So, for example, some of the parts were put into the cabin without packaging (this can be seen from the photo from the port), they wrote to the port through logisticians, everything was packed and packed properly.

All this time, since June, I have been in the chat of sufferers who got into a situation where their car was stuck in a parking lot in Klaipeda and could not leave (being not a checkpoint according to Lithuanian concepts), all this time our car was sailing from 1.5, no one talked to me much anymore. Of course, it was no longer relevant to me. It seems that 19 rubles is not a lot of money, but the sediment remains. And whether this is a deception or incomplete information about the service provided will be decided by the relevant authorities.

1)The calculator on the website does not include delivery from Klaipeda to Minsk, the cost of delivery will be announced upon arrival of the car at the port from 1000€;
2) Fees for transferring money for a car or delivery can reach 10% of the amount;
3) Shipping is paid to their related company in Europe, the shipping cost is not transparent! As much as they say, that's how much it will cost. If you delve into the cost of delivery yourself, it becomes clear what westmotors earns. At this point, they earn at least $ 1000-1500 for you, but you won't know about it;)
4) There is no individual approach, no one will sit and trade your car to save your money. Basically, you will lose all the trades, because the amount that you name will be bet and that's it, then you will find out that the car goes to another with a bet of $ 100 more!
5) If you want to speed up the purchase process, you will have to sit and look at acceptable options yourself
6) After winning the car, a screenshot with the winning bet was sent, and the bid car website shows an amount of $ 400 less... let's believe that this is a site error, and not the greed of westmotors;
7) Do not even ask the managers about the approximate cost of restoration work and spare parts! You won't get any information, you have to understand for yourself! And then anything can come out during the repair process.
The guys who organized this company are certainly well done, everything is put on stream! They solved the problems with registration on copart and iaai, they solved the money transfer and logistics- that's what they earn!
In the end, you will get a car, but by overpaying) the official amount of their services is just a formality!

Мы с мужем обратились в данную компанию по рекомендации знакомых, чтобы подобрать BMW (что удивительно, подобрали и взяли именно ту модель, которую хотели вначале). Назначили срок в 2 месяца, думали, что, как часто бывает, опоздают или что-то случится на складе временного хранения, но всё обошлось, и сели мы в машину по прошествии этих месяцев.
Нас достаточно хорошо проконсультировали по выбранной модели-BMW 530e(также поскидывали ссылки на другие варианты, подобные этой модели).
Само оформление было выполнено профессионалами(те же самые таможенные органы, которые могли помешать быстрому получению машины), договор подписали быстро. Оставалось ожидать приезда авто.
Машина была доставлена безо всяких повреждений и дефектов, хоть и сама доставка была не самая дешёвая, но это не совсем важно.
В целом, мы услугами компании остались довольны

Впечатление от работы: Вестмоторс работает как в 90-х. Никаких прав у Вас нет (а с их стороны - обязанностей).
Самостоятельно выбрал и приобрёл в США Toyota Highlander.
От компании требовалось только обеспечить безопасную доставку.
Все будет красиво пока Вы не отдали деньги.
1. Формирование тарифов непрозрачное.
Цена была озвучена только когда машина уже загружена в контейнер. И то, это была цена только "за половину пути" - до Клайпеды. А когда придёт в Клайпеду, вы узнаете вторую часть цены: из Клайпеды до Минска.
В итоге перевозка обошлась почти в 4 тыс. долл.
2. Компания не несёт никакой ответственности за сохранность машины.
При погрузке машина была с идеально чистым салоном. Это подтверждается фотографиями, которые делал представитель компании ещё в США.
Когда приехала в Минск, салон был убит в ноль - грязь, пыль, разводы по всему салону, кнопкам, в перфорации сидений.
Вестмоторс разводят руками и отвечают "ну так бывает". Предложили оплатить химчистку, которая, естественно, проблему не устранила.
3. Во время перевозки из машины был украден фирменный коврик. Компания просто никак не реагирует на это.
4. При погрузке и разгрузке машину погнули снизу. Теперь что-то рычит в выхлопной системе.
Менеджер (Константин), который вёл сделку, был очень приветлив и корректен лишь до момента оплаты. Теперь делает вид что не читает сообщения.
Работая с ними - заплатите кучу денег без каких либо гарантий.
Если же будут проблемы - можете остаться с ними один на один, как я.
