A very atmospheric place and great delicious food. I always come here when I come to Astana. The disadvantage, in my opinion, is the obsessive and brazen demand for tips at the end of the evening in the form of cash or caspi :)) It is strange that the staff does not understand that this way reduces the size of these tips to a minimum :)) plus it greatly lubricates the impression of both the evening and the establishment. Management should work out the issue.

Come to this restaurant to celebrate your birthday! The staff knew about this and there was no compliment from the establishment, although at the next table the waiters congratulated the birthday boy with candles! There are no complaints about the kitchen, everything is very tasty! There was not enough live music in the restaurant! The view is mesmerizing!

Terrible service! (or rather, it is missing) 🤬🤬🤬
I, a guest from Almaty, came to the restaurant on December 16 for lunch with a friend. While I was waiting for her for 20 minutes and taking review photos/videos, none of the receptionists /waiters came up to me, asked what I was doing here and offered to sit at a table. 😥
When we sat down at the table, the waiters did not come themselves, I had to call the waitress myself. When ordering food, I wanted to try mantas, but the waitress said they would cook for 45 minutes! It turns out that you take mantas out of the freezer and cook them in a mantovark in front of guests! Not all guests will be able to expect a 45-minute dish! 🙈
As a result, I had to order pilaf, it turned out to be inconspicuous. Throughout our 1-1.5 hour lunch, the waitress NEVER came up to us and asked how we liked the dish, if we wanted anything else. 😡😡😡
When I wanted to pay for lunch, I couldn't wait 3 minutes for a SINGLE waiter! As a result, I had to shout to the receptionist to call the waitress to pay the bill! 🙈
Friends suggested that I could refuse to pay for the service! And if he had tried to just leave without paying anything, probably no one would have noticed! 🙈
I am shocked by such "service"! Neither the administrators nor the waiters saw me as a guest of the establishment! 😤😤😤
Dear management, administrators of the Eternal Sky restaurant! You are not just a restaurant serving the cuisine of 9 Turkic–speaking peoples, you are the face of the capital and the face of Kazakhstan!

More than 5 thousand tenge for mashed potatoes with boiled meat is certainly too much for a canteen-level dish. No spices, no sauces, nothing. Moreover, the presentation is beautiful, but it does not reach the taste at all. I liked the service, the waiter was kind and attentive. It's nice to sit with a view - yes, but if you want to eat delicious food, then you probably are not here.

The food is delicious, I tried salmon steak, very decent. The view from the window is beautiful, like in Moscow City. At prices 3 times lower than in Moscow. I highly recommend you to visit.
The only thing that can be considered a fly in the ointment in a barrel is desserts. I think there are only 4 of them and I didn't really like the taste of two of them. But it's a matter of taste.
