I went on the Minsk Stories tour from September 16-19, 2024.
We met, settled in - everything is fine. The program is Mega intense. The buses are perfectly clean. The Belarus Hotel is a three-star hotel, but the rooms are nice and clean.
But still, people decide everything. On Tuesday and Wednesday, we traveled with Evgenia-a smart girl, a beauty, a professional with a capital letter. Incredibly attentive, caring and tactful - even on a trip around the world with her.
And literally the next day, on September 19, the last excursion to Sulu. After getting on the bus, I realized that I couldn't find my passport, I ran to the room - there was nothing. I decided that it was in the suitcase, I immediately looked at it in the bag - no. And I'm starting to remember that our passports were collected upon check-in. I approach our guide - in fact, a representative of the company and outline the situation - I ask you to call the hotel. Since I don't have the Internet myself, I don't have a phone number either.
To which I heard that she had something to do with it, so that I would call the Viapol tour operator myself. It's good that the tourists standing next to me found phone numbers for me and when I already started dialing Viapol, the guide dialed the Belarus hotel from her phone and gave me the phone. It turned out that yes, my passport is there and they forgot to give it to me at the eviction.
With such a guide, I definitely would not go around the world. Previously, when I went on vacation, they always said - find a representative and address all questions.
The attitude in this case, I was extremely upset. I have to leave tonight. I can't find my passport, there is no connection, there is no Internet, but I hear in response - they say solve your problems yourself.
I would like to express my gratitude to the entire team of the Viapol tour operator for their professionalism in organizing our vacation. We took the tour "Belarusian circumnavigation" for 5 days. The guides are excellent, they talk warmly about their homeland.
We were met from the train station, and immediately issued a tour program (with notes on contacts, time, transport, cafes, taxis, etc. and a tourist map of the part of the city near the hotel) Everything is structured, short and to the point. The greeter escorted him to the hotel reception desk, told him everything to orient himself, waited for check-in at the Belarus Hotel (Storozhovskaya 15) - everything is fine. The program is rich, the buses are clean and comfortable.
On the first day we had breakfast (a varied and delicious buffet) and visited the "Grand Duchy of Sula". There are many locations there - it's hard to describe everything, but I advise everyone who comes to Minsk to go there. A wonderful guide.
I would especially like to mention and thank Sergey V. Ivanov, he was our guide for 4 days. We believe that he is a knowledgeable, attentive professional who loves his country and what he does. We were with him on a sightseeing tour of Minsk (I also liked the Semashko hotel on Antonova 10 - the staff treats everyone with a soul, photo zones are organized, a view from the window and balcony, a clean, spacious, beautiful room, there is everything you need), in Grodno, Belovezhskaya Pushcha, Kamenets, on a Sightseeing tour of Brest, in the Brest Fortress with the involvement of a guide to the Brest Fortress Museum, accompanied by a transfer to the Minsk railway station. We learned a lot from the history of Belarus.
I also really liked the thoughtful organization of food, everyday moments, care, patience and attentiveness. Good luck and prosperity to you!!! I am sure that we will come back to you again!
We went on a tour of the Relish of the Belarusian towns of Glubokoe-Budslav-Ilovo, a very interesting excursion turned out to be rich thanks to our guide Igor, he told our company of 4 people in detail everything was pleasant, and the weather was super plus tasting of locally produced drinks in Ilovo in general, the day was excellent on 10/19/24❤
We went on the tour "Belarusian circumnavigation". We really liked it, the organization is at the highest level.
The guides are excellent, they talk warmly about their homeland.
Special thanks to Sergey Ivanov, with whom we spent 3 days, were in Grodno, Belovezhskaya Pushcha and Brest.
Thanks to Sergey, I learned a lot from the history of Belarus. It is clear that he loves his country and his business.
Good luck and prosperity to Sergey and the entire Viapol team.
I am sure that we will come back to you again!
We went to Nesvizh -Mir on July 20 (tour guide Vladimir Andreevich (exactly) Zavyalov(?). A knowledgeable, attentive professional. This is my fourth time in these castles, and everything is more comfortable and better for a tourist. Everything is organized clearly and kindly.
21 were in Dudutki and on an excursion around Minsk with the guide Andrey and the driver Vasily. Everything is also organized diligently, with attention.
The Belorussia Hotel is a very nice three-star hotel. Yes - there is no air conditioner, but there is a hair dryer, soft soap, slippers, a set of towels and cleanliness. Breakfast is absolutely normal, if you did not get to the time when the buses brought tourists to feed. Then there is a queue to enter the restaurant, but everything else is decent. In the evening, however, you can have dinner on the 22nd floor with a magnificent view of Minsk, with good cuisine and attentive service.
