The reception desk is disgusting. I can't make an appointment with LAURA for the second month, at what time I won't call, they have one answer - call tomorrow from 7 a.m. Today I started dialing at 6:55, put an auto-call, because I was tired of constantly dialing and hearing busy, as a result, at 7.35 I still got through and the answer is again- there are no coupons. When did they manage to give them out if I was typing all this time?! I don't have the opportunity to go to a paid appointment, and that's what to do. Evidence of how many times the number was dialed..
Excellent clinic! I used to be served in another polyclinic (in Minsk, I won't name the number), so I want to say that in comparison, this one is several classes higher in terms of quality of service and the attitude of medical staff to patients!
In general, a good clinic. They discharged me very quickly, even though I was not registered with them. Then, when it got worse, they sent a doctor to the house, also without problems. But to close the sick leave was a trash. I had to stand in line in 3 offices for more than 3 hours (why in three?), for an hour in each office, in the first they just wrote something with a pen, in the second office they put a seal and in the third several more seals. And there are kilometer-long queues in each office. In general, it's good, but to close the sick leave is just some kind of trouble.
The specialists are not bad, but the waiting time for their turn is just darkness. At the moment, I'm sitting in line for a neurologist for an hour and forty.
I have been going to this clinic all my adult life. Awful. Medical records are constantly being lost. When they are found, all examinations disappear.
I am diabetic, hypertension plus since 2016 hemoglobin 35-45. Where have all the examinations gone and my medical card has not been able to answer me for the 2nd year. I am writing here and waiting for the reaction of the administration. Going to this clinic is no longer healthy. I'm suffering from gastrointestinal pains now and I really don't want to, but I have to go to this hell.
I am waiting for an answer and will write to the Ministry of Health. Although there is no faith anymore, there is no one
I am not a frequent guest at this institution, but I can give an excellent rating to paramedics who prescribe medicines with preferential prescriptions. The specialists are very competent and friendly. I always leave them happy, although sometimes I have to sit in line in front of the office. The bulk of the staff (mostly, as they say, the middle link)the establishment is friendly and friendly, but ... As in every sphere, there is a black sheep. No one has canceled the human factor.

Strangely, according to A.G., doctors receive 9-10 thousand rubles, but traumatology works 1. I've been sitting for more than 3 hours. The phrase from the queue is "it's easier to die"
This is not a clinic, it's just HELL right away! If you're 80+, then no one cares about you anymore. PCR? We don't go to the house, we don't do PCR! Can't walk? Well, let the children bring you! A bad cough? No, we will not give you a referral for CT, why do you need it, come, if we decide that you need to do it, then we will do it! How to be treated? Here are vitamins for you, well, if you want to buy antiviral ones, but you want antibiotics!
And after a person recovers, they come to him with the words: well, you got carried away! I MEAN, DID IT GET THROUGH?! You prescribed the treatment! You TREATED ME! And it turns out that it just got through! Dr. BRESSKAYA Marina Gennadievna, if you do not want to treat grandmothers, then immediately come to them and say it will not carry through, but I will not treat. Special thanks to the Head of Plotnikova Valentina Nikolaevna, for the same indifference, with the words: DO YOU SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE WE HAVE?
I see it! You won't believe it, there are so many of them everywhere, but this is the first time I've met such indifference!
Thanks for your attention
The nurses are not on the level. Once they lost my certificate related to cancer. Ge doctors fit into the allotted time.reception time. On my site, district doctors change very often. I am prescribed to be monitored by an oncologist, however, I cannot do this in this clinic. Cleanliness is at the highest level. In general, the polyclinic is inconvenient for patients.
As in all polyclinics, nothing has changed for 20 years, everyone is dissatisfied, the attitude is more or less, there is a shortage of doctors, queues, as everywhere in popular times
The information desk is not aware that the doctor has been on vacation for half a month, there is no replacement, asked a passing doctor from a neighboring office, MB she knows who to contact, she said that the doctor works on the second shift, when I showed the sign about the vacation on the office, she said to contact the information desk
The staff is qualified, the clinic serves a large number of people. It seems to me that there are not enough doctors. The relationship to customers is excellent. Cleanliness and order.
