There is a man in the covid ward, well, you can't think of a slower one. There is one office and 3 people in one hour!!! How is that even possible? Are people standing in the same room for 5 hours? It's disgusting, I've never seen a worse clinic, two hours in line at a pre-hospital office to get a referral.
There is even a lot of one star for this clinic.
The staff is constantly rude, rude, and raises their voice. There are queues everywhere - starting from the wardrobe, ending with a specialist. You can spend 2 hours in the queue.
You can't get through to the clinic at the reception, you can't order a ticket online. Seriously? Several phone numbers and they don't pick up one at a time, then they're busy, and then they just don't take it. That's horrible. How do I get to a doctor's appointment?
Young doctors are good, but I really wanted them to be more attentive and correct. I left the clinic without receiving an answer how to get to the aperation, what to do, how to take tests so that they are effective, I am not satisfied
