We put the "five" - by Thai standards.
Positive:
1. Everything is relatively very clean.
2. The Wi-Fi works well. Anywhere in the hotel. We didn't have a breakdown.
3. The reception solves any questions on the call at the moment (towel change, room cleaning, iron and ironing board, bathroom accessories - everything is as fast as possible, we have never seen such speed anywhere).
4. Breakfast is 100% normal. Eggs, coffee, pastries, fruits, even second courses.
5. The air conditioners work very well, we had a two-room suite, each room has a perfectly functioning air conditioner.
6. There are bathrobes, slippers, hangers in the room - everything is in abundance.
7. They put 2 bottles of water every day, even if you haven't drunk it.
8. It's a pretty quiet street, and it's great to sleep.
9. 2 pools, you can only stay in the rooftop pool until lunch - there is no way to hide from the sun after lunch. The lower pool is just great. Super-comfortable and beautiful sun beds, music playing, shower, toilet. Very comfortable. Everything is new.
10. Nearby there are decent restaurants, ryumochnaya, 7eleven.
Minuses:
1. Ergonomics is not well thought out. The sofa in the living room partially blocks the entrance to the balcony. There is nowhere to put shoes or hang things at the entrance. That's probably all.

Great hotel, clean and tidy, smart staff, everything is fresh. We visited in February 2025. Convenient location, near the market, cafes, 7/11, exchangers (near a bad exchanger with a low exchange rate and charge only new dollars) near the market, the exchange rate is better and they charge dollars from 2006, there is an option to change money via telegram (it saves straight)). Quiet, great with the baby. The sea is 15 minutes away at a slow pace. Kata is a clean, warm sea, a great beach. Karon is a blooming green swamp (the first time I saw the sea blooming there) and it takes longer to walk. Definitely we will go again.

Excellent hotel, we had a rest in December 2024. Nice room with kitchen facilities. The food was quite decent and varied, and various fruits were provided. Anna, a Russian girl, comes to the reception once a week, so all questions that arise can be resolved with her, although Thai girls are very pleasant, smiling and speak English. You can also communicate with them. The hotel itself is very conveniently located near many shops, pharmacies and a market where you can buy not only food and fruits, but also basic necessities. It is also not far to go to Kata beach in 10 minutes and to Karon beach in 20 minutes. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the beach, but it starts running late from 11:00 and it is not convenient. Overall, it's a great hotel. If we go again, we will definitely return to this hotel, so I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax. The hotel meets its 4 stars in terms of price and quality. We stayed at this hotel at the end of October. A fairly good hotel, good breakfasts, clean pools, spacious and comfortable rooms. Kata Beach is a calm 10-15 minute walk away. Near the hotel exchangers, 7/11 is a 5-minute walk away, next to a delicious sushi restaurant.
The only disadvantages that I found are a little damp smell in the rooms, leaking shower water on the floor and very hard mattresses, during the vacation my back was very tired of them.
5 will be unreasonably much for this hotel, and I will put a solid 4.

We are resting at the hotel at the moment.
One of the advantages is the convenient location. There are three beaches within walking distance: Karon, Kata Noi and Kata. You can get to Kata and Karon by Shuttle from the hotel, but its schedule is not very convenient. Right in front of the night market, which is open from 16.00. If desired, you can even climb the Big Buddha along the forest path, but this is for the most desperate tourists. We liked the hotel!
We had a rest together with my mother.
We are not super pretentious tourists, but I think that here is a very decent level!
We were checked in earlier than 14:00, it was nice. Our things were taken to the room (also back to the reception at check-out). The deposit is $ 100 (refunded at check-out).
They gave us a ticket for a bike drink, we took an alcoholic drink with guava, delicious)
The staff are polite and smiling. And we tried to be responsive.

The swimming pool on the territory is not large, but beautiful, a bar, stylish sun beds.
There is also a very cool pool on the roof, but the view is blocked by the neighboring hotel. The sea is visible just a little bit in the corner.
There is a free shuttle bus to Karon and Kata, 4 times a day by appointment. Beach towels are given out and changed upon request at the reception or on a call and brought to the room.

