The place itself is beautiful, modern and cozy.
There is a lot of fun for both adults and children.
But I will still note a couple of disadvantages.
My family and I rented the Alder VIP zone.
There are two saunas there: Finnish and Turkish. There is also a relaxation area with a Jacuzzi.
Perhaps this is my subjective opinion, but the Finnish sauna was not as hot as I would like.
The thermometer showed 90°, but it felt no more than 70°.
Even my kids said it wasn't hot.
Maybe this temperature would be enough for a leisurely relaxation, but I'm used to standing under an ice shower after a sauna, and here I didn't even want to...
My family and I are more than happy with everything else! We recommend you to visit!

Among the advantages: the city center is clean, cozy enough, there is a coffee bar, a Finnish and salt sauna, warm water in the pool.
What needs to be improved:
1) On the first shift, the receptionist was not friendly
2) The locker did not work in the locker room and it was smaller than the others, it was difficult to put all the things
3) There is no normal food in the bar at all
4) In the pool, not a single button for turning on the hydro massage works. Rather, a man came and turned it on for five minutes, with a face like we weren't very smart, after he left and the hydromassage turned off, no woman could turn it on anymore, the buttons were worn out and the owners know about it.
5) The right hand railing into the pool is decently wobbly.
6) In the Jacuzzi, all the hydromassage jets are clogged and barely work and there is sand at the bottom.
7) It is cold in the passages between the pool and the sauna.
8) The clothes in the wardrobe were taken by the cloakroom attendant, and from the wardrobe we were offered to pick up the clothes ourselves and at the same time a sign that the administration is not responsible.
9) The salt sauna is not particularly salty.
10) There is just water in the bowl into which fresh ice used to fall.
Please fix the problem, because this is not a service and is not good towards its visitors. I don't want to go back.

Good procedures, courteous staff. I took off the star for a dirty Jacuzzi. I've been there so many times, the walls of the Jacuzzi are dirty. It's not a pool, there's not a lot of water. I think it needs to be washed every day. I told you at the reception. They replied that they were cleaning up. But you don't have to be a doctor to run your hand along the wall and realize that the tub is unwashed. In the pool, the handrails for launching into the water are wobbly. At the same time, there are not enough handrails in the swimming pool. The jets are powerful. The massage is great, but there's nothing to hold on to. It blows away with a jet of water, and the massage is interrupted. The showers are poorly cleaned. The massage services are excellent. However, not all specialists can withstand the service time. I hope my comments will be taken into account. And the salon will receive a high review from me.

A place to relax body and soul. A wonderful swimming pool with hydromassage waterfalls and other entertainment. Saunas, hamams and jacuzzis. There are many different cosmetic procedures. Cozy rooms. One of the few drawbacks during all the visits is the lack of basic hygiene items in the restrooms. There are devices for napkins, papers and other things, but not themselves. So dear readers of the reviews, just take it with you. As for me, it may not be necessary. But as a small remark. But there are always ear cleaning sticks. After the pool theme. Also in the men's locker room, of course, there is a little bit of a normal hair dryer missing. As well as a recommendation, I would advise you to get disposable shower gels. I came to buy it and I don't need to take it with me. Especially when you go on vacation unplanned. And so five stars.

I like to come here, what you need after hard work and saunas (especially salt) and a swimming pool. I supplement the review after a certain period of time and, unfortunately, it is completely different. I was presented with a certificate, but I did not have time to go, the doctors forbade saunas until the final diagnosis, I did not have time before the certificate expired, I went and asked for a little extension, they demanded a doctor's certificate from me. I didn't tell anyone about the alleged diagnosis, but was I supposed to get help here? I don't think there was a problem going to the meeting, especially since I came in advance, it was very unpleasant. The loss in my face is small, of course, but I can't come here anymore.

