In the bar, the dishes were served less than they ordered...
A cool feature is live music concerts.

A great place not only for recreation, but also for corporate events! Developed infrastructure: boats, bicycles, tennis court, sports.sites. Children's playground, gazebos, etc. Conference room, meeting rooms. I was especially pleased with the staff, just perfect! Everything is very prompt, correct and... unnoticeable. Good cuisine. Wonderful nature! Of the disadvantages, perhaps, only the poor sound insulation in the rooms.

I'll clarify right away: the place is awesome, I recommend it to everyone anyway.
+ Everything is done very well: finishing, elevators, doors, everything is clean and tidy, I can't even believe that there could be such a place in such a wilderness. The pub and restaurant are excellent, even in Minsk it is difficult to find such. A conference room with a huge screen where sports and movies are shown. The tennis courts are perfect, I went for them.
+ Delicious food and beer are prepared.
+ Many options for activities: bicycles, kayaks, tennis, table tennis, sauna - all for free.
+ Camping with gazebos, barbecue, water, firewood. You can live in a tent, it costs 40p for three tents per day. At the same time, you can use some infrastructure.
+ The receptionist Daria is the best thing that happened in this hotel) It is very difficult to find such sincere, friendly people. He will do his best to solve your problem.
- There is no air conditioning in the rooms. It was very difficult to sleep, and on the 5th floor (the last one) it was unrealistic at all.
-The problem is to adjust the temperature of the shower water: sometimes hot, sometimes cold, nothing helps. Apparently, there are problems in the boiler room with the thermostat.
- it does not relate to the place itself, rather to the circumstances: there are a lot of different kinds of midges - he returned all bitten. The river is very shallow: knee-deep in the deepest place. Due to the strong current, kayaking turns into torment.
Overall, the place certainly deserves five stars. But there are details that can make it just perfect)

The choice for this Park Hotel was absolutely accidental. We drove without even reading the reviews, relying solely on the location in the forest and the nearby river.
Booking a room via the Internet was somewhat delayed, but when a girl with a pleasant voice called back, delivered a speech, they quickly discussed all the points and the room was booked. They did not ask for an advance payment for the reservation, which gives a significant advantage over other nearby hotels. Payment for accommodation and meals was taken only upon departure from the hotel.
The complex was recently rebuilt (in 2019) from a sports school. The whole setting is quite fresh, the designers' work on the whole concept is visible. The rooms are clean, tidy, and cleaned daily.
The entire staff is polite, trained, courteous, and ready to give any information at any time.
The territory of the hotel is well equipped, it is suitable for walking in the fresh air.
The food at the hotel is at a high level.
There is a brewery!
The entertainment program for the Christmas holidays is top class! Daily evening concerts from jazz and blues teams.
There is entertainment for the younger generation, which is just as important for a relaxing family holiday.

The biggest disadvantage if you want to relax here is the lack of air conditioning. And if you also have a small child who needs to go to bed at 21 o'clock, then this is definitely not your option! With the window open, it is very noisy and all conversations on the street can be heard. It is wildly annoying at 00:19 a noisy company came to the terrace-Aha, not to close, the heat, but to listen to the company walking instead of sleeping, such a thing. Everything in the restaurant is delicious that was not taken. They refused to have dinner for 28 rubles per person, such as a sewing table-the choice was very poor, we went to a restaurant. I don't think this place is the best in Belarus, as they say here. Highly overrated. It is not suitable for a relaxing holiday, you will not even get enough sleep here!

TICKS!!! The territory of the complex is not treated for ticks. The hotel invites tourists with dogs, a lot of small children who run on the grass. After walking around the hotel, I found eight ticks on the body of little York. The restaurant is very expensive and the menu is poor. The buffet is miserable, money is thrown away. It is good for corporate trips: we arrived, went to a banquet, held a meeting, drank all night, slept off and left.

Our vacation was ruined by this place
1. We booked a standart room, it turns out that in all these rooms there is no light, only lamps, the room is very dark, even during the day.
2. Pets are ALLEGEDLY allowed only on the ground floor, but in our next room (new building) the guests lived with a dog that barked at night for an hour, since its owners had left
3. The walls are very thin. At night, one of the neighbors could be heard snoring.
4. The buffet does not justify its price, we arrived an hour after the start of half of the food was gone and there was nothing to bring.
5. Eco-trails have one name, there are no signs, there are no signs, the whole forest has a large number of trails without signs. Not a single well-groomed path.
6. They didn't tell us about any activities, except for live music in the bar. You need to search for everything yourself on the Internet.

The Vilia Park restaurant is the weak link in the whole complex. We had a rest on October 1, 2022 and were not satisfied with the work of the restaurant. We ordered alcohol, hot dishes, salad, launches and desserts for dinner for a company of 5 people. The waiting time for even snacks was more than 40 minutes, I'm not talking about hot stuff. It was cooked for more than an hour. Please take some measures. The dough is beautiful and interesting. But your restaurant is a horror. We regretted that we booked a table in a restaurant, the advice is for everyone who is going to this place, go straight to the bar, there snacks and drinks will be brought to you much faster.

We stayed there as a family in August for 2 nights. An interesting place... Everything seems to be there, but there is nothing. The girls at the reception seem friendly. But they smile through their teeth. Nasty young ladies). There seems to be a beer bar, but it didn't work. There are only 3 types of beer in the restaurant with its own brewery. There seems to be a grill bar on the street - but it didn't work either. It was opened on the second day. But he worked only for visitors to the corporate. They wouldn't let us in there. There is a beautiful river nearby, but it is knee-deep and eerie. Be careful with bathing the children. Just by the hand. It says on the website that there are bicycles - but they are so dead - it is impossible to ride. There are several tennis courts. But when we asked to rent rackets and a ball, the girls at the reception laughed and said that professionals play with their rackets and they do not have rackets at the rental... Although there are rackets for pinpong))) The food at lunch and breakfast is not replenished. We must wait. It seems that there are fruits - but only green oak apples - and they are in an agrarian country at the end of August. Zoo - there are actually 3 chickens, a rooster and 2 pheasants on the site. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. There are no mosquitoes. But there are mosquitoes. There are hiking trails. But be careful - don't get lost and only walk there. It's fashionable to take a canoe. But how to swim on it against a very strong current is not clear. Rather, it is clear that this is not real. It is necessary to organize rafting downstream - but they do not do this. It says on the website that there are a lot of animators and everything will be done with children - it will not be boring. As a result, I didn't see anything interesting. AND SO IT IS IN EVERYTHING... I rarely write reviews, but then I decided to write. There's nothing to do there. Some show-offs...
