A great inexpensive hotel in Minsk! Quick check-in, online booking. The room is clean, tidy, and has everything you need to stay. Convenient location, near the shopping center Belarus, metro station!
The location is 5+. There are many shops, metro, trolleybus and bus stops around. Parking lot. In short, the location is great.Cleanliness in the room, even decent slippers, a cafe-restaurant where you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner for a reasonable fee.
I stayed at the hotel for only 1 day on August 25-26, 2023, but I still had good impressions. The comfort single room on the 11th floor was pleased with cleanliness, coziness, the presence of a kettle (there was also a cup and spoon) and air conditioning in the room. There was silence at night. The girl at the reception was polite, answered questions about the city. There is a department store "Belarus" nearby, it is open until 21 o'clock, there is a grocery store in it, there are no more of them nearby. Bus stop and metro are within walking distance. Overall, I really liked it.
A good hotel, the price is the most adequate of all options, in terms of price-quality ratio. There were other similar options, but it's closer to the airport.
I won't tell you by the hotel rooms. But there are a lot of beauty rooms in the tourist itself. Allora massage, manicure and permanent do very well. Parking next to the Tourist. There is a restaurant.
A very good hotel for three stars, near the metro, shopping center, the room is simple, but everything is in working order, I will definitely come back here,
Everything is clean, cozy, near the metro and bus stop, the staff is polite, they clean well, I recommend it! Iron, refrigerator, hair dryer, everything is there
Everything is fine, clean, the metro is 50 meters away, delicious food in the restaurant, there is a billiards table, a bar, average prices, there are smokers, there are non-smokers. It's a long time to wait for elevators...)
Everything is fine, but there is a moment. I personally do not remember when booking, it was written somewhere that the room was for smokers or not, maybe it was written, but I did not pay attention and booked. I was not aware at all that there are such numbers))). So, future guests, when booking, pay attention whether it is written or not, for smokers or not, if it is not written, it is better to call the administrator at the hotel, say that you want to book such and such a room and specify for whom it is, otherwise you can live like me, in a smoking room and you will be all sorts of times when someone smokes somewhere in the neighborhood, inhale cigarette smoke through the ventilation. And I've been living here for 8 days)). Those who smoke have no problems at all. Otherwise, everything is fine, the metro is right next to you, it's a 10-minute drive to the center. The prices are affordable. They come and clean up every day. Recommend.
I was with a group of children at the end of March, and some of the rooms were cool because there was a lot of wind from the windows. The children were even moved out of one room. Otherwise, it's quite comfortable.
I never thought that I would give such a low rating to the hotel, but this time it will be just such an assessment. I always stop at the beginning of my trip to Minsk in a Tourist, and then I move to Sputnik. It is so convenient for me to solve issues geographically. This time I also booked a room with early check-in as I arrived at night. I was warned that there would be no hot water on my days, but they have rooms with a boiler and I can wash on demand. But in fact, everything turned out to be not as welcoming as the customer correspondence manager wrote to me. The hotel has 15 floors, occupancy is about 50-60% and only 6 showers function for this amount!!!!
But that's okay, but they only worked at certain times. From 7-45 to 11 and from 18 to 20-45. I don't know about others, but I'm used to taking a shower and going to bed, but at 20-45 I'm not ready to sleep or just lie down. I wanted to take another walk because the weather was cool. In the morning, you can't get the key right away, all the showers are occupied, you had to go down from the 13th floor to the first, take the key, go to the floor where the shower is, and it could be any floor, wash, go down to the first floor with a wet head to give the key and go to your room now. Stupid house!!! Before checking in, I called and specifically asked about the work of Wi-Fi in the room. I was assured that WiFi works everywhere and the speed is good. But in my room on the 13th floor, the Wi-Fi only worked in the toilet. I had to work for several hours in the morning and I could only do it while sitting on the push. But I paid more than three thousand a day for the room, but I did not receive normal services. And I decided not to wait two more days when my paid days at this hotel would end, I wrote to Sputnik, meuda was going to then and safely left there. The money was really returned to me for two days that I had not lived. But I never set foot in this hotel again. It is a pity that the management treats its tourists this way, so you can stay without customers
A hotel in Minsk, as in the USSR. The staff is pleasant, helpful, large Windows. Breakfast is 25 rubles., delicious. The room has clean linen. There is water on the floor.