In general, thank you!
On August 10, I visited the magnificent excursion program - the Orient Express. I want to thank our wonderful guide, Zhenya. She is a great storyteller, completely immersed in the material, talked in detail and interestingly about all the visited territories. The driver Nikolai - special thanks to him for safe driving and an absolutely clean bus.
The tour was remembered by every object visited - the monastery in Barkolabovo, where the stork sat on the cross, and Bykhovsky Castle and its surroundings, and Slavgorod overlooking the river valley, and the Blue Krinitsa with turquoise water in the spring, and the temple in the Forest. The greatest and most touching impression is Borki with sculptural compositions about the tragedy of the villages destroyed in the Second World War, an indescribable place in terms of emotions! I recommend this tour
We would like to express our great gratitude to Tatyana Yatskevich for a tour of Minsk in the evening on July 19 from Sergei and Ekaterina from Vologda, Tatyana told us with such love and great dedication about her city, country, opened up many places for us that we will definitely visit next year and take an excursion with Tatiana again!!! You gave us more time than expected, thank you very much, we were pleasantly impressed, fell in love with your country, success and prosperity to you and your hospitable country of Belarus!!!!
From 02 to 05 September 2024. we went on the excursion route "Grodno landscapes": Minsk, castles in the World and Nesvizh, Grodno. Everything was at the highest level, clearly, without hesitation: meeting at the train, seeing off to the station, transfers, lunches along the routes, visiting all sightseeing points. Special thanks to the guides, each of whom had an interesting presentation of information, nothing boring, superfluous, a storehouse of knowledge in the field of history, architecture, modernity, etc.: Alexander with a tour of Minsk, Evgenia - around the World and Nesvizh and castles, and Sergey, who conducted excursions to Grodno. I would like to mention the places for lunch where we stayed during our trips, everything is delicious, satisfying, high-quality and with a local flavor. Also the hotels included in the trip package: Victoria SPA in Minsk and Neman in Grodno were of a very good level: clean and spacious rooms with the necessary filling, delicious and varied breakfasts and a bonus in Victoria a full-fledged swimming pool with a spa area where it was nice to relax after an active day in hot weather. Thank you for such an attitude to your business and such a pleasant acquaintance with Belarus.
Good afternoon, we visited the Brest-Belovezhskaya Pushcha tour on July 27-28, 2024. We would like to express our great gratitude to our guide Andrey Alexandrovich. He is an erudite, literate, knowledgeable, responsive person and a guide with a good sense of humor. Thanks to Andrey, we learned a lot of new and interesting things about the history of Brest, the Brest Fortress and Belarus in general. The tour made a lasting impression on us.
On July 19-21, we visited the excursion "Picturesque Vitebsk". On the first day there was a sightseeing tour of Minsk. The next two days were devoted to Polotsk and Vitebsk. Olga, a tour guide, worked with us. I would like to note her professionalism and kind attitude towards people. Everything was well organized, the tour was interesting and informative. Impressions of Polotsk and Minsk have become more vivid and memorable thanks to Olga
Excursions from October 10 to 13: Minsk-Grodno- Brest were conducted by the guide Sergey V. Ivanov. He knows the history of Belarus very well. Erudite, very competent speech. Excursions are well organized. A specialist of a high category. Thank you. Semenova, the Eagle
From July 8-14, we went on the "Thousand Year Brest" tour, We liked everything!!! I would like to say a big thank you to the guides: Olga (overview of Minsk, Khatyn, Kurgan of Glory), My Wife (Neman plant, Lida city, Lida Brovor Museum and for the Belarusian speech), Natasha (Zhodino city), Maria (BelAZ Plant, Ales (Brest, Belovezhskaya Pushcha). For their professionalism! Unfortunately, Sergey did not disclose the visit to Novogrudok. THANK YOU BELARUSIANS FOR LOVING YOUR COUNTRY!!!! AND PROMOTE YOUR CULTURE!!!!
A wonderful travel company. Recommended at the hotel. We were not deceived with expectations. I highly recommend taking a bus tour with them to two castles in one day - Nesvizh and Mira. You will be satisfied, I recommend it. For 1 person, 155 Belarusian rubles. That is, multiply by 30, and you get in Russian. And this is with all the transfers, excursions and lunch. We were satisfied.
On August 8, 2024, Vladimir Tkachenko worked with us. With him, we visited Glubokoe, Smorgon, and Gervyaty. The whole group is delighted. A competent, knowledgeable, professional who loves his profession. A group from St. Petersburg from the Petersburg travel store.