There are not enough staff, everything is mired in bureaucracy, digitalization is 0, you can make an appointment with doctors only a month after applying. Kilometer-long queues. The doctors' complete disinterest in your problem.
As in all public health institutions:
- a ticket taken is not a guarantee of the absence of a queue
- the electronic queue does not always work and does not work everywhere
- some staff members are probably getting off on the wrong foot. Systematically
However, it only gets better with each visit :)
It is impossible to get to a neurologist, even if you have an urgent question or health problems... There are friendly doctors, but there are very few of them(
I would add electronic queues to polyclinics and make them have 4 times more identical offices working at the same time. Let the doctors sit and wait, not wait for them.
I try not to go there unless absolutely necessary, because it's terrible with queues.
Make 4 rooms for receiving each profile of medical services!!!
The certificate incorrectly orients the work of the offices and the possibility of passing an examination (elementary) on a paid basis. The queues are huge, and it is impossible to get reliable information. So do not rely on the work of the certificate, come and read the signs on the door and it is not a fact that the doctor will be on site at the end.
The clinic is large, clean and cozy. There is a shortage of staff. Long queues. The problem with mobile phones for communication. The problem is to call a doctor at home and order an appointment ticket by phone. The Internet helps out.
Of course, there are worse polyclinics, but this one does not lag behind, to the ENT, that one, that the second do not even apply, one young incompetent sits does not know anything, and the second old incompetent who does not understand why she has been sitting there for so many years and has not even learned anything in practice, and the honor both professors are no less, they will not prescribe any sensible treatment, but they will look like a fly and twist their lips.
Polyclinic as a polyclinic. The only incident was:
It was necessary to undergo an MREC, the doctor gave a bunch of directions, each of them commented on what and where, one examination had to be done at the center on Semashko Street, the other she said: "Go there, if possible (!)" And gave directions. Thinking that the second direction could have been completed at the clinic itself, I went to the clinic on the date and time I read, and only there I saw that it also had to be completed by Semashko. On the one hand, it's my own fault that I didn't read it, on the other hand, I was misled. Anyway, I was very upset.
Be healthy to go to clinics, you need strong nerves.
Therapist Marina Anatolyevna Yemelyanova came to the house of a woman with suspected covid. She prescribed Ingavirin (a drug that has no evidence base, a fuflopropath), etc. Then covid was confirmed, but no one came to the patient.(confirmed on Friday), on Monday the patient was taken away by an ambulance with confirmed bilateral pneumonia, but the salt is that the patient's relatives (husband and mother) did not check the first-level contacts for covid, and the doctor at the next call said that the test was not needed here (seriously?!), and so far the person has not it will become difficult, they will not take him anywhere for treatment! The patient's mother is at risk (90 years old, she is lying for the third day, she has no appetite and no strength) and no one has done anything.
This is the second year of the epidemic, and such a sad situation.
Ent, Denisenkova A.V., just not an adequate person with giant cockroaches in his head!!!! A boor and a rude woman, it's a pity that the ENT is still alone in this clinic, rather than going to her again for an appointment, it's better to go to a paid one than to her, and I suspect that I'm not sure about competence in my profile either!I turned to her with ear pain, diagnosed a plug in my ear and lubricated with selicylic acid, flakes of dry skin from my ear did not leave me all the time until I stopped smearing, and the result was 0!
In general, an ordinary polyclinic. There's not much to say that's bad. Above average. The elevators are working, clean, there are benches everywhere. Maybe sometimes parking is not very good - you have to look for it. But not for long.
I can't get through. Mobile +375 (25) 500-66-84 became available today from 12:46! Both on the landline and on the mobile, either it is busy or no one picks up the phone!
According to the reception in the wing with a high temperature: everything was fast, clear, a girl and a man worked. The service is good and fast.

