The reception staff was not polite.
We traveled with a group of schoolchildren. Some of the guys in the room had a curtain in the bathroom with an image of a woman who was not quite in decent shape. If the water was turned on in one room, then the bathtub and toilet were filled in the next one.
And from 20:00 to 2:00 there was a disco. My daughter and I couldn't sleep. It felt like we were on a dance floor.

I was on a Tourist trip to Grodno for one night. The suite is two-room, spacious, very large bathroom, everything is clean. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle and microwave. Everything is decent and the price is good. The hotel is located on the other side of the Neman River from the center and historical sites. Nearby are Euroopt shops and Trinity shopping center with a skating rink and cinemas. There is a park nearby where you can walk. I was in Grodno, visiting the historical sites of the city, this time I just had to stop for one night before the train. I was satisfied with everything

We stayed in this hotel from April 17th to April 19th, 2025, the price is very reasonable, but it is necessary to clean the rooms. Dirt under the bed, dust, the smell of sewage in the toilet, it was impossible to watch TV. The furniture asks to be replaced, in the service restaurant on the lower level, they ordered pancakes with cherries and brought them with cottage cheese, although they initially announced that there was NO cottage cheese. I don't think we'll be going back to this hotel anymore.

The Tourist Hotel in Grodno left me with a twofold impression. On the one hand, I liked the location of the hotel – it is located in the city center, which makes access to the main attractions very convenient. I was also pleased that the room was clean and cozy, with the necessary amenities.
However, I was somewhat annoyed by the noise from the neighbors, as the walls in the room turned out to be quite thin. In addition, the breakfast at the hotel was quite modest and not varied.
In general, the Tourist Hotel in Grodno is a good option for a short stay in the city, but it may be worth looking for other options if you expect a high level of comfort and service.

We went with a tour group to Belarus for a few days on an excursion. Every day there is a new city and a new hotel. The first day was the city of Grodno, we spent the night at the Tourist hotel. A very good hotel, we stayed in a three-bed two-room junior suite. The room has an entrance hall, two rooms and a large bathroom. There is a kettle with cups, a hairdryer, slippers, disposable hygiene kits (toothbrush, soap, shower gel and shampoo). I don't know about the rest of the rooms, we had a room with a fresh renovation. I liked everything, everything is very decent. A good hotel.

We spontaneously decided to go to Grodno for the weekend and faced the fact that all the hotels in the center were booked. Only the Luxury rooms in this hotel were available, so we decided not to cancel the trip and stay at the Tourist hotel.
The room itself is spacious, bright, the room has a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, lots of dishes. The furniture doesn't seem to be old, not worn out, but the bed creaked very much in our room, at the slightest turn during sleep there was a strong creaking and it made it very difficult to sleep. The bathroom in the room was large, the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries, a hairdryer, 4 towels per person, bathrobes, slippers. Towels were changed every day. There was Wi-Fi in the room, but it worked very poorly, sometimes it was impossible to access the Internet at all.
There is paid parking in the courtyard of the hotel.
Breakfast was served in the cafe at the hotel, but on the day of our departure we came for breakfast, and there was a sign on the door of the cafe that there was a sanitary day in the cafe and no one would serve us breakfast. Was it really impossible to put up an announcement in advance at the reception or in the elevator that the cafe would not work? We expected to have breakfast quickly and go home, but we also had to look for a cafe at 9 a.m. where we could have a snack, because we did not want to go hungry to Minsk at all.

I met a woodlouse (insect) in the bathroom sink, it was already unpleasant, the floors didn't even seem to be vacuumed, the refrigerator was cooling loudly right behind the head of the bed, I had to turn it off at night, but it didn't help me fall asleep. The front door is like an interior door, of course, the sounds of neighbors' doors closing and conversations are heard as if in my ear, I, who had not slept for almost 24 hours, could not fall asleep. If possible, it is better to take a suite or rent an apartment for a day. These conditions do not cost 120p per night.

I lived in a Standard single room, but despite this, the room had everything I needed. Large bed, sofa, TV, refrigerator, small bathroom.
The renovation in the hotel itself is fresh and pleasant. The room shows that it is shabby, but it does not cause much negativity. Everything is quite neat.
Of the disadvantages:
Maybe it's only in my room, but there were absolutely not enough outlets. There were only two in the opposite corner of the room from the bed. Extremely inconvenient.
And it may also be possible to reconfigure the operation of elevators. There are three small good elevators in the hotel, but they work alone. If one goes somewhere, the others don't move. When checking in a large number of people, you will have to wait long enough for your turn, even if there are free elevators.

Very hard mattress, scoop linen. You need to insert the blanket into the duvet cover yourself.

We arrived in our own car, there is no parking as such at the hotel, there is a parking lot in front of the hotel, but it seemed to me that it refers more to the bike shop that is in front of the hotel, but slightly lower. From this parking lot with suitcases, you need to climb 2 flights of stairs, of course there is no ramp on this staircase and you need to carry suitcases on yourself. The rooms are clean, but to be honest they are creepy, the mattresses from the Soviet Union have been preserved. Creepy springs, pillows are just lumps, there is no air conditioner.