I visited Belarus for the first time, and I have never regretted that it was with the Viapol team that I got to know this beautiful country. I took a 3-day tour, and I want to say a huge thank you and thanks to the guide Yarosh Malishevsky!!!! He talked very interestingly, joked in places, it was not boring to drive from Minsk to Brest and back. In March 2025, we want to visit Belarus again, and we would really like to get to Yarosh M. On a guided tour
We were very satisfied with the 6-day excursion tour "1000 summer Brest" from Viapol. I liked the high-quality and smooth work of the whole team.
Positive:
--------------
- we were met at the station, quickly settled in;
-good hotels on the route (Belarus in Minsk and Vesta in Brest);
-excellent food in hotels and set meals during excursions;
-an interesting, but very intense program (I'm tired, after such a vacation I need another vacation);
-the tour is suitable for curious and experienced tourists who are eager for new experiences;
- the complete absence of any additional fees, everything has literally already been paid. No trips to other villages along the way, for an additional fee.for a fee, no photos for you for N-rubles. It even happened to us that those who did not pay extra were dropped off the bus.an excursion to the paw of the guide. That's not the case with Viapol at all - everything is honest and extremely transparent!
As a quibble, I will note a few disadvantages:
---------------------------------------------
- the guides mumble their historical lectures somewhat monotonously by providing them with a large number of historical dates, names and facts that are poorly perceived by ear. According to my observations, 2% of people on the bus are interested in this, the rest are either asleep or procrastinating, abstracting from what is happening. It would be much more interesting if the guide did not take out the brains with a boring story, but told simply and in his own words about life in Belarus, about work, about ordinary people, about something vital and mundane - it would be both informative and interesting;
- the guides are a little annoying with stories about churches, churches and other religious buildings. It is probably designed for believers, I, an atheist, am annoyed. We are driving past some village, the guide broadcasts the name of the village, look at the 17th century church in the center and another 20 minutes lecture about this church, who is interested? As an atheist, I definitely don't. There is a feeling that there is nothing to tell except about the church.
- tourists go to the toilet, not when they want to, but when the tour guide allows it. This is not a disadvantage, but a feature of all bus tours. This is not suitable for all people;
The tour is very busy, do not expect to rest and sleep in it))) I had to wake up with an alarm clock at 7 a.m., they brought me to the department too late at 20-21 hours, there was actually no time to walk around Minsk. Although the tour is from Minsk, you spend very little time in Minsk. The outlook increases very noticeably - Belaz, the Neman Glass Factory, Grodno, the Brest Fortress, the Forest, Brest itself is a handsome man. I have very warm and pleasant memories, many thanks to the Viapol team!!!
I really enjoyed my trip to Belarus with Viapol! From May 16 to May 19, 2024, we went on the "Secrets of Nesvizh Castle" tour. We were left with a great, very pleasant impression! I would especially like to thank the guide Andrey Rodkin, who conducted a wonderful tour of Ruzhany and Kossovo on the first day of our tour, and Olga Zalygina, who accompanied us to Nesvizh and Mir. It is a great pleasure to travel together with professionals, enthusiastic, with a wonderful sense of humor. Thank you for the interesting stories and pleasant impressions!
We express our deep gratitude to the guide Marina Mayakina for a great time spent during the excursion on August 6 along the route Gervyaty-Sola, Smorgon,Ostrovets. Tour ,,Belarusian mosaic,,as well as to the driver of this route. Marina is a professional in her field.
I was in Belarus on the Minsk Stories tour with my guide Zhenya...Thank you for the interesting and informative story...Zhenya is a professional who is in love with his work and knows how to bring joy to people!
I was with my husband on a tour of Belarus in August. I ordered a tour through the Three Capitals website. The tour operator Viapol hosted us in Minsk. We were worried, of course. But in vain! The impressions are only good. Very good tour organization. We never waited anywhere, did not catch up. Everything is clear according to the tour program. Everything was explained and shown. No unpleasant surprises happened. And I had free time to walk around the city. I liked the hotel, the service and the food. We had a rest, a lot of impressions. There were many guides, but they were all well done, professionals! We got the impression that they were all on the same team. They help each other. In general, they hugged and kissed us and we wanted to experience these wonderful emotions of a vacation in Belarus once again. I would like to thank Solopova's manager, with whom our acquaintance with Belarus began. Promptly, on the case and without deception. Which is very nice. See you soon!
We are very grateful to the guide Andrey Davydovsky for an interesting, informative tour of Minsk. Andrey is a friendly, erudite, positive guide who left pleasant memories about himself and the city.Minsk welcomed us with good, sunny weather and the same guide.
