A great place for city guests! You can have a cheap and good rest after a road trip or long walks around the city. Single and double rooms are equipped with everything you need. There is a fridge, a kettle, a TV and a hairdryer.
The restaurant has nice prices and good cuisine. The rooms are clean!!!

Номера просторные, чистейшие. Есть всё, что нужно. Только чайник маленький. Обслуживание- на высоте, встречают с уважением. Гостиница расположена очень удобно, рядом метро, шоссе из России приведёт прямо к отелю, никуда сворачивать не надо. Рядом находится классный парк культуры и отдыха. Дёшевая столовая при заводе подшипников на пути к парку.

For the first time in Belarus. I really liked Minsk, a huge city - there are few people.
The Tourist Hotel: I grumbled at the reception that they hadn't checked in for a long time, we were traveling from far away. We checked in (at 14-30) to the comfort room +
It will go for three stars. The children lived in a room with separate beds. The linen is perfectly clean, the pillows are comfortable. That's the main thing.
I lived in a separate room, slept on the couch. The couch is creepy. They didn't give me a bathrobe and slippers, they said that you get a 20% discount for an extra seat, you're not supposed to. Awesome!

The most disgusting of the hotels we stayed in!!!
1. We got into the room only the third time. The first room, from which the keys were given, was not cleaned. (Mountains of bottles, dirty towels and bed linen,...) The second one had such a smell of tobacco that you couldn't even take a breath. The room, as it turned out later, was for smokers.
2. There was no air conditioner or even a fan.
3. The smell in the room was like from a soldier's barracks bordering the Soviet dining room.
4. Even the soap they provided WAS NOT WASHED!!!!
5. There were short-term interruptions with water.
6. And even the promised Wi-Fi was completely missing!!!!!!!
One of the advantages is the proximity to the metro!

По соотношению цена/качество хорошая гостиница. Удобная транспортная доступность: вход в метро прямо рядом со зданием.
Летом обязательно берите номер с кондиционером, потому что спать с открытым окном и слушать шум от проспекта и проезжающих трамваев удовольствие ниже среднего.
Из недостатков номера - нет розетки рядом с кроватью, а в ванной из крана чем-то воняло.

Чисто, комфортно, дружелюбный и вежливый персонал. В номере есть холодильник, фен, wifi, телевизор, стаканы, банные принадлежности. В холле на этаже есть куллер с горячей и холодной водой.
Можно отдельно приобрести завтраки, но по мне дороговато.
В номере было душно (ездили летом), спали с открытым окном, но с улицы было довольно шумно (может просто окна выходило на такую сторону)
В остальном все было хорошо, можно спокойно там бронировать и жить.

The room had dishes, a kettle, slippers and bathrobes. But at the same time, there was no tea and coffee. You need to take this with you. Towels were changed every day, cosmetics were replenished. TV with satellite channels. The windows faced the avenue, it was a little noisy. Apparently not very high-quality double-glazed windows, the windows are cold. It will probably be uncomfortable in winter.
There is a cooler on the floor. The hotel also has floors for smokers and non-smokers. This should be indicated when booking.
The breakfasts are normal. I would like more fruit and lemon for tea.
There are metro stations and shops near the hotel. The staff is friendly. In general, you can safely recommend it for a stop in the city.

Sockets are located in inconvenient places. One has a bedside table, the other does not.
The rooms are locked with a key, not a key card. Wi-fi is available, but only for guests, a PIN code for each resident is issued at the reception.
The buffet is terrible. I recommend not paying for breakfast. It's not worth it, it's better to go somewhere.

draniki, buckwheat, oatmeal, sausages, cheese, ham, chicken, cottage cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes. Sauces: sour cream, jam, ketchup. Granulated sugar for coffee and tea - in bulk. Orange and apple juice, mors. Everything.

Неплохо - честные 3 звёзды. Я довольно много путешествовал и видел под 100 гостиниц. В гостинице тихо, в номерах чисто. Из окон хорошие виды. Обед в ресторане - один из самых недорогих в Минске. До метро - 50 метров, плюс рядом универмаг.
Минус только один - выглянув в окно вы не увидите прогуливающихся толп народа как на центральных улицах. Те будет чуть труднее вытряхиваться на прогулку

Хороший отель за адекватную цену. Очень удобное расположение, рядом метро, троллейбусная и трамвайная остановки. В соседнем здании универмаг, где можно купить продукты. В номере чисто, есть все необходимое: фен, телевизор, холодильник, интернет. В ресторане при отеле можно вполне неплохо и недорого завтракать.
Если буду в Минске, то скорее всего снова выберу данный отель

I never thought that I would give such a low rating to the hotel, but this time it will be just such an assessment. I always stop at the beginning of my trip to Minsk in a Tourist, and then I move to Sputnik. It is so convenient for me to solve issues geographically. This time I also booked a room with early check-in as I arrived at night. I was warned that there would be no hot water on my days, but they have rooms with a boiler and I can wash on demand. But in fact, everything turned out to be not as welcoming as the customer correspondence manager wrote to me. The hotel has 15 floors, occupancy is about 50-60% and only 6 showers function for this amount!!!!
But that's okay, but they only worked at certain times. From 7-45 to 11 and from 18 to 20-45. I don't know about others, but I'm used to taking a shower and going to bed, but at 20-45 I'm not ready to sleep or just lie down. I wanted to take another walk because the weather was cool. In the morning, you can't get the key right away, all the showers are occupied, you had to go down from the 13th floor to the first, take the key, go to the floor where the shower is, and it could be any floor, wash, go down to the first floor with a wet head to give the key and go to your room now. Stupid house!!! Before checking in, I called and specifically asked about the work of Wi-Fi in the room. I was assured that WiFi works everywhere and the speed is good. But in my room on the 13th floor, the Wi-Fi only worked in the toilet. I had to work for several hours in the morning and I could only do it while sitting on the push. But I paid more than three thousand a day for the room, but I did not receive normal services. And I decided not to wait two more days when my paid days at this hotel would end, I wrote to Sputnik, meuda was going to then and safely left there. The money was really returned to me for two days that I had not lived. But I never set foot in this hotel again. It is a pity that the management treats its tourists this way, so you can stay without customers

Останавливались в гостинице на несколько дней, на 12 этаже. Выбирала по отзывам. В целом понравилось. В номере чисто и уютно, есть все необходимое, кровать была двуспальная, удобная и широкая, вся техника рабочая . В душевой кабине плохо уходила вода, но это мелочи. В один из вечеров было слышно разговоры за стенкой, но тонкие стены тоже не испортили общее впечатление) Рекомендую эту гостиницу.

Проживала в гостинице всего 1 сутки 25-26 августа 2023, но остались хорошие впечатления. Одноместный номер комфорт на 11 этаже порадовал чистотой, уютом, наличием чайника (чашка и ложка тоже были) и кондиционера в номере. Ночью была тишина. Девушка на ресепшн была вежлива, ответила на интересующие вопросы про город. Рядом есть универмаг "Беларусь", работает до 21 часа, в нём продуктовый магазин, больше их рядышком нет. Автобусная остановка и метро в шаговой доступности. В целом очень понравилось.
