It's a beautiful place. We've been here several times. I really liked the soups (especially the cold water). Draniki (like everywhere else) are not very tasty, the most delicious in Grodno. BUT everything else is top notch.

A fairly popular chain of establishments in Minsk. During the days and hours of hype, you have to stand in line for 15-30 minutes to get there. Standing in line, I sometimes caught myself thinking, maybe they still have face control at the entrance)

Cornflowers are a must visit place to get to know Belarusian cuisine! We ate here literally every day during our trip!!! And it was definitely worth it. The price-quality ratio is 10/10. the presentation, assortment, taste, variations are all 10/10. And this borscht with a rib is a dump of the stomach! It was so delicious that now I'm dreaming about a new trip!)
The design of the place is concise, beautiful plates, authentic. The restrooms are also pretty nice, everything we went to was clean! The waiters work very well!) in general, we were satisfied with the Cornflowers, and if you suddenly doubt whether you need to go or not, then stop doubting at the same second and run for borscht with pancakes from the heat!!!!! Your stomach will thank you 😉

A pleasant online establishment. We were in the one on Nezalezhnosti Avenue near the Minsk hotel, where my mother and I stayed, with delicious food, interesting interiors and good service. During the trip, we tried to go to different places with my mother, but it was these Cornflowers that we visited twice with pleasure, we knew that we would not disappoint and we were not mistaken) The only downside is that sometimes you have to wait until a place is available, but, as for me, the wait is worth it))

What I didn't like: there are no discounts on my birthday (I even asked, no way) the dumplings with cherries are unsweetened and the wind is blowing out of the window, it's cold in the hall. We were here on 19.01, we were met and taken somewhere far away. It was like walking through a Tolkien novel, and it was very cozy.

A very epic place in the center of Minsk with traditional cuisine. We visited this institution on Friday evening, there was a queue at the entrance (because the summer veranda was already closed, but it was possible to accommodate, but it was a little cold). The waiting time is 10 minutes, for large companies, you probably need to order in advance. The food is 4.5, but it's for my taste. Serving , service, drinks at the beginning (and not at the end, provided full boarding and maximum loading!!) I was pleased. I recommend it.