We went with them in June 2024, the Pinsk Treasures tour. We arrived in Minsk early in the morning by train. The meeting at the train station went well and quickly enough. Then they are taken to the Belarus hotel for breakfast. Then another bus comes for you along your route. There is little time for breakfast at the hotel. And 4 more buses of tourists plus residents of the hotel itself. In general, you will have to stand for 20 minutes at breakfast. Unfortunately, seats on the bus are not booked in advance, even if you buy a tour 2 months in advance. Therefore, either you have to run to take seats on the bus, or go to breakfast. If you go to breakfast, you will be sitting on the bus at the very end.
The company makes changes to the tour program at its discretion, as it wishes. No trips to Ruzhany, and by boat in Pinsk (apparently it was a marketing ploy).
With a guide and a driver, if you're lucky. We had Andrey Rodkin. Educated, erudite, attentive. I was lucky in that.
Belarus is certainly beautiful. Cleanliness, order, all in colors. It is always a pleasure to ride on it. But if you evaluate the trip itself from this travel agency, the cost of such a tour is certainly overstated.
I would like to say a big thank you to Tatyana Yatskevich for a wonderful tour of Minsk on June 14! Tatiana made us fall in love with Minsk and Belarus! But Dmitry, with whom we have visited Grodno since June 15, cannot say such words! The Neman Hotel was listed in our vouchers in Grodno. Upon arrival, we were given Semashko. The hotel is inconveniently located, the room is terrible! According to Dmitry, this is a luxury! We, a couple of pensioners, were given a room in the attic with 2 steps in the room! Dmitry is not customer-oriented at all! I left an unpleasant impression of myself! Usually the guides are applauded at the end of the trip! In our case, the guide jumped off the bus at the station with a stone face and was like that!
14.07 we went on an excursion to Zelva , it turned out that the group was a team and a bus and a guide from the Viapol company.
Tour guide Tatyana Dolgach is just a shame for the company, the worst tour guide, I write as a person who has been on 30 excursions in the last 2 years in Belarus. Quotes from the great guide : "look out the window", "we'll pass by today, I'll just tell you something there, you have to say it", "you have 10 minutes and we're going on", "yes, to whom am I explaining at all", "we can leave without you, just think", "Dyatlovo is the best city, I'm just from there, well, look quickly at everything."
In principle, if you call any person from the street, it would be better. No one would make a face and walk around unhappy all day.
We express our deep gratitude to the travel agency for organizing a tour of important places in Belarus. Thanks to real professionals in their field-Irina and Dmitry - in just 3 days, the guys and I learned a lot of interesting things about the history of this amazing country, we were able to feel the same pain, love and patriotism that were always felt in their stories. Thank you for making us fall in love with your country.
Thanks a lot to the wonderful drivers-Sergey and Anatoly- who were also able to contribute to making our trip comfortable.
Thank you all for the wonderful catering and accommodation. , for the hospitality.
We would like to express our great gratitude for the mega interesting excursions throughout the "Big Christmas Round the World" tour on January 3-7, 2024.
On the first day of the tour, there was a sightseeing tour of the city of Minsk and a wonderful guide Lyudmila, who charmed all tourists with her kind attitude.
Further, throughout the remaining days, the guide Zhenya is just a delight from the first to the last word, a man with an incredible amount of knowledge in literally all areas, starting from the history of his native land and ending with a short tour of the Belarusian language for tourists))
Throughout the entire bus route, no one slept, everyone eagerly hung on every word of Zhenya, how interesting she tells about everything!
We were extremely pleased with the trip and the guides who are burning with their work! We definitely recommend it))
I traveled with this operator under the Millennial Brest program for 4 days with accommodation in Victoria Spa and Hilton. My impressions are mixed.
Positive:
1/ I arrived a day earlier, I was met at the train station, everything was clearly taken to the hotel. They gave out a program and shared Viapol phones.
2/Victoria Hotel & spa is a good 4-star, basically on the level. Breakfast is included, standard European, you will not stay hungry. The restaurant at the hotel is good, the prices are not budget, but high-quality, fast, delicious. I can say not bad about the spa, I went for a massage 2 times, the aquazone was closed for prevention, unfortunately, it would have been even better with it. There are a lot of minor flaws, but everything is instantly eliminated at the request of the reception (e.g. bathrobe, water). I also want to note that on the last extra day there was very bad weather in Belarus, I asked about the extra hours before the train, but I was allowed to stay until 1400 for free (check-out at 12:00), for which I thank Victoria's staff very much.