I caught a cold, went to the clinic on 06/14/21 to the infectious diseases room, they didn't give me a sick leave, after which I went to work! At work, a little later, I lost the smell and taste. I've been trying to call a doctor at home all week, the phone is sometimes busy, sometimes they just don't answer the phone. I called the covid hotline, they didn't pick up the phone there either. I went to the clinic on Saturday, the guards swore at me, said that they would call the police and so on. In general, I never got to the doctors.
Bottom line: I have no sense of smell and taste + no sick leave, I'm going to work in a catering!)
Eternal queues.
You can't really take coupons.
The staff is rude, they always misdiagnose and naturally prescribe the wrong treatment.
We lost tests and medical records three times.
You can only call a doctor at home from 100 times, as in principle you can get through.
Good afternoon to all, I really like the gynecologist Hare Elena Leonidovna, she followed the pregnancy very kind and responsive doctor, strict but at the same time positive. I am grateful to her!!!)))
08.01.2021 I visited 21 polyclinics immediately after visiting the oncological dispensary, where they said that my mother urgently needed to be hospitalized after a smear on covid, hospitalization was scheduled for the morning of 13.01.2021, a smear to be ready for this date should be done on January 08-09 from the district polyclinic, i.e. 21 polyclinics. 08.01.2021 I ordered an ambulance team on 09.01.2021 to take a smear for COVID at my mother's home with an oncodiagnosis. They said that the application was accepted, wait at home on 09.01.2021 from 9.00 to 18.00. We were waiting at home on 09.01.2021 from 9.00 to 21.00 and NO ONE ARRIVED. Mom with oncodiagnosis, every morning when I get up, I think only that she was alive. I've been living in two houses for three months, still combining work. Mom is running out of time for hours, every day it gets weaker and with severe pain. The smear, if it is done on Monday, will not be ready by Wednesday morning (I understand perfectly well that it is actually done for a couple of hours, but we do not have priorities, everything is on the conveyor belt), as a result, hospitalization breaks down. I would pay for the urgency. But there must be at least some humanity. And this brigade, which did not want/tired/forgot to come, also have families. And they will also not want / get up / forget to come to your families, no one canceled the boomerang so that you can feel what it is like when a loved one weakens and suffers in front of your eyes. And what kind of country is this: when covid is positive, but completely asymptomatic and cancer is progressing every day (every day, despite work, you need to come, measure your blood pressure, abdominal circumference, weight; make you eat something, help you lie down, give painkillers and back to work with tears), but cancer is not treated (even painkillers were not prescribed), because a positive covid has been at home since 12/29/2020 without treatment, without anything. The country is not for living.
Clean, neat and pleasant friendly communication, It is a pity that there are not enough doctors, district internists, cardiologists and other specialists. I do not go on the principle of getting sick and running to the hospital, but nevertheless it is sometimes necessary due to age and the 2nd non-working disability group. The clinic has a weak urological part, it is problematic to take a PSA test. Everything else is fine. If a person comes to the clinic with a desire to be treated, and not to swear and be offended, then everything is worthy. I want to address the patients. Be positive. The doctor is not to blame for the deterioration of your health, you are primarily to blame for this, you did not catch up, did not pay attention in time, and now you are trying to shift the blame to the doctor. Don't be silent if you see rudeness, but as a rule it is a response to your behavior. Doctors are promised a salary increase, and patients are healthy.
Very friendly staff, there has been no repair for a long time, but this is not a question for the clinic! The main thing is that people are good and literate
52 minutes of continuous attempts to call to make an appointment with a doctor, 52 minutes! Yes, you will deal with your call center and hire a couple of people, I do not understand this principle of work.
And it's always like that, although sometimes you can do it in 30 minutes, but I also consider this to be some kind of stone Age
There are constant queues, you can't get to the doctors, rude attitude towards patients, both the registry and the doctors. The prevention department is terrible. When you need to apply urgently, it's a waste of time. The call center can't get through at all, it's busy at 7 a.m., then they don't pick it up with a long beep, and then they throw it off. I would like to improve the attitude towards patients and be more competent, approach work more responsibly.
A modern polyclinic in Minsk. It provides services not only of a therapeutic profile, but also consultations of specialized specialists. There is a CT scan room with a separate entrance, the device is new, modern, there is a spacious waiting room.
