I visited this clinic under the program for nonresidents to do laser vision correction. I signed up, arrived in the morning, paid 80 rubles for the examination and went through it. At the very beginning, I was confused by the "pipeline" that is happening there. There are a huge number of people who do not have enough space, as there are several sofas in a narrow corridor. The examination itself took place very quickly, I spent much more time just waiting for my turn, so I had questions about its quality. I said that I have acne, which is in remission, and accordingly asked if this was a contraindication. I understand that this is their job, but now it's about how they do it, how they present information: with kindness and sincerity!!!
2. Diagnostic day.
I'm not from Gomel myself, and it was difficult for me to get there, I didn't have a good morning that day. I was late for an appointment and, calling the clinic to warn that I was late and maybe it would be better to reschedule the appointment, I was answered "Yana Vadimovna, we will wait for you at any time, thank you for visiting us," although as soon as I arrived, there were sooooo many people there, and yet I was waiting for my turn not for long. The girls from the reception delivered their chairs to the customers, just so that no one was standing… This gesture added + joy to the heart.
About the diagnostic process itself: experts are just kindness itself! They are so bright, kind, always smiling, talking to you, and they can also joke with you in between to reduce the client's tension. It's a pleasure to be there! Young beautiful, kind, responsive girls are sitting at the reception! As soon as you step into the clinic, they will take you where you need to go, make tea /coffee, if necessary, they will even take you to the toilet and open the doors. In general, it is pleasant to be in such an atmosphere where everyone smiles and sincerely welcomes every client!
After the diagnosis, there was an appointment with an ophthalmologist. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the doctor, but I am grateful to this doctor with all my heart that she dissuaded me from my primary desires, and as a girl advised a girl the most favorable method of laser correction. Talking to her in the office, having received answers to all my questions in an accessible way for a person far from all the results, was very cool! After the consultation, I clearly understood the possible risks and advantages of laser correction for my health!
3. The day of the laser correction.
Like many people, the feeling of excitement on this day has increased more than ever before. I was taken to the operating room, where I waited a little longer for my turn, and at the moment the same ophthalmologist who consulted me ran by with the words "I hold my fists for you, everything will be at its best!". To be honest, these words made me feel warmer.
Next, they gave me special clothes, helped me get dressed, pre-dripped my eyes, and while we were waiting for our turn for the operation itself, the nurse encouraged us all sitting there, waiting and worrying, told us how she did, and what she went through and that the operation itself was absolutely not scary! Every 5 minutes they asked how we were feeling and tried to joke so that we wouldn't think about the upcoming trial.
And so, my turn... I was called, there were 5-6 people there, I don't remember exactly. But I definitely remember Elena Vladimirovna Stasevich and Oleg Igorevich Buchnev! Oleg Igorevich was sitting next to me, and somehow tried to calm my tension, but it was not easy for him. All those 10 minutes, he talked to me, calmed me down, asked me everything he could. He warned about all actions, told what would happen and what to expect. After surgery on two eyes, I stood up and "oh my God." Before the operation, I didn't see their faces, and after that, I even see what color their eyes are! They helped me up, of course I start to smile, for some reason it was very funny to me and they all stood in front of me and Oleg Igorevich, laughing, said, "It's strange, we just operated on her two eyes, and she's happy." They helped me get up, took me out into the hallway, poured me some water, and asked me how I was feeling every 2 minutes. Next, a postoperative examination. My vision was on the right -3.75, on the left -3.5. The examination showed 1.0 on the right, 0.9 on the left. Oleg Igorevich told about all the home procedures, how much and how to drip eyes, and scheduled a second examination in a week. I arrived a week later, my eyes are healing well, my eyesight is the same!

The doctor laid everything out on the shelves (thanks specifically to him), said that laser correction was not our option, explained why and anticipated the replacement of the lens, not simple (as in a fairy tale), but multifactorial. Which would solve our problem. The price of the issue is about 2500 USD for both eyes. Returning home, we thought about this issue, decided. We call, we say - we are ready. In response, you need to make a calculation, they will call you back. OK, do it. A day or two -silence. I call, I ask - where?when? Answer - I do not know which specialist you talked to, I will submit an application on Wednesday it will be ready, as a result, on Wednesday it is not ready again blah, blah, blah. As a result, a week was counted. The answer is- well, maybe on the trail. your order will arrive next week. To summarize: the junior medical staff will prepare delicious coffee for you, and ask how they will address you, (but they will never address you by name) this is their maximum. Accounting, registration of contracts is a sadness. It took me 2 times less time to get a loan . After the holidays, we are planning a trip to the consumer protection center and the administration. I left a request on the website for an initial examination with a fundus lens (the website indicates the primary appointment of an ophthalmologist, pneumotonometry, fundus examination). The girl called back 5-10 minutes after the application, clarified the data and the reason for the request, I replied that I could not see well, there was a diagnosis, vision even when wearing glasses was not very good. They recorded the next day at 18:30, told the price and to have glasses with them, to be without makeup. On the day of the reception I come at 18:20. At the entrance - shoe covers, a wardrobe and polite staff, clarified the state of health, said to expect. After that, they were invited to the checkout for payment. After 10 minutes, they were invited to start the examination on the devices (2 pcs.), they dropped their eyes, told to wait further in the corridor. 1.5 hours after the approach with questions to the reception, the doctor came out and invited me to examine the fundus with a fundus lens. The procedure itself is not very pleasant, but it is tolerable, the eyes are very watery. After the examination, they said only about the retina, there were no more examinations by an ophthalmologist, questions about the vision check remained - it is not included in this technique, after correction, do further examinations.
As a result, a lot of time and money was spent, which was very frustrating, because when the girl called, she could immediately warn that the inspection did not concern my vision by offering another service. And of course the waiting time, knowing in advance that "wait up to 2 hours" - the words of the employee at the reception, I thought about recording.

На сайте выставленные противопоказания неполные. После проведения диагностики, при проведении консультации оказывается,что есть ещё и другие противопоказания, которые нигде не были указаны.
Диванов в холле возле ресепшена не хватает. Людям приходится сидеть плечом к плечу с незнакомым человеком.
На ресепшене вежливый персонал. В диагностическом отделении врачи отличные.
