It's a terrible place. Menu order: chocolate cocktail, Caesar salad, sour cream pancakes, fried pancakes. All in order: the cocktail is milk with cocoa. Salad with blackened leaves, yellow incomprehensible cheese, dressing only sour cream.... Pancakes fried in rancid oil, smell very much of it.... The roast is icy... THE PLACE IS TERRIBLE. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!! Why such a high rating is not clear???? It is very strange that for every bad review there are 3-4 good ones....

The place is good, next to the cathedral. They were served quickly enough. The prices are low, and the portions are large, respect. If the rickety tables in the summer courtyard were repaired, it would be five stars.

I only give stars for the dishes. Hearty, aesthetically beautiful serving.
I was in Polotsk for the first time and your establishment is interested in dishes that I can't taste in my city. But I didn't order any of the unfamiliar dishes because the waiter didn't know the menu.
But I give 1 star for the service.
1) Waiters, do not start your greeting with the guests with the phrase: I do not even offer a lunch menu, there is nothing left.
2) If you have a table with more than 1 person, all dishes should be taken out at the same time so that some eat, and others do not look at their neighbors with hungry eyes.
3) Never take out the side dish first, and then the hot dish after 5 minutes. During this time, the side dish will either be eaten, or it will cool down while they wait for the main course. Never answer the guests' question "why did you bring the side dish, and the hot one after so long?" - "and we have it according to the rules." The hot dish and the side dish go inextricably with each other. At home, you are not given potatoes first and cutlets later :)
4) Always ask for the roasting of steaks and medallions (these are the same steaks, but cut thinner). This is a service rule. Not everyone likes to eat the sole (well done - well done). Learn the basic roasting of meat.
5) Don't take care of the tables if you don't know the menu. And even more so if you do not know the composition of the dishes. The answer "I do not know the composition of this soup, but it is served with ..." will not satisfy the guest. The name of the dish is interesting and new, I want to know what it is and how it is cooked.
6) After the dishes have been taken out and the guests have started eating, come and ask if everything is delicious, how deep-fried, if anything else is needed.
These are all the basic rules of the service. This is what guests tip you for.

I do not know why this place has such a high rating. I'm probably picky. I didn't like the food at all, and I got a three for it. The atmosphere could be really chic if it weren't for the little things in the form of refrigerators near the bar, cheap driveway tiles on the floor, etc.... rough wood looks good, not completely beaten. The prices are low.

Impolite service and a local uncivilized contingent in the evening, partially missing ingredients, which you will not know about if you have not read the menu, are guaranteed here.
Evening, a check of 55 rubles for three (~$22) for a hearty and very mediocre dinner.
We were here on August 22 in the evening, before going home, we decided to eat here.
By food:
1. Salads are edible (7/10)
2. Steak is not bad (6/10), little salt, very
3. French fries are cold and unleavened (without salt)
4. There was no sauce in the sets (burger + potatoes) (but there is on the menu), which they did not tell us, but they heard the question "so what, you can take it separately"
5. Burgers are disgusting. They're just disgusting. Well, there are bakeries that bake buns, you can order from them. And explain to the cook that meat in the form of black coal is not comme il faut (it turned out to be just money thrown away, they could not cope). Besides, the burgers were very dry.
For maintenance:
1. The waitress who served us is rude (maybe the norm for Polotsk, we didn't have time to visit other establishments, we were passing through). And, apparently, she didn't deserve a tip, but she got it.
2. The "push-button" system in birch logs, after which the waitress will walk to you for 10 minutes, leaves much to be desired
By atmosphere:
1. Terrible music
2. A contingent shouting their personal experiences at the top of their lungs, and scaring away visitors (everyone looked at them askance, you still need to look for such Neanderthals), and waiters who don't care about it
3. Orders are served randomly: two have already finished their meal, when they just brought it to the third person (after 20-25 minutes)
In general, probably not, rather than yes, only if you are very hungry. It wasn't bad after the meal, and thanks for that. If the burgers were edible, they would put 3-4 *, but the hand does not turn.
This place definitely has potential. But, at this stage, we didn't like it.

Very tasty pork ears with potatoes! If the staff had been polite, I would have asked for a prescription) But I wouldn't call them friendly or sympathetic that day.

I was on Sunday 25.09 at about 15.20. The institution is standing, the working time is hanging. Everything is closed.
When I tried to open it for the second time, the waitress came out and said that it was closed for special service. But there is no such sign, and she slammed the door.
By the way, is there no sheet of paper and pen either?
I haven't tried the kitchen, but I don't approve of the approach itself.
