Friendly staff, Uzbek-style restaurant, not chic, but clean. Hair dryer, TV, refrigerator, shower toilet. In general, it pulls on its 3 stars. Breakfast for 10 brubles is portioned to choose from.
The bathroom leaves much to be desired: the sink is broken, dirty and clogged (the water was standing). They didn't even bother to wipe the shelf in front of us, on which the shampoos were lying, i.e. the man shaved, apparently, with an electric razor and the whole shelf was in this hair. A bathtub with streaks yellow from the water. The shower mount was broken and barely held on. But others seemed to have a better cleaning experience. The rooms are budget, but for one night they are normal. If it wasn't for the quality of the cleaning, it would be unpleasant.
In general, it is clean, the breakfast is hearty, but in the evening there was no hot water, plumbing is in full swing and problems with Wi-Fi (who cares).
Hotel in Grodno. Everything is decent (we don't come there to live, but only to spend the night), but dirty towels are not pleasant. And the plumber is just a two-biter! Between the faucet and the sink, not only hands, even a toothbrush can not be placed.
We stayed at the hotel for one night. The room has everything you need, except perhaps an air conditioner, which at +30 would not hurt. The windows were open at night, the roads were very noisy, and besides, there was a bar on the corner of the hotel where guests had fun until 3 a.m. The towels are really washed, overdone, dirty gray in color. But the main thing is that they are clean. I was still unlucky with a room on the 5th floor, because there was a smell of sewage in the toilet. The bed is torn up, it's about to fall apart. On the positive side, I will note a serviceable refrigerator, a cooler on the floor (sometimes this does not happen) and a good restaurant. The food was delicious. I would like to wish the hotel to improve and not spoil the impression of guests about such a beautiful city as Grodno)
They were settled by a family of 4 people. Apparently, due to the lack of an appropriate room, they were accommodated in neighboring double rooms. One smoke smelled godless. In the second, the refrigerator only pretended to work. The beds are separate.
There was an invitation to the 2nd floor in the cafe in the elevator. However, the receptionist said it doesn't work. At all or at the hours we were interested in, we did not understand.
There is a cooler on the 4th floor, rooms without kettles.
There is a bus stop nearby.
You can eat nearby in the shopping center opposite in the cookery, To-to pizza (until 23.00) and in the Trinity shopping center (15 minutes walk; until 23.00).
A normal hotel to spend the night in. I took the single comfort number. There is a TV, refrigerator, kettle. Another room of this type had air conditioning. Wi-fi is bad, used mobile internet. There is a water cooler on the floor.
Of course, budget rooms leave much to be desired!!! Such an assessment is only due to administrators who, with their courtesy, smooth out these shortcomings
I liked everything. Clear. It takes 7 minutes to get to the center by minibus 36. Next to the Euroopt store, where you can buy yourself food for breakfast.
Good time of day. My score is high. Clean, odorless, the furniture for a standard room is excellent, an LCD TV on the wall, a kettle, a small refrigerator. I rented a double room for 65 rubles, everything is great for this price.

In general, not a bad hotel, but the rooms do not have air conditioning and our refrigerator did not work!
But it was very important for my wife and me, the most important thing is clean bed linen and a clean bathroom!
Everyone at the reception is very friendly and the breakfast in the morning was very tasty!
For their stars, the very thing. It's a pity the lobby bar is not open until late or early in the morning. Since the work took all day, I would like to sit with a cup of coffee on my return. But, alas, the bar is not working.
And the rooms would be cleaned cleaner: the sink is dirty from the outside (
The room cost 65 rubles per night. I stayed for work, it would be better to rent an apartment for a day. The room is terribly cold, when calling the reception they said that there is no way to solve this problem (there is no heater and air conditioner). I checked into a very dusty room (I can't call it dirty, only very dusty, the layer is thick). After a while, the cleaning girl opens with her key:
- Oh, haven't you been evicted yet?
- I checked in half an hour ago.
- to an unmade room?
- wipe the floor, please, I've already laid out my things and wiped the shelves anyway.
Upon check-in, they said that breakfast is open from 7 to 10. In the morning it was just 15 minutes to go to breakfast. Friends have already had breakfast and said that you need to sit here and wait for them to come. But since I didn't have much time, I decided to call the waiter. In the kitchen they said something like "5 seconds and it will do." 10 minutes later, I once again insistently went into the kitchen. After 3 minutes, the waiter came running and brought me porridge with her, like she was given that. Then they put the porridge on my plate and I had a snack (porridge 2p) and checked out.
Soviet hotel. The room was simply not cleaned. Just changed the bed. The refrigerator does not work, although they asked for a room with a refrigerator. To our very polite remark, when leaving that the service needed to be improved, the receptionist girl simply sent: if you don't like it, don't live. A purely Soviet approach.