The hotel is not bad, there are advantages when choosing a room. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be ordered. The metro is not far away (convenient, you can buy souvenirs, eat there), the department store "Belarus" (everything is from food, things, pharmacy and currency exchange)
A nice hotel with decent rooms. The prices are very pleasant. The location is excellent, near the metro, a department store and various shops and cafes. The optimal price-quality ratio. I recommend it!!!
Everything is fine. The room was clean, the renovation was modern. Everything works. Hair dryer. A set of towels, shampoo sets, slippers. The staff is polite.
The hotel is gorgeous, we settled in immediately, we didn't expect it at all. The floors are clean, there are three of us, we were settled in a two-room room with all amenities. True, the robe did not fit on me, but this is not their disadvantage))). The room is clean, all slippers - bags- polotonchiki are available. In general, I recommend it.
Excellent hotel, convenient location near the metro and the department store Belarus. Cozy rooms with a new TV and Wi-Fi. There is also a restaurant where you can have a delicious and not particularly expensive snack
Great location, delicious food, everything is clean and tidy! The advantages are near the metro and the shopping center Belarus, everything is very convenient, thank you for your hospitality
I was in Minsk for the first time, so it is difficult to compare the pricing policy. Overall, a good hotel, slightly improved from the Soviet one. The interior is modest, but very convenient location near the metro. I was surprised by the approach in the pricing of the suite - double payment for two people, although neither breakfast nor additional services are included.
For a business trip for a day or two, the ideal option, the rooms are pleasant, there is almost everything you need within walking distance.
There is a restaurant at the bottom of the hotel itself (not visited), there is a good billiard room
For me, the advantage is the location next to the metro, while not in the center, but also not in the wilderness. The hotel itself is such a 3 star low mass segment. We stayed several times and there is always something below expectations in the room, but in general it is not critical. With breakfast, you may not have time to replenish the assortment, although it is not extensive.
It's just terrible, they don't warn you about anything, they don't change your underwear or even offer it, I don't recommend it, they'll come at night and say you've run out of time, there's not even one star, don't believe it, check for yourself
A good hotel. There was a two-room single room with an extra bed. In the hallway there is a wardrobe for clothes, hangers. Slippers for each guest. The bathroom has a shower cabin (a little cramped), toilet, sink, mirror, hair dryer. A set of 3 towels is provided for each guest.
In the first room there is a sofa bed, a TV, a mini fridge, air conditioning, a cupboard with dishes (plates, cups, wine glasses, glasses, forks, knives, spoons and a corkscrew).
In the second room there is a table, a chair, a kettle, a decanter + 2 glasses. The bed is one and a half and the bedside table. The child and I fit quite well together on the bed, it was not crowded. The second set of underwear was given. The room was cleaned daily.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel.
Breakfast is only a buffet for 22 Belarusian rubles.
Lunch is very tasty boiled potatoes, cutlets.
There are only 2 types of complex dinners, which cost about 15 rubles.
Overall, I really liked everything.
A great hotel for your money, we lived in a comfortable room, clean and spacious, there is a kettle, air conditioning, hair dryer, cleaned every day. There are 4 metro stops to the center, the metro is 10 minutes from the hotel. In general, I liked everything, the only drawbacks are the impolite reception staff.
A clean, comfortable enough hotel. The breakfasts are not the cheapest, but it's worth it, the choice is great, the quality is excellent. A good location.
I lived in a standard single room, the room is spacious, the linen is clean, but there is one disadvantage: there is no air conditioning, and the double-glazed window is weak and you can hear the noise from the avenue. Cooler in the hallway, friendly staff. Proximity to the subway, a department store right under the windows. There are 4 metro stops to the center with a transfer to the blue line in 20 minutes.