It was the first time I visited this place with my wife, and it seems to be the last time. Before that, the two of us had the impression that this was one of the best spas in the city with excellent service and facilities. Alas, the reality turned out to be different.
Firstly, they could not tell us properly about the programs and recommend something, given that my wife and I were there for the first time. I had to choose just by name.
It was also a problem to initially sign up for the salon, there were free slots for almost a month in advance. The waiting list helped in this situation, thanks to the administrator for that.
Slippers and bathrobes are paid, and they are offered only on request. The robes themselves, although clean, look very worn, which is unpleasant, especially considering their cost. The question arises: why are they in such a state with a paid service?
The showers are dirty, with clogged drains. The hair dryers barely work, the wires are rewound with duct tape.
As for the massage, there is a small review from my wife, as she often goes to other studios for this procedure: "Unlike other studios and salons where I have been, when recording, they did not specify which gender specialist I prefer. This question is usually asked, so I didn't think to clarify it myself. I understand that a specialist is a specialist, but not all women, including me, are comfortable when such procedures are performed by a man."
I also had a man.
The massage therapist did not ask about the presence of diseases or contraindications. It was quite cool in the room and instead of calm music, energetic techno was playing, which made it difficult to fully relax. The massage itself turned out to be very average.
The spa area is one big disappointment. The only plus is the Finnish sauna. The Jacuzzi is dirty, with an unpleasant smell of stagnant water. Of all the hydro-massage nozzles, a maximum of 10% worked. In the shower, too, some of the buttons were not functioning. The salt sauna was cool, it felt like it was just flooded in the morning and by evening what was left was left.
There were few people in the pool, which pleased me. But the water itself is cold and dirty. For this price, there are much better pools in the city. The showers in the pool area are just awful: dirty, with an unpleasant smell.
Neither my wife nor I have any desire to visit this place again.
In general, it seemed that the administrators themselves were not particularly interested in repeat customer visits.
My opinion of this place is divided into before and after. Perhaps it was really good before, as we have heard a lot of positive reviews. But now, at least, it needs fresh repairs, and at most, more customer—oriented staff.

An unpleasant aftertaste after a massage session. In general, at my core, I am a very loyal consumer and this spa has long gained my trust. Every year on my birthday, I went to a cosmetologist, and this year I decided to change myself and signed up for an hour-long massage.
First. I was a little confused by the loud pop music in the spa near the reception, where it would seem there should be a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
Second. I had an appointment for 10, I had to wait for my massage therapist for about 5 minutes.
The third. I had a relaxing massage and it is assumed that the atmosphere in the office should correspond, but alas, the masseur did not dim the light, and the air conditioner is directed directly to the couch, where a person is trying to relax, and in an already uncomfortable atmosphere.
Fourth. The masseur made such an effort when massaging that upon arrival home, my husband found bruises on me. By evening, the pain in the muscles increased. I remind you that the massage was relaxing.
Fifth. I would also like to note the rather shabby interior of the office, dirty wallpaper, and a creaky couch.
Sixth. After the massage, I was not offered to lie down for a while after a "relaxing" massage and already at 10.55 I was forced to get dressed and leave.
There are several questions: why do you charge money for an hour-long massage, which is actually 50 minutes and such a disgusting service? How do you allow such inexperienced specialists who mutilate people to work?

The building is beautiful, the rooms are pleasant, but I don't want to go back there at all ..... and even more so to advise my friends.
I was at a cosmetologist's appointment with a gift certificate. I was in this center for the first time. I did not read the reviews and analyze who it is better to sign up for. I decided that in such an institution, probably everyone is good. But I was wrong... The cosmetologist communicated with me very restrained and somewhat haughty. I am an endocrinologist myself with 20 years of experience. I communicate with people a lot and am well versed in the psychotypes of people. They weren't interested in me at all today. And they're even more not interested in me coming back... Maybe because I didn't order very expensive treatments...although there is no point in speculating. I came out in a very bad mood.

I really love the pool in this institution, I go almost every week. But it is disappointing that repairs have apparently not been done during the entire existence of the spa. Previously, everything worked and was in a neat state, but now some of the massagers in the pool do not work,the doors in the locker room are broken, the Jacuzzi has just become an ordinary large bathroom. Once it was that there was no hot water to wash, I had to go cold. I hope that the authorities will correct the points and it will be even more pleasant to come to you. The staff is pleasant, there are no questions. There is not enough just to repair this beautiful place 🌹

Unfortunately, the V&V is no longer the same.
Like everything else , it requires investments and repairs that no one does . Between the floors, the furniture is all cracked and shabby.
As for the massage, I was at an hour-long session. The session lasted 45 minutes in time- I repeat, the list of services indicates that the massage is hourly !!!
There is not even a hole for the face on the couch. And I have a question during a relaxing massage, how can you relax if you keep your head straight and rest your forehead and nose on the couch..... after the massage, they offered to take a shower - another question is how can the oil be washed off with water???????why there are no personal hygiene products in the shower (when I signed up, I clarified what to take with me-they said nothing. ) as a result , I went home covered in oil .
And of course, coming to the masses, you want to relax your soul and body, but in fact you listen to advertisements for massage therapist services and laudatory odes about their work. Horror for 48 rubles
Definitely not recommended.... The price and quality do not correspond unambiguously.