3/the next day we were in Novogrudok. Amazing excursions, so sincere and deep that I did not want to leave, the children even stood and listened attentively. I'm talking about the Museum of the Jewish Resistance and the art gallery (the artist's wife led the tour in the Gallery). Such people stay in the heart and make the city unique
. 4/ On the second day of the tour, we visited a sightseeing tour of Minsk and Khatyn. Minsk did not make a special impression, at times I caught myself thinking that I was in Moscow. Khatyn will not leave anyone indifferent. Energetically, it is a very strong and difficult place, but it is necessary to visit at least once in your life in order to remember and know.
5/ and the last day was Brest and Belovezhskaya Pushcha. Brest has sunk into my heart the most. A very cozy, beautiful, incredibly clean, elegant green city that you want to live in. We got to the city day, captured fireworks and our accompanying guide Olesya accompanied us for two days. A very sweet, kind and pleasant girl and a competent guide, it was interesting to listen to her, she told more than the program. Belovezhskaya Pushcha is a huge massif. At the end of the tour, they were brought to large aviaries with bison, roe deer, wolves, and wild boars. I really liked it, my dear. Those who love animals will definitely appreciate it. At the entrance, you can buy crackers to feed.
6/ very tasty food was served at lunch in Belovezhskaya Pushcha and Brest.
7/ after Brest, reluctantly, but they brought me to the tk hotel. I had an extra night there. Thanks for that.
Minuses
1/ very weak organization on the part of Viapol. Two stars is even a lot. Apart from the very first day of the transfer, I can't say anything good.
On the second day in the morning, when traveling to Novogrudok, boarding a tourist bus was as follows: there are five buses, the tourist must go around everything to find his own. There were two buses to Novogrudok, they don't tell you any bus numbers or the name of the guide the day before. You just run around and look for yourself in the lists. By the way, on the first day of the tour, the guides were sitting on the bus and did not even bother to go outside to help tourists navigate. When I was there, several people could not find themselves on the lists in any of the buses. There is no clarity. In Novogrudok, the lunch was very sad, like in a Soviet canteen.
The picture of poor organization was brightened up only by the excursions themselves in the town.
2/ After a day of excursions, the driver dropped off tourists who lived at the Victoria & Spa hotel at the intersection on the avenue, for a second it is two kilometers to walk with things to the hotel. Apparently, the driver did not want to go to the entrance, there is everything for this. But 2 km away it was more convenient for him
3/ The second day of the tour is Minsk and Khatyn. In the morning, the guide irritably said that I was not on the list again, but I found myself there😂 The tour of Minsk was tedious and uninteresting. In Khatyn, similarly, the girl guide rattled off the memorized text and that's it. There was an impression that the guides in Khatyn were students practicing their practice. At the entrance to Victoria, the driver again dropped us off on the avenue 2 km from the entrance, answered my question "so there it is, the hotel!" the audacity to say nothing.
4/ The third day of the tour was the last straw for the organization. We left for Brest in the morning. The day before, I texted Viapol asking why the program for eviction and breakfast allocated 15 minutes because the bus left at 7:30 in the morning. I received three SMS messages from a representative, what is the schedule, after 5 minutes I received an SMS saying that we conferred with the manager and decided that we still need time for breakfast, so the bus will leave at 8:30. Next came a text message "sorry, at 8:00"😂 Again, no bus number, no name and body of the guide. I asked once again to confirm that the bus is at 8:00. We confirmed that yes at 8:00 (I have all the screenshots). I came out with a suitcase in 20 minutes. There were two buses to Brest on the street and I was not on the list in any of them. The guide said sit down, don't worry, we're all going to Brest. I sat down, the suitcase was loaded. At exactly 8:00, the bus left the hotel as they texted me. We reached the 3* hotel for the remaining group, two guides come up to me and say, this part of the group is going to Brest to other hotels, change to another bus. And I had to transfer to the other bus with a suitcase. At the same time, the guide said that I was not on the lists, I somehow ended up according to their data in a three-way room at the hotel. The idiocy and lack of organization are obvious.
Then they also told me that "there are tourists who are remembered". It is your organization that is remembered, not tourists. I've never been late anywhere and I haven't brawled anywhere to remember me, but I will definitely remember the organization of Viapol.
5/the next pleasant bonus was that the operator did not book a 4* Hilton in Brest and said that they would book a 3* Bug hotel (this is just a strong economy Google it if you are interested). The argument was that there were no places in the Hilton. Opening the usual hotel booking application, I found a Hilton with a sufficient number of standard rooms in 2 minutes. Viapol, for its part, did not help, so I booked as an individual for 2p more expensive.
6/ in Brest, our accompanying guide Olesya (thanks again to her) conducted an excellent city tour. In the Brest fortress, the girl led a very monotonous memorized text, did not answer the group's questions, somehow fell off and constantly with a grin. Although the location itself is certainly worth a visit and a more worthy excursion.