We had a vacation with two families with children (2 and 8 years old). In general, everything is OK for an urban-format hotel, where the main advantage is that you go out and you are in the center of the market, cafes, etc. We walked to katu and took a taxi for 300 baht to katu. In the evenings, great live music by the pool (cinema, love). The rooms were cleaned regularly. Friendly staff. We were satisfied.

The room has a mountain view.

We live on the second floor of the hotel.
We took the option without power, so I can't evaluate the power supply. But I can say that the breakfasts look delicious (we pass by the restaurant every morning).
The water in the shower room is barely flowing from the tap, there is no pressure. When you turn on the hot water, a little warm water pours from the tap, which takes about 1-2 minutes to wait. It's like there's no hot water here.
The air conditioner does not turn on automatically when entering the room, you need to wait a couple of minutes for it to reboot, it takes time. Then you just have to turn it on via the remote control. The remote control, by the way, is nailed to the wall (not next to the bed), and if it gets cold in the bed at night, then you need to get up and go to the remote control to adjust the temperature. It's very uncomfortable for me.
There is no mirror in the floor.)) I have to look at myself in the bathroom mirror, which has very poor lighting.
If you don't use the shower for a long time, then the drain smells terrible of sewage.
Shampoo, shower gel, and hair conditioner - honestly, not much)
The one-by-two hotel gym is very small, about 15m2, and there are always people in the gym at lunchtime. About 4-5 people each time. There are only two lanes in the hall, one of them is always occupied. If you walk in pairs, then someone has to wait for the release of the second track and work out on other cardio equipment, for example.
The cleaning here is perfect! )) The staff is as friendly as possible.
Overall, it's not a bad hotel. There are worse hotels for this money) but it pulls a C! Especially because of the inconveniences in the room that I described above.

It's hard to say in general about the impression, first of all I liked everything: the room was not bad, I was confused only by the smell of dampness (they thought it would wear off, but not), the view is gorgeous, the breakfasts are good (there are plenty to choose from), the pool is clean (there are two of them: on the roof and downstairs), the location is convenient
Now for the cons. It so happened that ants got into our room, climbed from somewhere above (photo 5). We immediately said this, and we were offered
to waste them, but also to continue living in this room, which is very strange. I can't imagine how you can sleep, provided that it is impossible to open the balcony for ventilation, because insects can still crawl in (there are signs about this next to the balcony door). As a result, we insisted on relocation. And the horror began. First we went to one room, it smelled even worse damp, there was mold on the ceiling (photo 4), the furniture was dirty (it was essentially clean, but the furniture material was incomprehensible and did not wash, so we were told at the reception), it was impossible to stay. But the funniest thing was that the view changed from the pool view to the shared balcony, if desired, you can crawl back there, and the wall (photo 3). We were given a look at the third room, the view was better, but the mold and smell were the same. We decided to stay on it, since this whole situation took place at 12 at night. Then we started talking and we said that there were essentially two ways out, either an upgrade for the inconvenience provided, or a refund. The first was only allowed with an additional payment, the refund had to be agreed with the island where we made the reservation. We chose the second and laughed at the conditions of the hotel: when the issue was resolved, we were given an hour to answer, and if we do not give it on time, we may be fined :) Upon arrival from a walk before our departure, we saw that fruit had been brought. At first they were delighted, and then they saw mold on them ... and they looked rotten (photo 6)

Great hotel, fresh. The breakfasts are delicious and very diverse for Thailand. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, one of them is on the roof, there are literally 10 sun beds, but in general you can always find free ones. The outdoor pool is always in the shade , in case it gets burned . It's a 15-minute walk to the sea, it used to be 7-8, but the passage through the "stinky river" was closed.
One of the disadvantages is cleaning. Every day, but very mediocre. In the second building, it takes place after 16.00. Despite the tips, the cleaning managers did not try and kicked the slippers 😂

