I caught a cold, went to the clinic on 06/14/21 to the infectious diseases room, they didn't give me a sick leave, after which I went to work! At work, a little later, I lost the smell and taste. I've been trying to call a doctor at home all week, the phone is sometimes busy, sometimes they just don't answer the phone. I called the covid hotline, they didn't pick up the phone there either. I went to the clinic on Saturday, the guards swore at me, said that they would call the police and so on. In general, I never got to the doctors.
Bottom line: I have no sense of smell and taste + no sick leave, I'm going to work in a catering!)

You can't really take coupons.
The staff is rude, they always misdiagnose and naturally prescribe the wrong treatment.
We lost tests and medical records three times.
You can only call a doctor at home from 100 times, as in principle you can get through.

Everything else is fine. If a person comes to the clinic with a desire to be treated, and not to swear and be offended, then everything is worthy. I want to address the patients. Be positive. The doctor is not to blame for the deterioration of your health, you are primarily to blame for this, you did not catch up, did not pay attention in time, and now you are trying to shift the blame to the doctor. Don't be silent if you see rudeness, but as a rule it is a response to your behavior. Doctors are promised a salary increase, and patients are healthy.
08.01.2021 I visited 21 polyclinics immediately after visiting the oncological dispensary, where they said that my mother urgently needed to be hospitalized after a smear on covid, hospitalization was scheduled for the morning of 13.01.2021, a smear to be ready for this date should be done on January 08-09 from the district polyclinic, i.e. 21 polyclinics. 08.01.2021 I ordered an ambulance team on 09.01.2021 to take a smear for COVID at my mother's home with an oncodiagnosis. They said that the application was accepted, wait at home on 09.01.2021 from 9.00 to 18.00. We were waiting at home on 09.01.2021 from 9.00 to 21.00 and NO ONE ARRIVED. Mom with oncodiagnosis, every morning when I get up, I think only that she was alive. I've been living in two houses for three months, still combining work. Mom is running out of time for hours, every day it gets weaker and with severe pain. The smear, if it is done on Monday, will not be ready by Wednesday morning (I understand perfectly well that it is actually done for a couple of hours, but we do not have priorities, everything is on the conveyor belt), as a result, hospitalization breaks down. I would pay for the urgency. But there must be at least some humanity. And this brigade, which did not want/tired/forgot to come, also have families. And they will also not want / get up / forget to come to your families, no one canceled the boomerang so that you can feel what it is like when a loved one weakens and suffers in front of your eyes. And what kind of country is this: when covid is positive, but completely asymptomatic and cancer is progressing every day (every day, despite work, you need to come, measure your blood pressure, abdominal circumference, weight; make you eat something, help you lie down, give painkillers and back to work with tears), but cancer is not treated (even painkillers were not prescribed), because a positive covid has been at home since 12/29/2020 without treatment, without anything. The country is not for living.

There are constant queues, you can't get to the doctors, rude attitude towards patients, both the registry and the doctors. The prevention department is terrible. When you need to apply urgently, it's a waste of time. The call center can't get through at all, it's busy at 7 a.m., then they don't pick it up with a long beep, and then they throw it off. I would like to improve the attitude towards patients and be more competent, approach work more responsibly.

She spat shorter. I signed up for a paid clinic for a consultation. The doctor said that no dermatoscopy was necessary, he explained everything correctly. I considered it. I decided to delete it just in case, even though it wasn't necessary. As a result, everything was resolved faster and without hassle. I hope I don't have to come here anymore.

If you feel bad and you have called a doctor in this clinic, do not wait, no one will come, and if you need to close the hospital, no one will tell you when to come, and then you will be to blame.
