They position themselves as a restaurant of regional cuisine. More for tourists. The service is not bad, but the taste of the dishes is not up to par. In non-specialized establishments, most of the portion dishes are much tastier. But if you are in Astana for a couple of evenings, it will do. There are a couple of photo zones and an all-round view.

A great place to relax and eat delicious food. The service is a little lame, but I think it was due to the heavy load, we didn't have time. Spectacular location on the 25th floor. But they were able to park the car so that then they had to walk for 10 minutes. Beautiful view from the windows, but to get to the table by the window, you need to make an order in a couple of days. There are many national dishes, but not all waiters understand them.
We ordered a salad and a hot one. The hot stuff was brought first. In addition, when the salad was ready, the meat in it was very tough.
And advice to tourists. You have to come here during the day. Then there is a chance that you will remove something from the windows. Although they are not very clean. And in the evening you will be able to capture only the display of beautiful chandeliers.
In general, I am not happy with this meal. None of this is worth the money we left there.

The salads are delicious, the view is beautiful, that's all. An unfriendly waiter, approached each time with a favor, brought the appliances only upon request, went somewhere with clarifications on the menu and returned 10 minutes later, forgetting to clarify what he went for. I also took away dirty dishes only on request. When they asked for the bill, he brought a compliment from the restaurant (buns from the next table where the banquet was). Disgusting service, I do not recommend it.

A very atmospheric place and great delicious food. I always come here when I come to Astana. The disadvantage, in my opinion, is the obsessive and brazen demand for tips at the end of the evening in the form of cash or caspi :)) It is strange that the staff does not understand that this way reduces the size of these tips to a minimum :)) plus it greatly lubricates the impression of both the evening and the establishment. Management should work out the issue.

Come to this restaurant to celebrate your birthday! The staff knew about this and there was no compliment from the establishment, although at the next table the waiters congratulated the birthday boy with candles! I, a guest from Almaty, came to the restaurant on December 16 for lunch with a friend. While I was waiting for her for 20 minutes and taking review photos/videos, none of the receptionists /waiters came up to me, asked what I was doing here and offered to sit at a table. 😥
When we sat down at the table, the waiters did not come themselves, I had to call the waitress myself. When ordering food, I wanted to try mantas, but the waitress said they would cook for 45 minutes! It turns out that you take mantas out of the freezer and cook them in a mantovark in front of guests! Not all guests will be able to expect a 45-minute dish! 🙈
As a result, I had to order pilaf, it turned out to be inconspicuous. Throughout our 1-1.5 hour lunch, the waitress NEVER came up to us and asked how we liked the dish, if we wanted anything else. 😡😡😡
When I wanted to pay for lunch, I couldn't wait 3 minutes for a SINGLE waiter! As a result, I had to shout to the receptionist to call the waitress to pay the bill! 🙈
Friends suggested that I could refuse to pay for the service! And if he had tried to just leave without paying anything, probably no one would have noticed! 🙈
I am shocked by such "service"! Neither the administrators nor the waiters saw me as a guest of the establishment! 😤😤😤
Dear management, administrators of the Eternal Sky restaurant! You are not just a restaurant serving the cuisine of 9 Turkic–speaking peoples, you are the face of the capital and the face of Kazakhstan!