We cleaned almost every day, the hotel is very clean. Several pools. The fitness room is quite modest in equipment but allows you to keep fit. Of course he didn't overlook the pool, where everyone walks around with mugs of beer. The breakfasts are excellent, the food is for every taste, you definitely won't stay hungry. The location of the hotel is also quite good. And not quite in a noisy walking area, but not far away either. It's about the same way to Kata and Karon Beach. Last time I liked Karon, this time I was more interested in Kata beach, but it's better to go in from the Noi Skating Rink. In general, in two weeks we were not tired, we didn't even have enough. Near the hotel there is a Macro wholesale store, cash payment. Most of all, we liked the Jang Ceylon shopping complex in Patong, from the hotel on the "Bolt" 290 baht. We rested for 10 days from November 16, 2024. We do not share these enthusiastic reviews at all.
We just stopped by, tired from the plane and so on, we need to go to the shower / toilet, but you can't escort the staff out of your room because they are actively asking for tips. To be honest, I'm not up to it at all right after the road, and there's nothing to give until I changed it, etc.
Then there's this mediocre cleaning, when someone else's dirty cotton swabs and some other small garbage are lying around in your room. The water from the shower flows terribly all over the bathroom floor.
I've been eating scramble with ham and vegetables all day, since I'm not used to eating porridge with meat, soup, pork, etc. for breakfast. There is only one type of tea, ordinary black, which is very strong, and the juices are chemical. As a result, we even missed these breakfasts several times, it's easier to buy a sandwich and coffee on 7/11.
Constant problems in order to get into the room, then there is no electricity, then you just need to attach the card a hundred times.
The elevator works 1 for the entire hotel, and when you want to climb the stairs, you still need to be able to open the door to your floor, since there is no handle on that side.
Naturally, it stinks of dampness (no need to say that it is everywhere, we were in other hotels)
The staff does not speak English well.
The only plus is the location.

We are currently staying at this hotel. Everything seems to be fine, but a huge disadvantage is the lack of water pressure in the shower, there is practically none, we live on the 8th floor of 8. It's very bad especially when you come from the beach and have nothing to wash with. We contacted the reception, they seemed to say that the problem would be solved, but they did not solve it during the entire stay.. They brought fruit to the room with a note saying "sorry for the inconvenience", apparently so that they would not be outraged. Otherwise, there are no complaints, but it's just very depressing.
Upd: The pressure was fixed two days after the appeal, but apparently we weren't the only ones complaining.

When choosing a hotel, we focused exclusively on the positive reviews of tourists.
In my opinion, only the location corresponds to reality, otherwise everything is more than sad.:
1. Hotels are almost completely populated, and breakfasts often do not have enough space for boarding, the breakfasts themselves are meager and tasteless, there are not enough dishes, coffee is running out
2. Cleaning is sloppy and not every day, water is not replenished without a reminder
3. The worst thing was that they found bites on themselves, which they identified as bedbug bites. When we asked them to sort it out, they replied that they would carry out a general cleaning, but would it really help? Bedbugs are removed only by special means.

Great hotel! It consists of several buildings, was planned as a residential complex, but was converted into a hotel. The modern rooms have everything for a comfortable stay, even a kitchen with appliances and dishes. There are two swimming pools, an Infinity pool on the roof of the first building, another around the second and third buildings, the first floors of these buildings have access to the pool. The breakfasts are excellent: meat, fruits, seafood. During the 12 days of stay, the main dishes were never repeated. It is very conveniently located, 10-15 minutes on foot to Kata beach, there is a shuttle to the beaches, the traffic pattern and the time of departure to the reception. There are many exchangers nearby, a night market, a small market, several 7 eleven. I recommend this hotel to stay.

