It's a good place, but it doesn't look like a restaurant. The interior is interesting, the music is wonderful, the cuisine is national. They cook delicious. But the staff is not all customer-oriented. We were there 2 times, so we can definitely say that not all the staff is helpful. I definitely recommend dinner. I want to mention the tincture board, be sure to try it.

We visited the restaurant on 04/28/24. It turns out that this restaurant is popular in the city, so we waited about 40-45 minutes to go inside. While we were waiting, the queue was already outside! There is no advance reservation at the restaurant. It was stuffy inside, although there is air conditioning. There is no hint of cornflowers in the interior) The waiting time for dishes is 30-40 minutes. All the dishes (we ordered borscht, mushroom soup and hodgepodge, different types of turf) were very salty.

We arrived 3 minutes after the opening - half of the tables were already occupied. This is an indicator of the demand for an institution.
Most of the tables are stylishly and unobtrusively separated from each other. Smiling and competent waiters.
I really liked the food: rustic breakfast, pancakes, cheesecakes - everything is fine.
Cornflower water matches the description, we laughed for a long time from the reviews of those who did not read the description in the menu :)

A chain of restaurants. We visited Vitebsk and Minsk. We took breakfasts and lunches. A wonderful place! We liked everything from the interior to the staff. Everything is very tasty, and soups, and snacks, and hot dishes. I liked omelets for breakfast, the children have their own menu on a coloring book with mazes, for example, an owl made of vegetables with mashed potatoes. Draniki are lovely! We will definitely visit again!

Awesome cafe :)
I would like to have this in my city.
I liked everything in general - food, drinks, soft cozy places, and music (old songs).
During the two and a half days of my stay in Vitebsk, I visited this cafe 4 times (two lunches and two dinners).
Set meals are brought quickly (I think it is convenient for those who work nearby and dine here), on the menu - for quite a long time, but freshly cooked.
Most of all, I liked the pancakes with goulash, cherry pie and sea buckthorn tea (I took this set for dinner twice).

This is certainly not Minsk. The quality of the finished dish is much worse than in the capital of Belarus.
We waited for more than AN HOUR AND A HALF!!!!! The Cornflower collective is certainly getting together, but this does not increase the overall rating.
We ordered a medium-rare steak - they brought it burnt and dry. The pork ribs were very fatty, and the chicken schnitzel turned out to be the most delicious.
I'm definitely not going here next time. There is a GARAGE nearby.

This is the best gastronomic discovery in my practice. You can only eat so delicious at home!!! The cafe is online and specializes in traditional Belarusian cuisine. The interior of the restaurant is very colorful, although there is nothing unusual from the outside. Lunch for 4 people cost 63.00 BYR in 2022 (at the exchange rate it was about 1600.00 rubles). Now about the kitchen, - above all praise!!! Very tasty!!! We ordered draniki with goulash, draniki with sponge, assorted dumplings and solyanka. I'm even at a loss to say which tasted better. I recommend visiting this cafe to all guests of Vitebsk.

A great place, a solid top five, but without a plus. Good taste, moderate portions, the chef is on top. The prices are adequate, there are dishes of the day according to the type of business lunches. In my opinion, the best place in Vitebsk is based on a combination of factors: location, kitchen, interior, waiting time and price of service. There are, of course, pretentious restaurants in the city with views of the Western Dvina and with pictures of celebrities on the walls, but they have an imbalance in time, an overabundance of guests, price, and taste. And here it is the five-point balance. I wish the management and employees not to stop and move on!

Cornflowers is a good location. Guests are greeted and offered a table, and this is a plus. Next, the nuances begin: the schnitzel turned out to be a little dry, slightly overexposed on the fire, but there are no questions about mushroom sauce and fried potatoes. Ginger tea with honey turned out to be disgusting, but it also had nothing to do with the picture on the menu. Now I'm thinking about going in a second time...

Cornflowers is my favorite restaurant. Pleasant music is playing, the order is being prepared quite quickly. The dishes are delicious. The waiters are very friendly, they can tell you about a particular dish. Cornflowers, in my opinion, are never without visitors. Cozy without pathos, clean, smells delicious. They often come with children. The toilets are clean without problematic odors, which is also important.

Very tasty national dishes, tinctures, author's teas! Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff! In the morning, the order is quickly delivered, in the evening the wait is 40-50 minutes. There is a children's menu.

Well, what can I say. I have been to this institution several times. I really adore him and I dine exclusively in Cornflowers.There are no special complaints. But it was today that we arrived in Vitebsk and went to have dinner in Cornflowers.We waited in line for about 30 minutes, our time has come.We went in and got a sticky table, we waited for the waiter for 40 minutes, the waiter had a solid 5, the competent served FOR 5+. But here's the bad luck in one of the desserts I got a long female hair. I'm not squeamish, but my mother-in-law arranged a concert. the waiter offered to bring a new dessert at the expense of the establishment. Generally. VASELKI, as always, is 100% solid 5+.I recommend everyone to just not create a queue when I come to my beloved Belarus.

Therefore, I had to stand and wait for an empty table - although somewhere deep down I completely agree with this approach. As for the food, the serving is super and the portions are normal, but the taste, I don't know how to say it correctly, somehow everything is at home, and you're kind of in a restaurant with a famous name and a lot of positive reviews. I somehow didn 't have enough , but I didn 't have enough perception . Please note that this is my personal opinion.

We came in 40 minutes before closing time. The table is dirty and sticky. They asked the waiter to wipe it, fulfilled the request
"carelessly". Only after the second request, I fulfilled it in good faith. We waited for the order for 15 minutes, considering that only soup and salad could be ordered, which did not require cooking time. Moreover, there was half an hour left before closing time. The hodgepodge was delicious, hot, which cannot be said about the "tuna salad and fried potatoes." The potatoes were not fried, soft. The lettuce leaves were bitter. A separate topic is a set of shots. I've never tasted worse in any of the Cornflower establishments. Vodka diluted with water and a couple of drops of dye and flavor. I'm not coming back here anymore.
