is clear that medical centers concentrate specialists of the highest category, with an academic degree. But it is visible to the naked eye how the clinic returns positions. The highest praise goes to the treatment room, the doctor's assistants, the OMR within the framework of the current equipment and acupuncture services as prescribed, the surgical department. Wishes for further development 🙂
Today I went to the clinic to get a ticket to the therapist. I came out with a disgusting impression of the reception staff. I haven't been to the clinic for almost 3 years. Out of habit, I went to the reception window. They just growled at me. I went to the second one, the result is the same. I went to the third one. Answer: I have a brick, I have finished my work. I'm going to the fourth window. Again, half-shout and answer take the ticket. What a ticket. I can't understand it. Finally, the fifth person at the reception desk, very indistinctly, tells me I need to take a ticket and points to the exit. I started and I don't know what to do. No one wants to explain, just growling and almost breaking into a scream. It's good that the woman from the queue explained that now the queue at the registry is electronic and you need to take a ticket. The question with the management of the polyclinic, why the staff, 5 people to whom I turned, could not explain. Pensioners are sitting and also growling. The polyclinic is being equipped, repairs have been made, but they do not pay attention to the staff. Why such a disgusting attitude? Why is everyone just growling from the underbelly? I hope someone from the management reads the reviews. so pay attention to the reception staff. It's just awful. If the staff does not know how to communicate with people, it is necessary to change it. It is necessary that the younger ones sit, and not these grannies who do not want to work. If they don't know how to talk to people, let them go with a rag or a broom to wave.
I am grateful to Olga Nikolaevna Yushkevich, a gynecologist, and Valentina Fedorovna Shevchenko, a midwife, for their professional and pleasant attitude. I really liked coming to the reception, everything is always clear, as quickly as possible, polite and calm.
In general, I also liked the clinic, I chose it because of its convenient location to work. I have not encountered any rudeness, or any confusion in the analyses or with the documents. Everything was fine, I compare it with my clinic at the place of registration, where tests and cards are always lost, etc.
What can I say, many specialists simply do not exist (for a long time). An examination was required, so there was no optometrist, no neurologist, they gave a ticket for an ultrasound of the thyroid gland, instead (a completely inexperienced girl) did an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity for about an hour, explaining that she knows how to examine only this. And thanks for that, because less than a month later, there was no one to do an ultrasound at all. I went to the head, she put me on the waiting list for an ultrasound (it was in December), it was already April - the queue, apparently, had not yet come up... So you can die, but you can grow old while waiting for an appointment! Because having an ordered ticket by time (or being by appointment), you can sit under the office for 2 hours. They gave directions to another polyclinic for a CT scan of the head, I arrived there, it turned out they did not have a program for CT scans of the head and never had (how could they send it), redirected to 38 p-ku, the device was broken there, I waited more than a month for it to be repaired. To take a ticket to another clinic to an optometrist, you need to catch a nurse, and when you got to her, it turned out that the coupons stopped being issued. In general, for a year I ran to the doctors, knocking out coupons and referrals - all to no avail! No one can diagnose it, you wait a month or more for any redirection. I am already silent about the competence of doctors. You can write a book about it. A neurologist appeared (I wanted to sign up my husband for him), but in order to get to him, you must first take a ticket to a therapist. Two weeks of waiting for an appointment with a therapist so that she would give a ticket to a neurologist, then at least two more weeks of waiting (and this was lucky), and when my husband finally got an appointment with a neurologist a month later, he said that he did not have the necessary experience in vertebral hernias, it is better to consult a neurosurgeon, who of course Of course not. ((
Before that, we had to contact specialists at the center for a fee and do an MRI, since our doctors in the hospital, when asked about severe lower back pain, spread their hands, saying we couldn't help anything and prescribed vitamins to my husband.
In one word - HORROR! God forbid you get sick! ((
There are simply not many specialists. It is impossible to undergo a routine examination. They are sent to polyclinics all over Minsk. He added stars for the fact that the renovation is good in the building and for the good work of the treatment room. Injections make you feel nothing and the girls are in a good mood if you behave well and respect them.
Most of them are good specialists.I would like to mention such doctors as Yantsevich A.G.,Luzko G.N., head of the day hospital department GolovkoG.I. and nurses Kerdol V.V. and Grigorenko L.I. The staff is polite, the attitude is good.
The best clinic. A wonderful physiotherapy room with nurse Lagoda Natalia Ivanovna. A man who knows his job, a top-class specialist and just a wonderful person. Good health to her!
The best polyclinic in Minsk!
I thought so before visiting the general practitioner Zhilinskaya. Not a competent specialist!!!! From the word at all!!!!Wasted nerves!
I got an appointment with a doctor without queues and delays in 5 minutes. I closed my sick leave. Cleanly neat. Lucky or always like that, I don't know.
I had to go to this polyclinic 04.10 to the physiotherapist Lavrentieva N.V. for a paid appointment through the srachovaya. It's been a long time since I've met such boors, you can't call them anything else. A patient came out of the office, I went in and asked if you were a physiotherapist, they tell me that yes. The child was rudely kicked out of the office, then they began to resent the fact that she brought the conclusion on the phone, and not on paper... Then I did not like that the actual registration did not match in the insurance company's form (although it did not matter in any private clinic). And so half the reception listened to the negative.
There is no longer any desire to return to this doctor. They don't appreciate their work at all, but it's a pity!
The problem is with the availability of doctors of narrow specialization. There has been no ophthalmologist for a long time, there has been no neurologist for a long time...
When contacting this clinic, there were small misunderstandings, but thanks to Lapteva Yana Anatolyevna, the conflict was settled. After listening to me, she was able to clarify everything and help with further examination. I wish there were more such people with a kind soul!!!!
Polyclinic at the place of residence.
