I got redirected from 4 GKB, emergency department on 10/20/2023 to 21 polyclinics to an otorhinolaryngologist. The ENT doctor Denisenkova A.V. is a terrible specialist. Complete inability to handle patients. On the diagnosis of "acute otitis media" (which I was diagnosed with by two doctors in 4 gkb), I said that it was nerves and that there was nothing. And in conclusion of the whole situation, she refused further observation. Shame and shame. It is necessary to dismiss such people. There is nothing for such "specialists" to do in polyclinics.
The service is terrible, they don't want to interact with people. The attitude of doctors towards patients is disgusting, they do not want to help. Doctors are constantly on the phone and taking up time in which they could examine the patient. Time is wasted, I do not advise you to even appear there.
There have been improvements recently, but the voucher can only be ordered for the next month. If you want a ticket, you need to stand near the clinic from 6 o'clock, it's not a fact that you will be able to get a ticket.
A good sensible clinic. They made a good reception room. Taking tests on a digital queue, coupons in information kiosks. Excellent staff. There are two elevators.
The best polyclinic. Everything is organized by supper. Really for people. Professional doctors - genicologists, therapists, girls from the vaccination office, reference service. I have been living in another District for a long time , but I do not check out from the polyclinic at my place of residence . This is the best clinic
Oh, well, as in all polyclinics, there is a problem with coupons for certain doctors, there is not quite a friendly brunette in the help desk, but the young girls are excellent, and there are always coupons and they will change without problems and prove it. The best of the doctors is ophthalmologist Tatyana Naumovich. Smart girl, a man in his place, always with a smile, works fast. And her nurse is on Fire..Well done girls!!!
It is very inconvenient to make an electronic queue, it is not clear why they introduced it, the money is confused, there are no queues, complete anarchy, inconvenient time for pre-treatment
A small parking lot. There are always a lot of people. The staff is not always welcoming. It's not hard to get coupons, but you need to know who to go to.
We lost our medical card in the first few days. I did not like the service in the pre-medical office. At the first request, it was necessary to ask for a referral for a medical examination. Although the last examination was 2 years ago, no one offered to undergo a medical examination. I had to ask for it myself. Uncomfortable, narrow passages on the stairs. It is a pity for the elderly people who serve here.
If half a DAY is WORKING and a person calls during working hours, WHY DOESN'T ONE of the phone numbers ANSWER? The number is not occupied, he just does not answer, neither landline, nor mobile, no...You need to cut your salary for a bad job, you are not worthy even of the one you have!
The staff is adequate.
The attitude and consultations are quite adequate.
The doctors and specialists I contacted were satisfied.
The waiting time depends on the situation, but is generally acceptable.
There are a lot of people in white coats, apparently these are "doctors", but in fact none of them can help. I was sitting with terrible pain, waiting for them to deign to take me, the doctor knew that I was sitting with pathology in the corridor
The clinic is empty, and the coupons are all disassembled, there are no people near the offices. There is always a queue for blood from a vein and to the pre-hospital, for an electrocoordiagram.
An ordinary district polyclinic with a queue, the absence of some doctors, and the problem of taking a ticket.
There are questions about doctors, but I think it's time to get used to it.
In any case , as in any clinic , it is better not to get caught
It's a sore subject. But from what I've seen, I do take off my cap in front of the staff. Of course, few people will like working in old buildings that have already been killed to the lowest point. But they work. Neurosurgery doctors are tough, but you're cool. thank you. Against the background of the hospital, behind, there is a brand new modern shining building, why don't these doctors build the same one. There is a mess, in the nurses - they gather in their cubicles, in the nurses - who is wearing what today, but the doctors are cool.
A good clinic. Compared to other areas, there are not particularly long queues, sometimes there are none at all. The doctors are good, responsive, but there are fewer of them.
Welcome to the past
Rudeness is back in fashion
Inattention to the patient is the norm.
No one is going to solve your problems.
