A wonderful place! We came to rest from Moscow. The ideal location, in the forest, on the banks of the river. Most of the rest was spent on weekdays, when there were very few guests. Absolute silence, no roads nearby, only birds are heard. The navigator leads through a forest road, you can drive a large sedan, but it is not very comfortable, so it is better to save time (it is much more colorful to go through the forest) through the settlement of Molodzechno and Turets-boyars. Be sure to take your mosquito repellent products with you. A small minus is the lack of shoe spoons and the lack of air conditioning. Otherwise, an absolutely wonderful place!

It's a beautiful place. Beautiful nature, a sufficient amount of ecotropics, a river nearby. There is a sauna on the riverbank for everyone. The rooms are modern and nice. There is a brewery and a pub where live jazz music is played. In general, it is a very cool place. Of course, there are questions about nutrition, but these are small things.

- correct, friendly and unobtrusive service, concerned all employees without exception;
- delicious and varied cuisine, excellent breakfast and dinner buffets in price/quality ratio;
- the entertainment program is announced in advance (movies, sports broadcasts, workshops, music);
- everything is super clean.
From the wishes:
- there was not enough spoon for shoes in the rooms;
- eliminate the legacy of the sports camp in the form of the absence of a barrier-free environment (especially considering the number of parents with young children in strollers);
- there was a misunderstanding when booking a place for a jazz evening (everything was successfully resolved, but there was a lack of communication between the hotel and the pub/restaurant).

Excellent places for barbecue, especially N1/N2/N6. Good tennis courts are quite free. You can swim, as well as hiking and cycling, there is a sauna and a bathhouse by the river. Not a bad place to stay.

This is not a campsite in the traditional sense of the word.
This is a full-fledged, and very good recreation center for sure very well.
Firstly, the rooms are fresh, decorated with high-quality materials and normal furniture. I was surprised, however, by the lack of a cosmetic kit in the bathroom, I was not ready for the fact that there was not even a toothbrush!
There is also no air conditioning, which, in hot August, probably created a real problem. We were in early September, fine. There is a cute hedgehog toy in the room. You can't take it with you, but you can buy it expensive.
Breakfasts are not included in the room price and cost a lot for a very modest selection of dishes. True, everything is fresh and delicious, but the offer is for a B minus. By the end of breakfast time, the food runs out and is not replenished with an explanation - there is no more... But you will not stay hungry, not everything ends.
We had dinner at the restaurant. The menu is very short, but you can choose. The quality of the cuisine is good, delicious. But the organization of the process was stressful. They offered to pre-order by phone, which always happens by, but it was a little messy, long and not very well organized.
Instead of pink champagne, white was brought, explaining that it was actually white, it was just written in the menu as pink. But this was not explained in advance, but when it was opened and poured. The prices, by the way, are Minsk. But in general, the restaurant is a solid four.
The evening ended in a pub, jazz was playing, not bad, there were a lot of people, the beer was cool, its own, the snack for beer was also in the theme.
For example, I drink beer without pleasure, so there was not enough alcoholic variety - there is no cocktail menu, there are very few other drinks, and snacks for them are a stretch. This is understandable - a pub, but cocktails are needed to properly polish the evening, I would like to fix this for the future.
The staff is extremely serious, they try, but the level does not reach a high level, but it does not bother. The reception is poorly organized, it's just that it's impossible to serve the entrance and exit well in this nook. And there were a lot of people, the parking lot was packed with cars, mostly Belarusian plates, there are also Russian ones, but few. The rooms are all occupied, there are a lot of people on the territory.
The territory is cool, the river, a good shore, different facilities, in general, there are no complaints about the territory.
In general, we liked it, you can come, especially if you have a beer shower. And so, probably, on weekdays, when there is not such an influx of people, it is good and calm.
And the little things can and should be tightened up.

The mattress is hard and not comfortable. Dear Academician, are you creating an excellent leisure facility and instructing amateurs to purchase such important things for a good rest? How is it? More about the room in the new building. Dear friends, what is your problem with ventilation? Is there no supply line at all? The room is stuffy in winter, even with the batteries turned off, you open the window to micro-ventilation - discomfort because it's cold afterwards.
Well, the food .... With such quite Minsk prices for breakfast, lunch and dinner with mass catering (we do not work with the restaurant of course), well, the quality and assortment are so-so for 5-6 points of 10 b.the system. for example, At the same time, the kebab is cooked well, and the usual potato dough is a liquid mash.
Marmite is used in the distribution, but some dishes are barely warm. Most likely, they have time to cool down before serving. In general, there is something to work on. And all these little things, they are not difficult to fix to raise the level of the institution, but they need to be dealt with!

Very mixed impressions. The best impression is from the place itself. It's beautiful. But it was like that long before the hotel appeared, and it will remain like that after it disappears.
The rooms are not bad, the territory is well maintained, and the tennis courts are passable.
The staff left a polar impression. We met both very competent and friendly people, as well as those who, apparently, have difficulty navigating their apartment.

We had a family vacation here for 3 days. I'm absolutely thrilled. I am very pleased that we have a place that combines high comfort, excellent cuisine, leisure activities and nature. Entertainment was offered all day: workshops, movies, concerts. The food is well organized - you can choose 2 options - either a restaurant with excellent cuisine, or a buffet at a fixed price - fast, varied and delicious. There is a small brewery with a good selection of beers. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are routes for walking, cycling, or skiing. River rafting is organized. There is a small spa complex with sauna and Jacuzzi. From the comments - the last 10 km should be driven along a forest road of poor quality. Let's hope that the road will be put in order over time. Advice to those who come by their own car - the navigator really let us down, sent us along the primer, it seemed so closer to him. Go through the Boyars Tour. There's a decent road there.

A great place for a family vacation. Modern, comfortable rooms. There are very few air conditioners when it's hot.
Breakfast is included in the price, but I would like to diversify it: cereals, egg dishes, porridge not only with milk. You can order a separate buffet for lunch and dinner. I would like to see fish dishes as an alternative to meat.
The territory is large: there are hiking and cycling routes, tennis courts (you can only play with your own equipment), a sauna, a children's room (large but poorly filled), bicycle rental, workshops for children, in the evening I show cartoons for children.

BUT they write that there are bike routes. You arrive with a bicycle, but there is nowhere to leave it. There is a guest parking, on the street, 2 places are occupied by employees. The parking itself is such that it is impossible to secure the bike to the frame.
At least: there is more parking with the possibility to attach it to the frame.

Everything was fine. And inside - the hotel itself, the service, the quality of the food and the prices for this food (you could order a buffet for tomorrow, lunch, dinner) or go to a restaurant, pub, and outside - beautiful nature, the beach and ecotropes.
However, there are still not enough leisure activities on weekdays. At least 1-2 events during 5 weekdays.
It would also be great if there was a massage room where you could book massages and other body treatments in advance. And after that, go to a cozy room, on the loggia and drink fragrant coffee to the sounds of nature.