Conclusion: The service is at the Soviet level, with a favor, the price tag is European, the operator is 0 for me personally regarding organizational issues.
Belarus itself is beautiful, an ideal option, if possible, to go by car on your own.
Everything +- in fact and objectively, decide what is unimportant for you and what is important. I hope the review will help you plan your vacation.
September 15, 2024 trip to Grodno . I have already visited this route before and was very impressed. Therefore, I ordered a gift for my mother and her friend from Viapol. Vacationers were generally satisfied : good trip organization, delicious lunch, comfortable bus. From the nuances. I was specifically looking for a tour with a visit to the Augustovsky Canal. The main advantage and highlight of this place is the mechanism of filling and lowering the locks. What turned out to be in fact, after moving, for some reason, the first visit was to the August Canal and there was no locking, tourists were simply taken along the canal by boat. Naturally, no one understood the meaning of this event and even one tourist from the group had a conflict with the guide. Dear organizers, please take this point into account in the subsequent organization of tours. It makes no sense to include the August Canal without locks in the trip, just to go far away on a boat, the story is so-so. If there is no gateway in the program, you must indicate this or reduce the cost. The second point is that there is no clear visiting program on the site, everything is piled up in a pile and it is not clear what is going on, there is not even time except departure and arrival. Next, when ordering the tour, I specified which guide would be, the manager Diana said that Yarosh would be there. I was guided by excellent reviews and wanted to tour with him, so I chose the appropriate date. In fact, the guide was different and the manager did not even call back that there were changes. How is it? Please take into account all comments in the subsequent work. Otherwise, everything is fine, thanks to the whole Viapol team for the rich and interesting routes. We will contact you again.
I visited two excursions with this company on 04/26/2024-Belaz and 04/27/2024 Polotsk. I was satisfied with the impressions I received and expected. Everything that is stated in the programs is implemented. Thanks to the guides Andrey and Elena and also in the territories. A huge surprise for me was the story about the Duda (national instrument) and the demonstration in action, thanks to Elena!!!! You can see and hear that the guides love their business and their country! Prosperity to you and blessed Belarus!!!!
Today, on August 23, I went on an excursion to Khatyn-kurgan of Glory. The guide, to put it mildly, impressed! The woman is emotional, but it is necessary to work somehow! Information along the way was given "what I see is what I say." And then, in general, there were poems. Well, how is it necessary to select guides for the subject of excursions? This is a military theme, not the theme of the Raubichi sports complex or the construction of roads in some century!
And on August 22, I went on an excursion to Novogrudok. So our guide generally stayed in Novogrudok and did not go to Minsk with us! And on the way our bus broke down. And we were standing in some village and waiting for a new bus. Alone, with a driver. God bless our driver, the locals and the driver of the car who stopped us after noticing a breakdown. Otherwise they would be lying down now..
In general, I would not recommend traveling with this company. Their guides have become completely unprofessional.
4.10.2024 we went to Khatyn. Olga liked the guide very much, she tells everything very interestingly and sincerely! We sincerely recommend it to everyone!
This was our second trip with Viapol, so in addition to fresh impressions, there is something to compare.
Khatyn excursion (guided by Tamara).
The day started with lunch overlaps. That is, the guide forgot to order it for us, because we did not go to the review (as we agreed upon when booking).
The tour itself is normal, the only thing is that reconstruction is underway in Khatyn itself and on the Mound of Glory, which of course hinders.
Lida's tour (guided by Evgenia).
Due to the planning curve, the presence of two groups, and constant overlaps at the facilities, we lost a lot of time in vain. Then we wait for the guide at the castle, then we ride to Berezovka and back, then we drive past the brewery three times. Tasting for 60 people is certainly a tin.
There are no questions for Evgenia, she is a good guide. but you can't plan excursions like that.
Novogrudok tour (: Yarosh guide).
Unexpectedly, a very interesting and eventful tour with the strongest guide. The gallery was very impressed. Yarosh showed us the maximum possible without loss of time, for which we thank him very much.
BELAZ Tour (guide Andrey).
A wonderful tour with a good guide. Of the questions, only the crooked check-out time is 12:00. It is much more convenient to leave earlier and return earlier.
Excursion Brest + Pushcha. The guide is Sergey.
The disappointment of the trip: the fortress is on the run, we didn't really look at it, we didn't really see the city. In the forest, they drove for 1.5 hours through the forest, the museum of peasant life is a cheap new model. They ran through the aviaries and the museum.
It would be better to go to an excellent nature museum from the beginning, then to the aviaries, and then to the forest.
Sergey knows a lot, but it's hard for him to speak professionally and interestingly. The bus for two days is the most cramped, old and practically without ventilation.