We were at the VIP for 2 hours. you go with everything of your own: a towel for the body and for the sunbed, slippers and soap and everything like that. Some of the nozzles do not work in the Jacuzzi, the water does not smell very pleasant. In the shower, one of the 5 buttons works. The sauna is normal.
While we were there, a guard came in 2 times to adjust the neighboring sauna.
It's not bad when there are few people in the pool, but to get to it with VIP, you need to go through a whole maze and almost go outside.

I have been visiting this center almost since the opening. I was in Vostoga for the first time. A pleasant place to relax. Swimming pool, music, all underwater massages, spa area, jacuzzi, which was in good condition yet...everything is very beautiful, I would say even chic and at a relatively affordable price.
Unfortunately, many of the equipment is in a faulty condition now and it is a pity that the administration of this wonderful center does not pay due attention to this problem. I hope that the situation will change and we will be happy to enjoy your services again!

Yesterday was neither the first nor the last visit to this center.
Do you have any rules of conduct in the pool? Is there some kind of safety rule?
Yesterday, 2 children jumped with a bomb and a layer into that pool. So you can smash your head in there. Accordingly, all the water is in our face.
Why are there cameras on the pool? Probably in order to somehow monitor the behavior... Most of the buttons don't work, the same jacuzzi... Or you need to press it is unclear how much and with what force to make this Jacuzzi and fountain work.As a result, we swam for 20 minutes instead of 45, and went to get ready to go home.
We won't come again.

I visited this place for the first time on 17.01.23, the administrator was polite, friendly at first, showed me where to go) The water in the Jacuzzi is warm, and so is the pool. Of the cons, they did not offer to rent a bathrobe and towel - I do not know if there is such a service, but it would be very convenient)

I visited the area with a swimming pool and two saunas, Finnish and salt. A tropical shower and a Jacuzzi. The Finnish sauna is excellent. In the pool, massages work every other time, in the Jacuzzi the tub is dirty, you swipe your hand and dirt rolled along the sides. But everything is clean, they clean it all the time. I visited this institution in 2019, 2022 and in 2024 I bought a certificate for a gift. Earlier, in 2019, this center was very good, polite, friendly staff, now it's just terrible, the center itself is a little short of 4, but the staff is something, they can't explain anything normally on the phone, a person came to the procedures according to a certificate they made a fool of him, it's very unpleasant, employees advertise their own during the procedures the center and all sorts of facilities, but you just want to relax both your head and body. I will not even set foot in this institution anymore and will not even advise anyone.

My husband gave me a Valentine card (certificate for the center's services)
While on parental leave and due to the small amount of free time, I did not use this certificate on time.
Calling the center, I thought that they would make some kind of compromise, but the administrator, responding with irritation in her voice, referred to paragraph 93 of the law known to them and accordingly refused to provide me with previously paid services.
When buying a certificate, a person does not sign a contract, and it is very unpleasant that instead of enjoying visiting your center, I am simply furious.I was not even offered any alternative, it may not be possible to get all the services that my certificate originally provided, it may limit my visit not at a time convenient for me, but for example during a less visited time, or limit the time, for example, a certificate for 1.5 hours, and for example I would be offered for 1 hour. In a word, they categorically replied that they were happy to appropriate my money!!!
One thing I can say to All my friends and acquaintances, I will always say that in no case do you need to buy a certificate to this center!!!! If suddenly something goes wrong, you will not receive the service and will not get your money back!

The spa is, of course, very beautiful and cool, but there are some points that I didn't like.
Firstly, they did not warn me on the phone in advance that peeling, wrapping, massage would be done by a young guy, but I was over fifty and was not comfortable, shy and, accordingly, had to reduce the time for all procedures. And such things still need to be warned.
Secondly, just to drink some water and not, only in the bar, and there, accordingly, the price tag for a little water is wow, tea is 6 rubles. Is it really impossible to put a boiler with water? But no, we want to make money on everything.
The pool is super 🔥 and the saunas too 🔥this is the only thing I liked.

For me, this is the most attractive place in Gomel for relaxation: I really like their common spa area, where there are 2 saunas (Finnish hot and salt just warm), Jacuzzi, shower, ice, sun beds, swimming pool. If you want to relax purely with your company, then you can take vip saunas (there are 4 of them for different numbers of people) - only it is better to book them in advance.

The SPA area is small, there is a Jacuzzi, saunas and showers with several modes. I agree with the previous comments about the lack of repairs throughout the center. And I was surprised by the silence, I would like to add music. The coffee at the bar is tasteless, unfortunately.
Now, after a while, the contingent has changed, especially in the pool. There are many children and pensioners.
The staff is polite and friendly, the prices are above average.
The impression is ambiguous. The idea of the center is cool, a wide range of services. But there are many nuances in the service.