We had a vacation with my husband in January 2024. The hotel is new, the staff is nice, polite, helpful. There were a couple of questions, we decided right away. The rooms are nice, there are household appliances, including a stove. The breakfasts are average, but you won't stay hungry. There is a great pool on the 8th floor, we did not swim on the 1st floor, there is shade all the time. There is a bar nearby, performances take place there, they sing well. Of the cons:they have some problems with hot water, it takes a long time to wait for it. It's 15 minutes to the sea, it's not very convenient with small children. There is a good cafe space and sugar near the hotel, it seems to be called that, it is cozy and the staff is good. I love Thailand, it's always a sea of positive emotions and sunshine. 2 rooftop pools and one downstairs, always clean. Pool bar, live music in the evenings. Friendly staff. we stayed at the hotel for 8 nights.
the hotel has a great location, near the night market, open daily, 5 minutes to 7/11, 10-15 minutes to the beaches- we went to Karon, we love this beach.
The room is spacious, the only negative is that there was a slight smell of dampness and the bed seemed a little harsh.
Otherwise, everything is fine- the repair is fresh, there is a microwave and a stove, storage space. There are good cosmetics in the bathroom, it smells very good of cookies.
The breakfasts are varied, if you come before 9, it is very comfortable and there are not many people. There are a lot of hot dishes, different fried eggs and omelets are prepared. Every day there are different fruits, delicious pastries. There are herbal teas.
The pool below is cool, we often rested by the pool on the roof, very large and comfortable temperature, and most often there are few people there.
I liked the hotel, we recommend it for a rest.

Nice new hotel, everything is nice and fresh. The breakfasts are very rich, I didn't get tired of it in a week. The view from the room to the mountain is excellent. The sound insulation from the street is weak, of course. I liked the room's equipment, a lot of different lights, a kitchen with everything you need, everything is cool in the bathroom, but the bed let me down - a hard mattress. Also, during cleaning, something was often forgotten, then water or paper, cleaning with a broom is not very thorough, apparently they save Electricity without a vacuum cleaner. So in general, I recommend it for a budget holiday. The location is good, close to all infrastructure and the beach is less than 10 minutes walk away.

In short: I liked the hotel.
We liked the hotel, the staff is neutral, the rooms are fresh, cleaning every day (as luck would have it, sometimes better, sometimes worse, but still better than nothing). They put a foot towel on without any problems and topped up the shower gel when they forgot at our request at the reception. The transfer to the beach (both kata and karon) was used sometimes, it picks up and takes you on time, if there are a lot of people, it goes several times. By the way, they give out beach towels (they are brown, you can see them at the entrance). An absolute plus is the night market is very close, we went there every evening with pleasure. He doesn't work on Sunday. We didn't visit the pool from above so often, but the sun beds were almost always free) there were also free sun beds at the bottom of the pool. There are many cafes nearby, I can't tell you which are directly different, +- the same, simple. Exchangers are nearby in large numbers, on the way to the sea we looked at more profitable ones. What was the fun of making sockets and switches on only one side of the double bed - I still did not understand. Well, plus, if you suddenly want to get two one-and-a-half desks in a room with a large single bed, nothing will work. Keep this in mind when booking. According to the food, the breakfasts are good. Quite diverse. Close to European ones. The hotel has two swimming pools. Both are very small. Therefore, if you did not have time to take a chaise longue, then that's it. But overall, I really liked the hotel. The price-quality ratio is quite good!

I was on vacation this summer. The location is excellent, there is a shuttle service to the beach, although I walked, there is a market nearby where you can eat delicious seafood, and I bought fruits there. The reception is friendly, always helped (the earring fell into the sink, the plumber disassembled and took it out). We had a superior room with a kitchen area, which is very convenient. In the kitchen area there is a sink, a stove with two burners, a set of dishes for two people, a kettle. Tea and coffee were renewed every day, and 2 bottles of water per person were given. We cleaned every day (we only missed it once)), with high quality.
In the bathroom there is shampoo, conditioner, soap. Toilet paper was also always updated. The hair dryer is working, convenient. The only drawback is that water flowed out of the shower onto the bathroom floor, but we solved this by putting a towel on the floor.
The breakfasts are great! A lot of fruits and vegetables (dragon, pineapple, watermelon, melon, tomatoes, greens), eggs in any form (cooked by the cook to order at the station), sausage-ham, always national dishes (noodles or rice with different fillings, soups and broths), pastries, coffee beans of various types.
There is a small swimming pool on the roof of the hotel (we never swam in it)), theme nights are often held (for a fee).

