A European-level airport. Pros: the location is in the city, you can get by bus directly to the departure terminal, there is a lot of space inside, allows you to accommodate a large number of people, a lot of light, convenient information support on the scoreboard and LED panels in different places of the airport, surprisingly fast screening of departures, a large number of catering outlets for different tastes, as well as vending machines with drinks, rather nimble WI-FI, the presence of sockets for charging gadgets, a very convenient boarding gate, polite staff and representatives of various services, the presence of a hotel. Disadvantages.. they are few in my opinion. Firstly, there are very few places to wait, and the seats are made of metal, although it seems comfortable to sit, but it won't work for a long time, the smoking rooms are right in the hall, as if closed with glass doors and the hood is working, but the smell of cigarettes is present, free trade shops will not please with their prices, long queues for baggage clearance, and sometimes the receipt is worth waiting for. That seems to be all, of course there are flight delays, force majeure, and so planes land and take off with an interval of about 5 minutes. Overall, I liked the airport. Not too modern, but quite clean and cozy airport. There is a grand piano where passengers can please each other with the performance of musical works. Border control is different from the Russian one. First, go through security and get into a sterile departure area with duty free shops. If your flight is outside the European Union, go through border control, which is quite loyal if you have a Schengen visa and you have met the deadlines.

A good airport, there is wifi. After passing through the security and throwing out water and other liquids, there is a place with drinking water (free of charge near one of the toilets), so we take an empty bottle with us and fill it. There are also places for charging (220V and USB). There are perfume shops, alcohol, souvenirs (everything is expensive). Food and drink are expensive as always at the airport, I used McDonalds.

Wonderful! The staff is very attentive and polite, everyone is nearby and always ready to help. A nice detail. They give out transparent bags and ask you to put all the vials of liquids there. The liquid is passed only in this form, but they warn you in advance and give you a transparent bag itself. I love this kind of thing.

A disaster, not an airport!
05.01.22 flight Moscow-Warsaw-Paris : we arrived in Warsaw, there was only one hour left before our flight (because the plane from Moscow was late), in such cases in civilized countries people with signs are already at the ramp and put transit passengers in a separate bus and take them to a separate passport control window. Here, they do not know about this, even more, on the contrary, they are trying to complicate the lives of passengers!!
Only a few windows were working at passport control when 10 planes arrived at the same time! It was impossible to find anyone who could help! The only employee who passed by told us, "everyone is standing, and you are standing"🤦🏼♀️
Then there was a check of hand luggage, ONE FUCKING TRACK, where just a disgusting boorish woman again did nothing but complicate our lives!!
In general, now we are sitting on a plane and waiting for 25 people, who of course are stuck in this damn queue, because the damn airport cannot properly organize its work!!!
