A great hotel for reasonable money. Small, neat. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is very clean, good linen. Bathrobes, slippers, hygiene kits. The circumstances so happened that we arrived a day earlier than the reservation, wrote a message to the administrator and quickly resolved the issue. There is a fenced free parking. We were replenished with water, tea, and coffee every day. The breakfasts in the beautiful cafe on the ground floor are very satisfying by pre-order, we didn't even eat everything on the first day, as the portions turned out to be large, we took some of the food for lunch, and the next day we ordered less. Great little hotel! The neighborhood is not the best, but there are shops, cafes, and a walking area within walking distance, and it is convenient that it is equally good to get from there to different parts of the city. We left at 3 a.m. and I want to say that we have been to hotels of various levels and in simple and renowned global chains, but nowhere else has breakfast been carefully prepared for us on the road at 3 a.m. If we are still in Uralsk, we will definitely stop here.

I really liked the hotel. There is a closed parking lot. We lived in a suite with three people, the rooms are large, the renovation is fresh, very clean. We thought that the hotel had just opened, but it turned out that it has been operating for 10 years! The owner is a great guy - he keeps the level at the highest level. The quality of sleep is very important to us: the mattress is very comfortable, the blanket is airy, but at the same time it is quite heavy, the pillows are also quite comfortable. The room had bathrobes, slippers, and personal hygiene kits. The price included tomorrow, which is a separate delight. We pre-ordered completely different dishes and absolutely every one was amazingly delicious. And, most interestingly, for breakfast, everyone is offered 3 dishes plus a drink. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are very friendly, and the hotel is really decent!

We come to Uralsk for the second time and stay at the Victoria Hotel.
To say good or excellent is to say nothing! The staff is very polite and welcoming. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is fresh. A small note about the towels, they are clean, but the smell is not very present. But this little thing can be forgiven by visiting the cafe at the hotel! Yes, breakfast is included in the room rate, and what a breakfast!!! For every taste and whim, the portions are very large , the pastries are awesome , cappuccino coffee -I haven't had such a delicious drink in a long time! Tom Yam soup is indistinguishable from Thai soup (I was there on New Year's Eve)

It's a very nice hotel.The rooms are clean and new.There is a choice of breakfasts from the cafe located in the hotel building. The breakfasts are very tasty and the portions are large.I was hungry upon arrival and indicated at the settlement that I would have a lot for breakfast unknowingly.And the next day, everything I ordered was brought for breakfast.I couldn't eat it all, even though I really wanted to, it was so delicious. The hotel is quite noisy due to the location next to the highway, breakfast needs to be ordered the day before by time and by dishes, this option is not convenient for me personally, although there is a huge coffee shop and kitchen downstairs, I just don't understand why it can't be done in a coffee shop. The rooms are average, everything you need is there, but the furniture is not very new. Also in the summer there were mosquitoes and there are not even nets on the windows :(. There is nothing interesting in the walking distance. So this hotel can advise if only logically close. I consider the prices for this level of hotel to be high.

This is a great hotel! I've been to different places. Basically, we rest in 5* and 4* of good quality and rating for a long time. We only had to spend the night here, because we had to move on in the morning. We arrived late at night at 1 o'clock. They waited for us. In addition to the receptionist, the doorman met us at the reception desk! This is the first hotel where I met the doorman. He opened the doors for us, opened the gate for my husband to enter the yard, smiled and was friendly (like everyone there).
We went into the room - new renovation, furniture, everything is there, everything is clean and ready to receive guests.
In the morning, a ready breakfast was waiting for us by the appointed time (and even a little earlier). This is not a buffet, but the hotel has made sure that the breakfast menu is varied, fresh and hearty. I don't think I ate half of it - I was full, I couldn't breathe😅
The entire hotel staff is very friendly, which is always nice, of course! The whole hotel and the territory are clean, cleaned, it is clear that they are being looked after and monitored.
In general, you will be in Uralsk - I recommend it from the bottom of my heart! I didn't expect much from the hotel, and I didn't expect anything at all (we drove 1400 km that day, we just had to take a shower and sleep), but I was heartily pleased with such service in this small hotel!

We visited the Victoria Hotel in Uralsk, now only here. The hotel is new and clean. Excellent room layout. The room has everything you need: TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, slippers, hygiene products. Breakfasts are provided and they are amazing. In the evening, you choose 4 dishes and specify the time for which you need to cook. We left early in the morning and breakfast was ready at 7.30. Very attentive and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of a dining room, cafes, shops and public transport stops. Thank you for your work.

Of the minuses:
- in fact, there is no window, it is there, but it opens onto the veranda of the cafe and is tinted. You need to warn about such things in advance before settling in.
- the hood works only during the day, it is turned on separately because it makes a lot of noise. Without a hood, the room on the ground floor is stuffy, not to mention the toilet room, especially after a shower.

Clean, tidy. In the shower, shower gel, shampoo, towels, slippers, disposable washcloths.
We lived in a room with 2 beds, the mattresses are normal, excellent bed linen and pillows. The only thing I wanted was a slightly wider bed. A normal location, delicious breakfasts, tea, coffee, water in the room.
The staff is very polite.
There are 2 small shops in the courtyard.