The apartments are located a 07-10 minute walk from Kata Beach and Karon Beach. There are many cafes/restaurants/ Starbucks/ massage parlors/ pharmacies nearby and a market with food, fruits and souvenirs across the street. On the territory of the apartment there is one rooftop pool with a nice view and one on the 01 floor - with the possibility of ordering food and drinks at reasonable prices.
The room had excellent air conditioning, a safe and a refrigerator. They charge a deposit of $ 100 upon arrival.
We put 03 points out of 05, because:
- beach towels are replaced only from 16.00 to 18.00 or with good English, I begged at any time and after 02 minutes of persuasion we were replaced;
- breakfasts are the same all 10 days - croissants are not always fresh and bland; bacon is delicious without; chocolate paste is not tasty.
I recommend watermelon, yogurt with cereals and coffee.
- in the room, cleaning included - putting shoes, making the bed, leaving towels on the bed. Floors are not washed; bathroom mirrors and faucets are the same, wet cleaning is not dusted. Tea bags and toilet paper are not always put in; the slippers are made of a waffle towel and they have not been replaced in 10 days;
- we left sweets in the room and in the evening found a swarm of ants on the table and wall;
- the pool is round the clock - one night three children were swimming - screeching and squeaking could be heard all over the island;
- there is no Russian-language channel on TV;
- the gym is mediocre;
- a full-length mirror is only in the elevator - there is no one in the room.
On 02-03, you can stay in these apartments, but no more.

You can definitely recommend this hotel! An important condition for us personally was the availability of a kitchen. And it is in the rooms of a certain category, the only thing is that the refrigerator is very small, usually these are used for mini-bars. There are no complaints about cleaning and changing clothes. The rooms are small but cozy. The accommodation on the ground floor, when the Windows overlook the roadway, did not seem very convenient to me and, at our request, the room was changed without any problems. This hotel also has rooms on the ground floor from which you can go directly to the communal pool, I can't say that this is convenient, since you will have to live behind closed curtains all the time! The rooftop pool is, of course, an interesting idea, but there is almost no place for sun beds and I had to leave towels with flip-flops just on the floor. You didn't think to make at least some shelves! The breakfasts are standard, without any special frills. It's not far to the beach. Nearby is a small but very colorful market. Well, there are so many massage parlors that it was difficult to count))! The price and quality of accommodation are quite consistent. So if you are tired of choosing a hotel, do not worry, choose this one and you will definitely not be disappointed!

We stayed in December 2024, 11 nights, 3 people (2 adults and a one-year-old child), superior twin room with breakfast.
In general, the price /quality ratio is not the best option.
Positive:
- good location (kata - 10 minutes, karon - 15 minutes, night market and Kata walking street - 2 minutes.)
- large room
- there is a kitchen (microwave, stove, sink, set of dishes)
- large beds with hard mattresses
- the child is also provided with a large cot
- there is an underground parking
Minuses:
- breakfast items. A very strange set of dishes (rice, potatoes, pork stew, chicken). The coffee is mediocre.
- cleaning service. It is at a random time of 8-12-15 hours and if you like to spend the peak of the heat in the room, then this may coincide with cleaning. We had to catch the staff in the neighboring rooms once in a while and ask them to clean up with us.
- numbers. If you don't squint, then everything is fine, if you look closely, they are already pretty well-groomed.
- there is little light in the bathroom. He literally shaved by shining his phone.
- water from the shower flows out all the time, flooding the entire floor.
- the price. This is perhaps the main disadvantage. Our day cost about 18k rubles. We found out about the late check-out - that's another 6k baht.
At the time of selection according to the criteria "4ka, good rating, kata/karon", this hotel was in the middle of the list in terms of price, i.e. there is a lot to choose from in this segment. He would have the price 30-50% lower and all the disadvantages could be ignored as "the hotel is the first price in the category."

I haven't had a real rest in a week. The most important thing was very hard mattresses, my whole body ached after sleeping. The hotel is new, but dirty. If any of the guests leave dirty dishes or garbage in the hallway, they will stay there for at least a couple of days. The room is also dirty. Every day at 5 a.m. or even earlier, the cleaners would start yelling loudly across the hallway, talking to each other and laughing. The walls are thin, as if they don't exist at all. The reception staff is not friendly, you still need to look for such insincere smiles in Thailand. Breakfast is monotonous, very little fruit.
One of the advantages is the location, near both kata and karon, many restaurants, night market, massage parlors, 7/11.

