I applied several times about buying various little things for my Volkswagen. The prices were pleasantly surprised by the original spare parts. For example, windshield nozzle sprayers, price tags are penny compared to the vaunted robin, where they were priced 3 times more expensive and this is used!!! I recommend it!!!
We drove the car to THAT by 9.30 am. They said they would do it for 4 hours. After 5 hours, no one called. They began to call themselves at the specified phones to find out how things were going. The master could not be reached. We found out second-hand that the car would be ready in 40 minutes. We arrived an hour later. We were told that we had to wait another 1.5-2 hours (we need to change the ball). We sat for 2 hours, asked how much longer to wait, said that another 1.5-2 hours. After another 2 hours, they said they had to wait a little longer. I'm just shocked, how can you not appreciate someone else's time so much! After all, you could have called and told them to arrive at closing time. As a result, we sat stupidly for 5 hours, waiting for the "weather by the sea". And the managers are, yes, polite. It's just that it's not very comforting.