It's not a bad place to relax, but due to the lack of competition, the service is, to put it mildly, average for that kind of money. Administrators generally don't seem to care who comes and why, there is no interest in customers.
There are a lot of people in the women's locker room, there are only two showers. When we left, the guard from behind the reception desk waved his hand towards the wardrobe with the words "The cloakroom attendant is gone, take the jackets yourself," which we did not even immediately hear because of the TV running loudly nearby, and we stood for 5 minutes and waited for our jackets to be received, then went to dress ourselves.
The massage was super, a very pleasant specialist, he just told me where, what and how (what the administrators had to do).
The pool is beautiful, the water is warm, the sauna is hot.
I take off two stars for the lack of service and customer orientation.

The water in the pool is warm, I liked the sauna.
I was buying coffee, there was a menu written on the board near the bar, I chose Viennese, but it was also not found in more than one price list. I ordered an Americano as a result.
In the locker room, I was pleasantly surprised in the hair drying area there is a cream fluid for hair CD, a trifle, but it's nice. The staff is very nice and polite.

I've been visiting cosmetologists lately-a complete disappointment. All three girls are non-contact, there are no consultations. It feels like they are working in a factory and waiting for the end of the shift. The last time I came for a manual facial massage, the cosmetologist imposed RF lifting on me, when I still insisted on a massage, she reluctantly gave it to me. The fluorescent lamps are lit in the beauty room at the spa, it seems that you are not in the spa, but in the operating room. And the clock is ticking wildly!!! Both my friend and I talked about the clock at the reception, but apparently the wishes of the guests do not mean anything to the employees. I do not recommend visiting.

I visited this institution on February 12, I thought for a long time whether to leave a comment, but after reading several plausible reviews, I decided to join!
I'll start with the staff, we were lucky, apparently because on that day, as I was told, the director was on site!
But that's not what we came for!
Let's start with the locker rooms: the locker closed 10 times!
The shower stank so much that even an open window in February did not save! I'm sorry, it smells like a public toilet!
Jacuzzi: everything is slippery, I just shuddered!
The sauna maintained a normal temperature, but it was very dirty and tired!
The salt sauna is just a warm room) there is no smell of salt there)))
The pool, thank God, did not stink! But I was not impressed!
Overall impression: throughout the building, everywhere something is broken, something is hanging out, something is sticking out! It seemed that sooner or later something irreparable could happen here, it was scary to touch buttons and electrical appliances!
Of the advantages: The cocktails were good!

We go to VIP saunas all the time, I really like it. As far as I know there are three: cedar / up to 4 people/, lime / up to 8 people/ and alder / up to 10 people/
Of all, I like the lime one the most, there are two lime saunas and a hammam, a Jacuzzi, a relaxation area: a sofa and a TV, three showers, a toilet, a locker room, a hairdryer. Perfect for a romantic evening for two and for a company of 4-6 people. The Jacuzzi is located in the recreation area. We take it with access to the pool. By the time of 4 o'clock is the very thing.
Cedar for a small company, but they don't like that the Jacuzzi is located separately from the recreation area.
Alder is for a big party, there is its own pool.

We took a separate sauna for the company and the impressions were very mixed. The cost of the service does not match the quality: the equipment (hydro massage) in the Jacuzzi and pool partially does not work, there is some sand and sediment in the Jacuzzi. During the session, the guard ran several times to turn something on/off in the back room. It was dark in the pool and the support on the descent into it was shaky. In general, the place has lost its former charm and cleanliness, not to mention some kind of VIP service.

We were in the VIP room, very strange, but there is no shower gel, shampoo or balm, we went to the reception and asked where it all is, if it's paid, then here's the money, we were asked "why didn't you bring your own?" Should I come to the spa with my own? Can I also bring scrubs and massage myself? What's the joke, guys? Very dirty. Souls don't work because of the thick layer of plaque. It's the same in the Jacuzzi. Neither sitting nor walking is unpleasant. It was very cold while the wrap was being done, it turned so cold that only the sauna had already warmed up. In general, I understood that it was impossible with my own. But there is only pizza from food on the bar. Something is not normal. Considering that we had 3 hours for procedures and then 2 for VIP zones with a sauna, of course I already wanted to eat very much. It is also impossible to order something on the spot. In general, it's all strange, and the saddest thing is that it's far from VIP.

The women's locker room stinks of urine so much that I didn't even go to wash, just to get out of this place as soon as possible.