Both elevators are not working, and you have sore legs- well, somehow you will get to the 4th floor, then to the 3rd, then sign the certificate on the first. And what...
Order a ticket online- and why? Come at 6.30 under the door and wait for you to be let into the building. And it's not a fact that you will get the coveted pass to the doctor.
You can try for several days.
And the phone is not answering. Never responds
And if you are lucky, it does not mean that you will pass at 9.00 or 11. There are new rules under the office: sick leave, acquaintances, referral and ambulance.
A doctor in a computer, an assistant in paperwork...
a referral for examinations is like asking for money in debt.
The analyses are lost.
A urologist offers prostate prevention to women...
And although it is clear that just coming to work for such a salary is already a feat....but still, I want to receive adequate help and, at least, not lose the remnants of my health
It's time for the doctors to go on sick leave, their head doesn't work. Even my curtains flew away from such service. And my friend almost went into hibernation there while he was sitting in line 👎👎
There was an acute toothache. All the signs on the territory say about the dental office. At first, I accidentally went to the 5th hospital, where a nice woman explained where and how to get out to go to the clinic, where a dentist can take me.
After entering the clinic, I stood in line at the registry, and they answered my complaint: "So what?" They sent me to the help window, where, after standing in line again, they told me that they did not have a dental office. I was not given a clear answer as to why it is indicated everywhere that it exists, but as a result it does not exist.
A normal clinic. The doctors are a little nervous, but professional. There is an electronic queue for blood collection. The rest is live. You take a ticket to the specialist doctors. Clean, tidy, the wardrobe is working. I like.
A good clinic, like everywhere else, has its pros and cons. We were lucky with the district police officer Savitsky Sergey Yurievich. Initially, she was skeptical, but later changed her mind about him. Attentive, polite, patient (and I'm such a bore), a wonderful doctor. At the reception, they lose their cards, then they don't give them out without a coupon, then they give them to hide in a bag, there are no queues, there are fast specialists in the blood collection office, always pleasant and polite, neat both on the first floor and on the fourth, a big plus for them. In general, all doctors are very attentive and bring the patient to full recovery.

Tatyana Frantsevna, the best ophthalmologist. Always on the case, quickly, clearly. No unnecessary appointments
You sit in line longer than you are at the doctor's. Yes. They do not shine with experience, some interns are sitting in their offices. There are few doctors left. Raise their salaries so that the experienced ones don't leave
It all starts with ordering a coupon. To order it, you need to try to get through three days in advance, but you can order a ticket only the day before the reception (it is unrealistic to get through in the morning!)
Constant loss of cards: two have already been lost, and they have been serving for 2 years. (I got the 3rd one today!!!!)
There is no point complaining about doctors, I don't even want to write about it.
Guys, the electronic database!! Electronic! It's about time. Still know how to use phones!? After all, you sit in them even during the reception, without looking up (and I'm not talking about patients).
Well, be kinder to people.
Today, on 4.11.22, I visited the gynecologist E.N. Sudilovskaya. It's just terrible!!!I have never had such an examination in my life.Yes, there was no inspection as such in principle!!!!.You need to take the ticket again and go to another doctor for an examination.Avoid the gynecologist Sudilovskaya if you care about your gynecological health, and not just need an examination for a tick

This is a separate kind of art. There hasn't been a precinct officer on the site for 10 years. I go there only out of urgent need.
It seems that repairs were made on the ground floor, the cards were locked it is not clear where....
My district polyclinic. I visit it as needed, even considering that I am already 74 + Of course we are all different. I would like to wish everyone good health, optimism and, if possible, not to get sick. ❤❤🧡
I don't like this clinic, I can't get a deficiency to an ENT doctor. It's a disgrace to go to another clinic to see an ENT doctor. By the time you get there, your ear will fall off.
So far, there have been no disputes or unpleasant situations. Of course, you can wait in line for a long time, but this is probably inevitable in such institutions. And it's not bad.
