The hotel is very modern and cozy. There are many different types of activity. A restaurant with Italian cuisine, which turned out to be on top.
There are many hiking trails. But it would be worthwhile for tourists to clean up the forest after themselves and perhaps organize volunteer actions from the hotel. There are a lot of landfills, paper, bags, etc.

A very beautiful campsite with its own restaurant where you can eat, and without renting a room. There are many beautiful forest trails for hiking and cycling (but there is one word from the road there - you will have to drive over rough terrain, then uphill, then downhill. So it's better to walk). There is a sauna on the river bank and a beach (relevant in summer).

Of the cons:
1. Breakfast. For 20p. (which could be immediately included in the price of accommodation) you get a kind of buffet. Which has 1 type of cheese and sausage, no cottage cheese, a choice of yogurts (costs 1 jug of liquid yogurt), an omelet from eggs (and does not care if you do not eat an omelet, but would like boiled or fried). OK, there's kind of an orange fresh (but I haven't tried if it's really fresh). But there is no cream for coffee. just milk.
2. The barbecue restaurant on the street is open only on weekends and on Sundays and then until 16. That is, you cannot drink beer in the afternoon on this outdoor terrace. Well, damn it, why? this is as dumb as possible.
3. Rooms. There are no bathrobes and slippers. There is no mosquito net on the windows. There is no air conditioning either. Refrigerator and kettle on request. To turn off the light, you need to get out of bed. That is, there were no bedside switches provided. Thank you that at least the beds have sockets.
4. The territory is small. And the audibility is excellent. And if someone decided to sing songs on the beach, then you will have to listen to them. Not to mention that if you live in the main building overlooking the restaurant, then you will have to listen to the clink of dishes for quite a long time. So ask for rooms with a view on the other side.
5. The reception is small and a traffic jam accumulates during check-in and check-out. The room is small and even physically cramped and unpleasant to stand and wait in line, like in a store. During check-in and check-out, the reception cannot be reached and the room service cannot be reached either.
6. The restaurant. The prices are not small, Minsk prices. The choice is small. At the same time, the service is very lame. You will wait on the terrace for the waiter forever.
All of this could have been accepted if not for the price tag. Because the prices are at the 4* level, and the service and arrival are at the 3* level. The same "Pleat" is a cut above in all respects. The buffet is much better. And the price for it is 2 times lower. (In the "Villa" the cost of lunch and dinner is 24p, and in the "Pleated" 10p.).

The place is good, but you may be very lucky or unlucky with the room, everything is cool in the old building. In the new one ... On average, and the new building, in all conscience, should cost less, but they charge for it like for cool rooms from the old one :)
