It's not an expensive cafe with Belarusian cuisine, but it's a little noisy. You can sit together and not a big company. There is a separate room with a billiard table. It is quite suitable both for dinner and to sit and chat with the company. For a romantic evening, I think not. Damian is better for these purposes.