Nice hotel! Adequate staff.
I booked only through the support service, but the people at the reception helped me as much as they could.
Of the advantages:
1) a good breakfast. Don't stay hungry.
2) excellent location. I had a bike, I didn't walk to the beach.
3) the hotel is quiet (at least it was with us)
4) there are several pools, including on the roof.
5) modern design. And large rooms with their own kitchen (we didn't use it)
6) high-speed elevators.
7) within easy reach: a market, a grocery store, a night market, a bunch of cafes.
Minuses:
1) very stale air in the room. Most likely there are problems with the hood.
2) it can be seen that the hotel was made not so long ago, and it is far from being made of the best materials, it is clear that some of the furniture is already crumbling, plumbing is leaking somewhere, somewhere it does not work very well.
3) weak pressure in the shower
In general, I liked the hotel, not wow of course. But it is more than suitable for sleeping.

We vacationed here with my wife from November 28 to December 10, 2024. Before booking a place, we looked at a lot of hotels in Phuket in priority near the beach. As a result, we chose Wekata Luxury. We took a Deluxe room with mountain views, 4th floor. In short, I really liked the hotel! An indescribable view of the mountains from the balcony and the window of the room, you can meet the sunrise and sunset. We had a large double bed in the bedroom. There is a sofa in the living room, a kitchen set. A spacious bathroom with everything you need. Good sound insulation. At night and during the day, we didn't hear the neighbors at all. It is very quiet and peaceful at night. The room was cleaned every day, but if we didn't need cleaning, we pressed the appropriate "do not disturb" button. But unfortunately, the cleaning was not always perfect. Some days there were stains on the kitchen set. The bed was changed and made up every time during cleaning, towels were changed, drinking water was changed. There are many cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops, markets near the hotel. The beach is about 15 minutes on foot, but there is a free shuttle service from the hotel at certain hours, less than 5 minutes drive (Kata). The staff speaks only local and English languages. Breakfast was included in our reservation. The breakfasts here are very rich and varied, I would say that they are even full-fledged lunches. Buffet breakfasts. There is no limit, take as much as you want. There are first, second, salads, fruits, pastries, drinks. The hotel is new, it looks fresh. There are two swimming pools, on the ground and 8th floors. We went only to 8. The depth is 1.2 m. There is a gym, very small though and the equipment there is old. Excellent Wi-Fi, but the downside is that it crashes consistently once every day and you need to reconnect. It is very convenient that on the day of departure you can deposit your suitcases for free, if, say, you have a plane late in the evening, and check out of the room before 12. Conveniently, there are supermarkets nearby on 7/11. The hotel is generally very clean. In the evenings, there is live music on site from 19 to 21. There are several additional services in the room for a fee. We used the laundry service. The cost is 145 baht per 1 kilogram of items. We had 3 kilograms and I paid 465 baht. The readiness of things is a maximum of a day. But unfortunately, things were poorly washed, there were still stains on the white fabrics. Therefore, I would say that the laundry is expensive and not of high quality. There is a place near the hotel where you can come yourself and put things in the washing machine cheaper. Self-service. We also used the service of ordering ready-made food in the room from the hotel restaurant, ordered Hawaiian pizza, honestly not very tasty, apparently they don't know how to cook pizza here. By the way, breakfasts are not spicy, but if you need, you can add spices to make your breakfast sharper. It is extremely inconvenient that you have to walk to the beach for 15/20 minutes, since you have to bypass the closed territory. The nearest beach is Kata Beach. There are two air conditioners in the room, they work very well!! Even in the hottest weather, you will have a pleasant chill in your room. There is a mini fridge, dishes, a hairdryer in the bathroom, a dryer for things on the balcony, a work table, sockets suitable for European and American plugs. The water in the shower is hot and cold, although the pressure is weak, there are interruptions with the water temperature. Pool towels are provided free of charge. There are rubber slates in the room. There is a safe with an electronic combination lock. It is very convenient for storing valuables. To sum up, we really liked everything, we would come back here again.
