A classic old shopping mall in the heart of the city. It has its own atmosphere, but overall everything looks a bit outdated. The range is not the widest, there are many small outlets focused on basic things.
If you need something quick and relevant, you can drop by. But modern shopping malls are more suitable for comfortable shopping or walking. Parking is limited, and it can be crowded inside. In general, it's normal, but without the wow effect.

TSUM is one of my favorite and most visited places in Almaty!!!
We love to walk there! There is so much good, positive energy there!
And everything is within walking distance. If you want to go to the cinema, please visit the chic Lumiere cinema.
If you want ice cream, please have ice cream.
If you want to eat, any gourmet will find his own kitchen.
Come and walk here very fun and interesting. Young people arrange dances, sing, and play. It's fun and interesting!

Lots of boutiques, reasonable prices, friendly sellers! But the security service! I'm not a local, we went up to the 3rd floor for the side dishes! There was a small dog in my arms, not a single seller refused to communicate, but leaving the boutique, a guard swooped in, began to "poke" me, behave rudely and kick me out of the store. On the radio, they "led" to the very exit, as if they had stolen something! All over the civilized world, they are allowed with small dogs! You can't leave them on the street or in a hotel! We travel a lot and I meet this attitude for the first time! Probably, it is necessary to be more loyal to tourists and guests.
