We didn't get to go to this place this year. There is no table reservation, there is a long queue waiting for the table, and then cooking for 50 minutes. You probably need to come full right away in order to get hungry before your turn comes.
We tried to go to Cornflowers in Vitebsk several times. The picture is the same. We went to Minsk!!!
The cuisine is delicious both there and there!!!!

Before that, I had the honor to visit one of the Cornflowers in Minsk, I liked everything, they put me at a table where I ate pancakes with pleasure. In Vitebsk Cornflowers, there was a stir, a live queue in the waiting room and people kept coming and coming. The receptionist kept her finger on the pulse, watched the queue, gave some advice on tourist routes, generally worked out clearly. The food was very tasty, the time in the queue was well spent.

I liked the cafe very much, the friendly staff is ready to answer any questions, advise dishes or help with payment. Delicious dishes - borscht and draniki are beyond praise.
But there are also disadvantages (the establishment has a tired look - the tables are sticky, dirty sofas on the summer veranda, as well as drenched in rain. And of course, the wait for hot dishes is quite long (but it's worth it - the pancakes are just a bomb)

Everything is very tasty. I will separately note borscht, Draniki and just crazy pickles. I have never tasted such cucumbers anywhere. Tomatoes are just fire. I recommend. Vitebsk has one of the best establishments of National cuisine. 5 stars for the kitchen. The rest is not so important.

I was on July 31 with a family with 3 children, there were no seats in the main hall, they offered to wait or sit on the terrace. We chose the triple option, the food is very tasty, on beautiful dishes, the price tag does not bite. We didn't like it very much!
The situation is as follows: we decided to visit this institution in Vitebsk, we did not book a table, we stood in a live queue (no questions asked, we stood and waited)
When we sat down at the table, the waitress came up after 15 minutes to take the order, and informed us that the waiting time for hot dishes was up to 1 hour, since the flow of people was large (one waitress served at least 8 tables).
After 1 hour, the order was brought (pancakes with machanka in Belarusian), and it was not possible to eat it!
The pancakes are undercooked, over-salted, and the machanka is made as if from leftovers, it has a lot of flour, lard, sausage)
After eating (and did not eat half of this dish), we went to the pharmacy with a direct tip, because the whole family's stomachs were twisted.
I don't know how the rest of the menu is, but I don't recommend pancakes with machanka.
PS: the lemonade with currants was delicious.
Bottom line: the impression of Belarusian cuisine is ruined, the evening is ruined, my stomach hurts!

The quality of the food does not match the Cornflower network - it is worse. Sloppy serving (sauces seem to be eaten). We also ordered ribs that did not match the quality even in appearance. The taste turned out to be tough and with a bad film layer. At the same time, as it turned out, there was a change of supplier and therefore such a low quality. The ribs were already ordered before us and returned the same way. It is not clear why the waiter did not warn against ordering, but in the kitchen they missed such a return. The waiter was ready to refuse and immediately offered a 10% discount to the order.

It was my first time in this institution. It would seem that the city center, a restaurant of national cuisine... Expectations were above average.
In order. The table was ordered in advance (number 1, as I understand it, in the very twist. Very well done, no one is visible). At first, I was confused by the worn floor (apparently linoleum) near the terminal at the very entrance. Then, while waiting for the order, the cracked interior beams were confused (apparently the beams were put raw, cracks in the finger.)
In general, there were no complaints about the order. The pancakes are delicious, the cherry pie is also fine.
But the nail that killed all the good impressions was going to the toilet...
it's just tin. The doors are scary, dirty, at the bottom there is a clearly visible area into which the door is being kicked, some holes, traces of fastening, a latch. Brrr. It seems that these doors were picked up near the entrance, where the tenants threw them.
When we went outside, we decided that we would not go here anymore.