I really like the doctor of the women's consultation Shedko N.N.
I've been seeing her for over 20 years.
An attentive, kind, humorous doctor.
He will always advise, calm down and give the necessary advice.
In general, the clinic is good.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to the employee of the treatment room, Ilya Alexandrovich Amelchena, for a professional and individual approach to work, accuracy, care, politeness, and goodwill!
After getting injured, I was prescribed a course of injections and miraculously I got to this wonderful specialist to carry out this procedure. Despite my busy schedule and concerns, Ilya Alexandrovich never refused to carry out the procedure, always injected very quickly and accurately, adjusted for a positive outcome of my treatment, which is not a little important for me.
After completing the course of injections, I had only positive impressions of the work of Ilya Alexandrovich and the rest of the staff of the treatment room!
Thank you very much to this specialist and other staff for your hard work, understanding and empathetic attitude towards patients!
I wish you good health and only grateful patients!
I would like to thank the employee personally and encourage him to perform his work duties properly!
I decided to visit an endocrinologist for a fee. It took a very long time to formalize a contract for the provision of paid services. It seems that the entire contract was re-printed in my presence. Okay, I've been through it. But a doctor is something. I came to the appointment 10 minutes earlier and since there was no queue for her, I decided to come in early. Thank you, I accepted it. Then some trash began: a young, cool woman was sitting, quickly answering questions, demonstrating with all her appearance that she was tired of the patient with her "stupid" questions. I quickly wrote out a prescription for hormones, although before writing out such a serious prescription, other doctors still send it for repeated analysis. And after 10 minutes of admission, I sent the nurse to see who was still in the queue in the corridor, thereby demonstrating that it was time for me to wrap up. At the same time, during the conversation, she mentioned that she still works at a private center. God forbid to get to such a place.
Perhaps this is the problem of our entire medical service. There are not enough staff and as a result, there are long queues under the offices, especially now, in winter, to the traumatologist. The doctors are trying, but you can't jump over your head.
The staff is friendly. Professionals working in this place who are able to identify and monitor your health problems. People are like people, if you are kind, the staff is not aggressive. Queues are like in any other polyclinic, but due to the distribution of employees, waiting time in the queue may be reduced.
The clinic is not bad, the doctors are good, there is a physical therapy room, magnetic therapy, acupuncture. But the registrar and the help desk were put on the same electronic queue, the mess is now complete.

If we discard some organizational aspects, then you can put 5. I have never encountered any rudeness or incompetence. High-level doctors, it is worth emphasizing traumatology and surgery. Excellent doctors in the therapeutic departments. A low bow to those who remained in the country and profession.
The service is terrible.Surgeon's office 514, July 13, 2021. The surgeon works on a first-come, first-served basis.
The first shift is from 8:00 to 14:00, the second shift is from 14:00 to 20:00. I arrived at the clinic at 11:20 for a second examination (as recommended by the surgeon), took a queue.
As a result, after waiting for their turn, at 13:25, the reception changes dramatically, and they begin to accept those who, according to the pictures, do not call those who could have stayed from that queue who came for a second examination (consultation). The queue is getting lost. Thus, I did not wait for the reception. Why do those who come with pictures or for bandaging have preferences???? There is one queue for everyone...This is some kind of absurdity, the queue of "snitchers" and "bandages" turns into a pandemonium of Neanderthals (there are no other words), losing their heads, they run to the office to "support" the door, which opens and they run in there...
I understand that doctors get tired of the influx of patients, but you need to have order and decency in reception and respect for people....
If the rules for admission to your shift change, then why not ask the queue a question, "Who else is left for examination, we will call you before the end of your shift", and not engage in improvisation????
If there should be an admission of patients with snapshots, then SET TIME "from" and "to" (did not have time-it means next time at the reception hours according to the pictures or re-occupy the queue according to the general live queue),
if patients are for DRESSING -also SET the TIME "from" and "to", if you did not have time, then come next time (during the reception hours for dressing) or take a queue on a first-come, first-served basis. Is it really that difficult?! Develop your work schedule!!!!
And note to the chief physician: - please take the situation into your own hands and eliminate this mess!!!!
p.s. either the clinic management does not know how to optimize the patient admission system and does not know the situation, or doctors do not know what to do with the rest of their shift queue.Maybe someone from the clinic's management should just be changed to a more active and effective manager, or 3 instead of 5
I very rarely go to the doctors of this clinic: a lot has changed for the worse in the last 10 years, I mean the attitude towards patients. Here is my case: On January 20, 2021, I suffered a serious injury to my arm. In the traumatology department on Kizhevatov Street, I had a fracture very well set under general anesthesia. Thank you very much to the doctor! After the operation, the traumatologist came to my husband and said that during anesthesia I had an unstable heart and that I needed to be examined by a cardiologist. But it turned out that in the 3rd polyclinic, the traumatologist was hidden from patients behind a "high fence". I was told that I needed to see a therapist. Vouchers to the therapist are taken with a fight. Somehow I managed to get the coveted ticket. But... I never got to the cardiologist, because the district Diger felt that the traumatologist could not tell me this without a special examination, he is not a cardiologist... Yes, that doctor was a traumatologist, but during the operation I was connected to a variety of equipment, including one that monitored the work of the heart. Today is May 12th, I still haven't got to the cardiologist. And even if I didn't have a heart problem until today, now it will definitely appear! Head. by the department of M. N. Dydyshko, to whom I personally made an appointment on April 30 in her office for an appointment on May 4 at room 201 at 2 p.m., she told me that I had not made an appointment with her, that she was seeing me for the first time and would not accept me, she did not even listen to my problem... Apparently, 10 holidays took away her memory.
That's such a wonderful attitude to their work among the doctors of the 3rd polyclinic of Minsk on Voronyansky Street!