Now for general questions:
- Previously, you did not carry such a herd (40-50 people each)
, the groups were smaller, which was comfortable
- is it really impossible to arrange excursions by time, and not collect 8 buses at the hotel with tourists running around? Send some at 7:50, others at 8:10, and others at 8:30.
-keep an eye on what you feed people: there are 7 days in a row of cabbage salad, and three days of cabbage soup without signs of meat is not very good.
- get rid of cooperation with the Belarus hotel: there is no air conditioning, Wi-Fi is practically not working, the crowd is at breakfast, and the food is terrible! Apart from the location, there are no advantages anymore.
I really liked the excursions with elements of industrial tourism. I am waiting for the expansion of the repertoire. MAZ and the tractor plant are also interesting.
It would be good to make a tour constructor with an independent choice from a set of excursions for each day.
I hope you'll take the comments into account next time.
Thank you for our vacation.
The best operator in Belarus, and indeed any excursions are organized flawlessly, with knowledge of the case and all the subtleties on the ground. Excellent staff, they make out quickly, telling everything in detail. Very good guides, (I especially liked Andrey). The office is small, but cozy, and leaves the impression of a well-functioning mechanism. Well done, they have earned a reputation and maintain it at a high level
Review of the tour "Relish of Belarusian towns" 17.08.2024
40 people waited for the tour bus for almost an hour. There was no apology or explanation from the driver. We also stopped at the gas station on the way! After 1.5 hours, it became clear that there was a problem with the air conditioning on the bus.It did not cool, but heated the air. Upon arrival in Glubokoe at 12.10 we were taken to the manor for lunch.35 minutes were allocated for lunch and a walk through the manor park. I had to do everything on the run. The announced walk along Glubokoe was reduced to a passage from one temple to another through an alley with busts of famous people. In the Cathedral of the Nativity of the Virgin, due to lack of time, we were not allowed to climb the tower, although this was stated in the tour program as a unique opportunity. We were deprived of this opportunity!
We were already traveling to Budslaw in an overheated bus, which also broke down on the way. After visiting the church, we could not leave for the next location in Ilovo, because the bus did not start. Thanks to our guide Igor for persuading the driver of someone else's bus to give us a ride. Of course, we were late, and the "tour" of the winery took place on the street without visiting the winery itself((
The journey home was painful. We were returning in our stuffy and overheated 2-storey bus.The tourists were
mostly elderly people, someone was getting sick, so on the way they had to stop to go outside to breathe and cool off.
The guide Igor Fedorov conducted interesting and sincere excursions in Glubokoe and Budslav, but the travel information in his performance was not interesting.
Pros: delicious lunch, visits to temples-they cannot but delight, tasting at the winery.
I have described all the disadvantages above.
I would like to receive compensation or a bonus from the Viapol travel agency for a spoiled excursion. Maybe a discount on some other trip.
I was in Minsk in June 2024.The impression of the tour operator is ambiguous. All the excursions were organized well. I would like to note the good work of the guide Andrey Davydovsky. But the whole impression was spoiled by an excursion to Dudutki, the guide Olga Sergeevna Zalygina, who appeared 5 minutes before the departure of the bus. The tourists' requests not to linger during the tour were followed by discontent and mocking smiles on her part. All this led to a scandal and spoiled the mood of all tourists. And only the actions of the bus driver led to the possibility of not being late for the train station. Such guides are a disgrace to a good travel agency.
Many thanks for a great trip (27-28 Minsk-Brest).Excellent tour organization, professional guides (Tamara, Natalia, Yarosh), attentive attitude to any requests or questions, excellent knowledge of history and a great sense of humor. Special thanks to the drivers (Anatoly Alekseevich, Sergey Figaro and elegant driver Dmitry).
Thank you very much for a great stay! Everything was organized perfectly. We had the Millennial Brest tour from July 15-21. We want to go to Belarus again.
We are very glad that we have "discovered" this Belarusian tour operator. We liked the spring trip with Viapol (Minsk, Mir, Nesvizh, Grodno, Brest) so much that we bought the tour again in the fall. Now we have visited Polotsk and Vitebsk. The tour is perfectly planned, we saw the best that is in these cities! Our guide Antonina loves her work and tourists very much, for which I thank her very much! It was a pleasure to listen to her! The driver Sergey drove the bus perfectly, We were sure that our lives were in safe hands. It is impossible not to note the benevolence of Antonina and Sergei. They just made us fall in love with Vitebsk and Polotsk! The only disadvantage of the program is the Luchesa Hotel in Vitebsk. Those who lived on the upper floors. they were satisfied: they got rooms with fresh renovation and good furniture. But those living on the 4th and 5th floors were disappointed: the rooms and furniture in them are old, the carpet is dirty. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not respond to the tourists' claims. We hope Viapol will take our remark into account. And - see you again next year!