A great hotel. It was very clean and cozy. The room had everything you needed - a kettle, dishes, a hairdryer, soap and soap things. There was also a fairly fast internet connection (depends on the floor). There are several entrances to the metro station nearby, and in general the location is very convenient. I recommend
We had a rest for the New Year. We lived on the 13th floor. A clean, cozy room. There is a refrigerator, a TV, a kettle. Very quiet. Polite staff. Shops are within walking distance.
The hotel exceeded expectations. I stay in different places in Minsk. And I liked this nice hotel with a Soviet touch. Clear. It is very important. Heat. Good reception. Quick check-in. The rooms are really decent. The only thing is that there are few pillows and they are not very comfortable. But maybe this issue could be resolved with the maids. But I didn't) a good and successful location. Everything is literally nearby. Although I'm not a fan of the Partisan district. But it's really convenient here.
I will stop more than once.
Excellent hotel, under the metro window, bus stop nearby. Very clean in the rooms, in the lobby. They are cleaned every day. The bed linen is snow-white. The wallpaper in the room is not stripped, the shower and toilet are clean. Shower cap, soap, shampoo gel, 3 towels, slippers. The room is warm.
I stayed alone with my mother to spend the night between the plane and the train. Clean, neat, not expensive. Polite staff.. Drinking water in the cooler in the lobby. It's not really convenient. Breakfast is a buffet, not really. Near the shopping center, you can buy breakfast in the evening for yourself in the morning. You can eat delicious food in Khinkalnaya, also nearby. There are public transport stops and a metro station nearby. The overall impression is good. Maybe I'll stop here next time.
Let's start with a few "advantages":
1) Location! The logistics and infrastructure of the area really pleased me.
2) basically, a normal meal in a restaurant.
That's it, the positives are over. Let's go through the points that motivated me to write this review.
1) smoked in the room! This is the first time I've encountered such a problem, but there was a persistent smell of tobacco in the room when we checked in. Thank God, the window opened and we were able to get rid of this flaw.
2) dirty windows, curtains, yellow ceiling, broken closet door... Okay, we didn't have time to fix something, but the windows obviously hadn't been washed for months.
3) the absence of bathrobes. Perhaps this is a pre-test and there are not bathrobes everywhere, but this is the first time we have encountered this. We have not seen this before in hotels of this level.
4) Bathroom accessories. The shampoo is in a bag, it is inconvenient to use it in the bathroom. The soap is also in the bag and it is clearly not of the best quality: it has a strange barely noticeable smell and does not soap at all. I didn't find the shower gel, maybe I overlooked it, maybe it's not there at all. There are no additional pieces for the bath at all, only a cap :).
5) in fact, all of the above described did not upset me as much as the attitude of the employees. I will not describe everything that bothers me, since I have already written so much. Security guard at the entrance. We drove 23 hours by bus to Minsk, arrived, rested as much as we could at the hotel and went for a walk in the evening. We returned at 11 p.m., we went in, decided to have a proper look at the lobby, since it was not up to this before. We went to see where the restaurant is located, found out that the 3rd elevator was not working, which is why we were standing in queues all the time. We are 2 girls without big bags, dressed like tourists, for what reasons did this cute gentleman decide that we were up to something? He asked us with arrogance if we lived here, to which we replied in the affirmative, and then demanded confirmation with the words "brag". To say that I'm in shock is to say nothing.
IN GENERAL, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!
The hotel is good, but the staff is like stone, no emotions, no politeness, nothing. Still, they work with the guests and it feels like they are visiting.
The most disgusting of the hotels we stayed in!!!
1. We got into the room only the third time. The first room, from which the keys were given, was not cleaned. (Mountains of bottles, dirty towels and bed linen,...) The second one had such a smell of tobacco that you couldn't even take a breath. The room, as it turned out later, was for smokers.
2. There was no air conditioner or even a fan.
3. The smell in the room was like from a soldier's barracks bordering the Soviet dining room.
4. Even the soap they provided WAS NOT WASHED!!!!
5. There were short-term interruptions with water.
6. And even the promised Wi-Fi was completely missing!!!!!!!
One of the advantages is the proximity to the metro!
