I have been on a medium term stay in Vitebsk. This has become a regular stop for us at night. The food is top notch Belarusian cuisine. The service is fantastic. The atmosphere is quaint and very comfortable. I could not think of a better place to enjoy comfort food on a cold Belarusian night than here.

We were generally pleased with this chain restaurant with Belarusian cuisine: a large selection of dishes, pleasant service and excellent value for money. The food is simple, without frills, but tasty and satisfying – exactly what you need for an atmospheric national cafe. Draniki, sorcerers, machanka – everything is as it should be, the portions are generous, the prices are pleasing.
However, the main disadvantage that negates all the advantages is the complete lack of organization at the entrance. There is no administrator who regulates the flow of guests, so people crowd at the door, voluntarily take a queue, and then begin to figure out who is behind whom. We stood for 20 minutes, and some visitors waited for 40 minutes – many were indignant, swearing, and the general atmosphere was nervous.
It feels like the institution is losing points simply because of the lack of one person at the entrance. An ordinary receptionist or even just an attentive waiter who would guide the guests would immediately raise the level of service and relieve unnecessary tension. In the meantime, we have to put up with the chaos, which, of course, does not add to the desire to visit the institution again.
Bottom line: the kitchen is good, the service is fine, but the entrance area requires urgent changes. If you decide to enter, choose not the most popular watches, otherwise you risk spending a lot of time and nerves just to get inside.

Hello everyone!!!
I visit the Cornflowers restaurant in every regional city!!! I want to share my impressions.:
1. The kitchen is actually very tasty and nutritious (when ordering soups or borscht, ask for "hot")!The dishes are simple, clear, delicious, and satisfying.
2. Service- everything is at a very good level - polite, fast, attentive!!!
3. The staff is neat, well-groomed, educated in terms of etiquette!
4. Serving is cool!!!... Everything is on the shelves or on the pans!
5. The atmosphere is cozy, comfortable, quiet!
6. It is possible to book seats.
7. There are places "with a curtain"....you can delimit the space and have a one-on-one conversation!
In general, everything is great!!!
Go - you definitely won't regret it!!!

Clean, cozy, quiet, spacious, very authentic. The waiters are pleasant and polite. Quick feed. Delicious and varied menu. There is no choice of healthy food, you will not eat like this every day. But you can't think of a better place to go and taste well-prepared dishes of national cuisine. Reasonable prices. Convenient location almost in the city center. An honest rating of 5 out of 5 :)

We came with our family to the beautiful city of Vitebsk. We went to eat at ,, Cornflowers,, national dishes, everything is very tasty. My only suggestion to the cafe chain is,"Cornflowers in musical design," I would like to listen to the songs of the Sabres, the Songsters, then it would be even better. National cuisine, legendary Belarusian bands. I live in Moscow, but my dad is from the Grodno region. I love Belarus and Belarusians very much.

We recently visited the Cornflowers establishment in Vitebsk. Previously, we only visited Minsk and were pleasantly surprised. The level is like in the capital!!!!! Atmospheric, delicious and native. It took a long time to decide on a choice: to take the classics or try something new. As for the food, it is certainly very tasty. Borscht with pork, cabbage soup with pork, draniki with beef goulash and pork and beef dumplings are all divinely delicious. Waiting times are within the tolerance. The service, on a holiday, would like to be faster, but we understand that there are many guests and we can't break up at all at the same time.
In my opinion, the kitchen has done one hundred percent. Special thanks to them.
If someone wants to have a delicious meal, they won't be embarrassed by the long queue at the entrance, the wait is worth it. I recommend it, we were well-fed and satisfied!

It's a wonderful place. Great atmosphere with great music. Very tasty and varied food. The staff is polite, they do everything quickly and efficiently. The waiting time is short, with a large number of visitors. I definitely recommend it. The working hours are great. You can have breakfast until 11 o'clock, from 11 the main menu. The Cornflowers restaurant is a popular place in Belarus, which we were advised to visit in Russia. We got into the restaurant after standing at the entrance in a live queue. Because of this dish, you can stand in line without regretting the time spent. But Kiev-style colets can not cook properly. There should be butter inside the cutlets. There was no oil inside the Kiev-style chips at all. But hot butter should have been leaking out from the inside when it was cut, but there was an empty, dry space with some greenery inside. We wanted to eat famous Belarusian wizards in Belarus, but unfortunately they weren't on the menu of this restaurant. We ordered assorted sausages. The dish is good, but it didn't cause any excitement. I liked the kvass. So far, the best restaurant in Vitebsk is for us.

We really liked this stylized restaurant in Minsk and happily took the children to get acquainted with it in Vitebsk. Everything is also delicious, but! It is a very strange situation with a long (40 minutes) wait for a table, although there were enough empty tables or tables with a reserve sign in the hall, for which no one came for an hour and a half. Perhaps the staff does not have time to serve everyone, but this problem does not create advantages for the restaurant, because it does not depend on popularity (it is well-deserved), but on the organization of the process. Try to solve it and the Cornflowers will be on top!!!

We went around, on purpose, about ten cafes and restaurants in the city center in search of Belarusian cuisine. At best, only Draniki are available, but there are more than a dozen dishes here: both the first and the second, and snacks. And the shots are cool! There were 3 days - 3 times we had lunch and dinner here. Yes, and the price here is 1.5-2 times lower than in the center. The waiter girls are very friendly, positive, correct and responsive. There is free parking nearby. There is a small disadvantage: it is in great demand, so you will not always be able to immediately get a free place, you will have to wait and a lot of orders for delivery - the waiting time may also be slightly longer than usual. But believe me, it's worth it. I recommend it, you won't regret it.