I have been a tourist more than once (accommodation at competitions) and that's what I can say. The rooms are like in all other hotels, that is, nothing is ordinary: beds, table, chair, refrigerator, bathroom, TV. Repair as you're lucky. Maybe an old Soviet room, or maybe with a normal appearance. A common problem is a broken light, water. The location is 50/50. On the one hand, there is a store and a large shopping center nearby, and on the other, the center is not so close.
In general, a normal hotel, do not reduce, do not add.
A good hotel. I've been staying here for many years. The rooms are cozy, many of them have been renovated. Friendly staff. Breakfast is not included in the price, but there is a choice. Its own paid Parking. There is free parking in front of the entrance, where you can always find a free place.
The room was dirty. Despite the fact that the junior suite category. Traces of the vital activity of other guests on the curtain in the bathroom and on the wall in the toilet. Sand under the windowsill in the bedroom. The administrator initially misdirected us on the price of accommodation in a smaller direction, we must pay tribute, upon check-in, after arguing a little, we paid the price that was announced in a telephone conversation, otherwise there would have been one star. The hotel staff has a fat minus for the cleanliness of the room.
The refrigerator in the room is not working (buzzing but not cold). The water pipes also hum when the water pours, at night it seems that the tractor is in the room. The faucet in the bathroom without a penny aerator, as a result, you open the water a little harder, and you splash everything around
The numbers of the "deep scoop", of course, are no longer relevant in our time! The price is higher than the quality. This hotel should cost up to $ 20!
Of the advantages: check-in around the clock. The hotel is big. The bed is old, but clean. A set of towels. There is soap and shampoo in the room. Shoe spoon, TV, Wi-Fi.
Of the cons: the windows are drafty, it was blown out during the night! The beds will be fastened -Horror!!! The situation is like in a Soviet hospital. The floors in the corners are not washed, the dust clumps. And the most important shock is that parking is PAID!!!!
Clean, tidy rooms, courteous staff. Close to the center, good transport links. There is a restaurant. For breakfast, 10 rubles, in my opinion, is too expensive, but the lunch was excellent, and cost only 5.74.
The hotel was built recently, but the bathroom is ugly, there is no cooler on the floor. There is no administrator at the reception. I waited 15 minutes for it to appear when I stopped by and almost the same time when I left. The Internet is very weak. There is no kettle in the room. I didn't go to breakfast, they say a buffet. For Russian money, the cost of breakfast is 600 rubles. It's a little expensive for such a hotel. But maybe it's worth it. I don't know, I wasn't.
The rooms are clean and cozy. The staff is polite, attentive and considerate. The dining room is a buffet, there are a lot of delicious dishes to choose from, you can just lick your fingers.
They promised a room for three, booked it, and upon arrival they refused, because "we can't give them in principle, take two." A shaking picture on TV, black mold in the bathroom, a towel holder falling out of the wall, a broken brush, evacuation instructions in a broken frame and this magnificent right at the entrance - "there is no hot water, but the boiler can handle it." I did not check how he coped. I didn't dare go into the bathroom with mold. There are no questions about WiFi, everything worked.
On a weak four. I had to rent a room for two nights, because it's on a daily basis.ru from the hostess just the day before came the refusal of the reservation.
We checked into room 402. This is the bottom. There are no dishes. Except for two glasses. There is no kettle. The faucet in the bathroom is leaking. There is no TV remote control. The socket is falling out. The refrigerator is working, but the temperature inside is room temperature. There is a cooler in the hallway. There's a microwave somewhere, but you can't get to it right away.
The restaurant, as it turned out, does not work because of the holidays. But they didn't say anything about it.
In the morning, another receptionist took pity and transferred to room 502. Thanks to her.
As it turned out, everything works here and is quite nice.
People, don't settle for number 402!
It's a terrible place. it's very dirty - the floor is covered in dust, wrappers are lying around. the walls are stained (it was the same a year ago, but this year everything is even worse) one lamp did not work in the toilet, by the way, the toilet is also very dirty - the bathroom itself and the toilet seat. it was cold to sleep, although the window was closed and it was generally warm outside. The doors and bedside tables are broken. there is an unpleasant smell in the room (although smoking is not allowed there). the switches had to be pressed hard to make it work. conclusion: it is better to spend the night on the street than in such a place for 80 rubles.
The room is 2-bedded. There is a refrigerator, TV, glasses. There is soap and shampoo in the bathroom in small bags. The room is dusty. Dirty wallpaper. The bathroom smells like sewage. The linen is clean, the mattress is comfortable. There is a cooler on the floor. We had breakfast. Every day an omelet, 2 cucumbers,2 slices of ham, cheese, butter. Tea or coffee. The tour groups were better fed. The hotel is on the outskirts. Walk 5 km, walk an hour
A very good hotel! Despite the fact that its location is not in the center, but for someone it is critical, it is still convenient, everything is available nearby. The hotel rooms are comfortable and cozy, you can even say that they have everything you need, and even more!...
The staff is very friendly and responsive!...
I really liked the staff, delicious breakfast, lots of channels on TV. It would be better to update the furniture, but the price-quality combination is on top
