Not my first "Cornflowers", but probably the most memorable) My family and I were walking and decided to have lunch here, but it started to rain, and not only we had the idea to come here. What I want to note is that the food is delicious, the portions are average, the price is adequate. But there is a very long wait: at the entrance, to order, until the dishes are brought, until they are calculated. But here I will say that we faced a long wait in almost all establishments except the Rib restaurant, so I do not understand whether this is always the case, or because of the influx of tourists on May holidays.

Cornflowers is a network of national cuisine, throughout Belarus, designed for tourists (well, it is unlikely that a local resident will go to eat pancakes in a restaurant)
And so, based on the fact that the network is designed specifically for tourists, an unpleasant incident occurred in a restaurant in Vitebsk, namely, the inability to pay for Mir Pay because the management was not puzzled by replacing the outdated terminal with a new model. It was already our tenth day of traveling in Belarus and everywhere (!) We paid for the World of Pay! But, for some reason, it was in a tourist institution that we could not do this!
The incident itself is very unpleasant and the only one who tried to smooth out the "corners" is the waiter, not the administrator (a girl, about twenty years old, with pigtails. Absolutely not competent. Instead of solving the issue, he considers it necessary to give advice to the guests of the institution!)
As a result, a ruined evening. My husband had to take a taxi to get money to the hotel and back
The cuisine is worse than in Minsk (the same dishes). So the kitchen is "4", but the restaurant itself is one

I was at this institution on March 8th. For the first time I got into a live queue at a cafe!!! But, pretty quickly, I was put at the table. The menu is extensive. I eat a lot. I ordered slicing, lard, ribs, and pancakes..... Everything is sooooooo delicious, fast. Of course, I overeated, but I was satisfied! We were served quickly, despite the full boarding and the queue at the entrance!

Minsk cornflowers have a lot to learn from you). They found a place for us, took an order and explained which dishes would be ready in how long, everything that they did not have packed with them. Very affordable prices and great service. The situation there is also on the level.

It took a long time to wait for the dishes, although we arrived in Vitebsk when the festival was taking place there, and there were a lot of people, so the hall was full in the restaurant, so we had to wait for the dishes for a very long time, but it was worth it! In Vitebsk Cornflowers, there was a stir, a live queue in the waiting room and people kept coming and coming. The receptionist kept her finger on the pulse, watched the queue, gave some advice on tourist routes, generally worked out clearly. The food was very tasty, the time in the queue was well spent.

We came with a baby to have a snack. The restaurant was full, I had to wait in line - well, it happens, the place is popular. There are no complaints here.
I see the table is empty. I think they're going to clean it up and call me. But no one is itching, so I went up to the waiter to ask. He says in a minute, everything will be fine. Another 7 minutes pass - no one thinks to clean up. Two men drop in here and sit down at this table. The waitress runs up and tells them - we'll clean it up now, and you can sit down. I come up and say I've been waiting for this table for 20 minutes already. Waitress - oh, I thought you'd left. It would be better if they left.
She was still cleaning the table for 10 minutes. I carried the menu for another 10 minutes. To accept the order - 10 more. He says it's hot to wait about 50 minutes. Well, OK, we also ordered a hot snack so as not to starve (promised faster than the main one). As a result, the drinks were waiting for 20 minutes. She brought the snack that had cooled down after 40 minutes, i.e. the plate was just standing in the kitchen. I ordered another beer. I'm waiting-waiting - no. As a result, it fits - did I bring you your glass? I say no. I brought it. Not that, someone else's) I got it mixed up. He says I'll replace it now. I don't need to, I don't want to wait another hour.
We waited more than an hour for the hot stuff. It took at least 2 hours to wait for the table and the menu. By the way, there were not even napkins on the table - I also forgot.
