However, I did not find this code in any documents provided to me by the Seller at the time of the sale of the car. With this question, I turned to the specialists of the Seller's service department. To my question, the specialists of the Seller's service department informed me that in order to fix this problem, I need to sign up for a diagnosis, according to the results of which I will be informed of this four-digit code. Also, these specialists (you can specify who exactly) indicated to me that this service will cost me 42 Belarusian rubles. ( after they started saying that it was only 16 or 20? Where do the numbers come from? Out of your head? ) . In particular, they explained to me that the code is necessary to comply with security measures (apparently, when I pay for it, the danger will pass me by). Why was the code not provided to me at the time of purchase of the car? (the car is mine, the audio system is mine, the code is mine too!!!) ? Why does the Seller allow himself to violate the Law on Consumer Protection in several articles? Why is an encoded product sold, and then the code is sold separately from it as a service? Rating 1. I will give maximum publicity!
