The waiters did not say hello, they did not bring the menu, they had to come themselves. They asked for a menu, and the waitresses rudely replied that there would be a wait of MORE THAN AN HOUR. Eventually they went to another restaurant.

We ordered shawarma (shawarma). Firstly, it was done for a very long time (about 20-25 minutes), and secondly, it was frankly very tasteless (boiled inside (!!!) chicken, lots of fresh cucumbers, almost no sauce is felt). Some kind of dietary and tasteless dish.
The service also responded to the stated assessment: they did not warn that the cook was busy and would have to wait so long, when questions began to arrive "why so long" were answered rudely.