I would like to express my gratitude for organizing the tour "All roads lead to the World". I visited Belarus for the first time and was very pleased. I especially liked the two-day tour of Mir and Nesvizh castles. For two days on October 7-8, our guide Andrey accompanied us
with interesting stories about Belarus and mysterious stories about castles. Thanks a lot to him, I'm still impressed!!!
It was the first time we went with Viapol. The Orient Express tour. The most positive impression. Friendly and customer-oriented managers, excellent tour guide Evgenia, driver Alexander. Lots of interesting places, wonderful places, great lunch. And special thanks for helping to return the forgotten powerbank and phrasebook. I will definitely go with Viapol again and I will recommend it to everyone!!!!
We went on a tour of the castles on 09/26/2023 with Ekaterina.
I liked it very much, competent speech, easy to listen to, interesting tells, immersing you in this atmosphere of the Middle Ages, watched everything that was in the plans and even more, thank you very much!
Guys, do not spare money, go to Mir-Nesvizh! It's just 10/10!
Lunch is selected very accurately, not greasy, so that there are still forces to reach Nesvizh 😅👌🏼
A wide variety of excursions - you can go somewhere every day! You can pay for everything online, and if you come to the office - coffee as a gift. Friendly staff❤
I express my great gratitude to your company for a perfectly organized and informative tour of the Millennials Brest for 3 days. Special thanks to the guides Elena Volokh and Yulia Bashkova, who in difficult meteorological conditions due to the season (October 20-22) showed all their professionalism and ripened us with the warmth of communication. Thanks to them and your company, I want to return to Belarus again. I was pleased with the food at the Belarus hotel (Minsk) and comfortable accommodation in the Hampton by Hilton (Brest).
I liked everything very much. That in the office, when buying excursions, all the staff were very friendly and correct, that the guides were great fellows, they know and love the history of their state. I listened to everyone with bated breath. They talked very interestingly, it was easy to listen.
And in the office, for the fact that I bought 3 excursions at once, they gave me a small discount and gave me souvenirs. It's a small thing, but it's nice ;). I definitely recommend this tour company
We express our great gratitude to the guide Marina Mayakina! We had a great pleasure from communicating with Marina. On April 14, 2024, we were with her on an excursion to Dududki.Professionalism, respect, and attention to each member of the group. She walked me to the railway station, went down and showed me the luggage storage, told me how to spend time before the train! I would like the Viapol company to encourage this guide! Thank her very much! Sincerely, Irina
A normal agency for excursions in and out of the city. Dmitry's guide is wonderful, extraordinary! Over the years of traveling and with the experience of private excursions, for the first time I listened with interest to an excursion that I had already been on twice. Dmitry worked well on the Mir-Nesvizh excursion. Bravo! I'm ready to put a lot more stars than 5!
We went with my husband on an excursion tour "Picturesque Vitebsk". The program is wonderful, the organization of check-in at the hotel, sightseeing stops, departures at the highest level. A wonderful guide Olga with an expressive speech, a clean comfortable bus, a neat driver Alexander. We were very satisfied with both the program and the service.
On February 23, we visited the Nesvizh+Mir castles tour. The tour was ordered at the office of the Viapol.
As a colleague, I want to point out:
1. Convenient location of the office.
2. Pleasant environment.
3. Competent and fast service.
(thank you, it was nice to visit you).
On a guided tour:
1. Clean, comfortable, warm bus. (there is a large distance between the seats, there is a phone charger), a wonderful driver.
2. Guide Janos, this is a professional in his field. All the way he told interesting facts about the beautiful Belarus, we are very glad that we got into the hands of such a professional.
Thank you Viapol for a wonderful trip!
03/24/2024 I gave my husband a tour "Valozhynsia gastsintsy i world of honey" for his birthday. 10/10! I am very glad that I chose this particular tour company! Guide -
A very nice girl! I treated all requests with understanding and told them very interestingly! Thank you very much, next time we will definitely choose this particular tour operator!
07/29/23 we had a wonderful time on the excursion "Neman thread". It is very interesting to see the process of making crystal, the amazing exhibits of the museum of the glass factory "Neman". A very tasty lunch on the territory of the Lida Castle. I was just amazed by the triangular church in the Big Square! A clean, comfortable bus. Pleasant guide Tatiana and an experienced driver Sergey. Special thanks to the Viapol employee, who, despite the late call at 22:00, helped contact the bus driver and return the forgotten phone. The most pleasant impressions from the trip and the organization.
