I drove the car through WestMotors. They work very pleasantly from the start, everything can be done remotely (signing a contract, choosing a car, etc.), which is a huge plus.
But as everywhere else, after the payment, the interest in you disappears. But I'm still in touch.
But after the arrival of the car at the SVH, there is a very simple answer - the documents are in the 25th window. And that's all the work. Alas, no further assistance is provided, the manager does not pick up the phone, does not respond to the message.
Where to pick up the car keys - you look for yourself, there are not enough documents in the 25 window - also by yourself. I tinkered, but I managed. Of course, you can tweak the customer service after the car arrives at the SVH, but maybe I'm wrong.
Although, my colleague brought cars through them, there were complete instructions and guidance even on the SVH (where to go, which docks are needed). It probably depends on the manager who runs the project.

Of the relative disadvantages: I learned about the need to evaluate the motorcycle only after its arrival at the SVH, which is additional costs and time; it was not possible to track the delivery through the company's website: the track hung in Houston all the way, the photo in Klaipeda did not appear.

I ordered a car from China. Manager Alexey was busy. I would divide the whole process into two parts:
1. Everything is perfect until the moment of payment.5*. We agreed on the price and delivery time. The bank had certain complaints about the documents, and the manager promptly corrected everything.
2. Waiting for delivery. There are 3* here. The manager was not always in touch and could not clearly answer why the paid car was actually just standing for 2 weeks.
3. Getting a car. The manager was in touch, gave good advice, the car arrived in one piece, I got to the gas station by some miracle (the tank was empty).
Generally. I recommend ordering a car from China from this company. The only caveat is that the delivery is not the fastest. It was delivered to me in 37 days. There are companies that transport in 21-30 days. Thank you, Alexey, thank you very much for your help.

My husband persuaded me to buy a car from America. It was scary to get involved with private traders, and then WestMotors appeared on our horizon. In Brest, agent Andrey Lyalko, a polite, friendly young man, guided us through signing the documents. After signing the documents, Andrey did not get rid of handing us over to the next agent, but was in the access zone for the entire period of purchase and delivery of the car. Andrey Litvin handled the purchase and delivery from Minsk - he sent us car options, discussed the reality of what this option would play. What is very important, the guys were always in touch, even if sometimes they did not pick up the phone, they always called back or unsubscribed on Viber. The car was selected and paid for back in January, and delivered to Minsk only at the end of April. So the guys have been in touch all this time. After the car was delivered to Minsk, agent Elena took care of us. Elena called us, explained which payments we should pay, sent us step-by-step instructions on how to pay via ERIP and a list of documents that we had to bring with us. My husband and I were very nervous - this was our first car purchase in this way, and we asked Elena to find out if the car came with the keys, because we heard that very often the keys don't reach. Elena did not refuse us and went to the neighboring building to find out about the keys. After talking with Elena, we found out that there is a document assistance service and its cost is 70 rubles. We didn't even think twice and agreed right away. Elena set a time for us, and arriving at 8:30 a.m., she led us by the handle with all the prepared documents to the right window, submitted our documents there, and even drew a plan of where our car was parked. At about 1 p.m., Elena sent a text message that we could pick up the documents and the car. We were lucky and the car came with keys (as many as 2 pcs). The car started on its native battery, the oil was normal and the sensor showed that it needed to be changed after 4000 km. The car went to Brest under its own power. Upon arrival in Brest, a diagnosis was made - only the rear lever needs to be changed, and of course the bodywork that we saw in the photo. Also, now we have an understanding of what to look for when buying a car at auction. We definitely recommend this team and will advise our friends. The only thing I would like is hints that you can bring the necessary spare part from the USA along with the car. If we had been prompted in advance, we would have done so immediately, which would have greatly simplified and reduced the cost of repairs. If you don't want to lose tens of thousands of dollars, stay away from this "company"!
We ordered the car from an auction through West Motors, where its condition was indicated as "minor dents and scratches." That is, there were no serious injuries!
As a result of the delivery, we received a wrecked car with a destroyed bottom. The car was simply flattened by a forklift truck during loading – this is a fact that cannot be denied.
Total damage in the car, which has "minor dents and scratches" at the auction:
!!!Automatic transmission is damaged
!!!Steering rack is damaged
!!!The stretcher is deformed
!!!The levers are bent
!!!The exhaust is crushed
!!!The brackets and bumper are broken
!!!Bottom protection – torn to shreds
The appraiser estimated the damage at several thousand dollars‼️
West Motors, instead of solving the problem, just ignores us! Although we ordered a full escort, they claim that they are not responsible for the delivery. That is, we got the money – and goodbye!
We have to go to court and spend even more money!!!!!

All the issues were resolved for a long time, it took about a day or more to wait for an answer from the manager. If you don't know how to choose a car yourself, this company won't help you. They will offer the first available cars. The car arrived without wine (this happens), but there is no help from the manager, look for everything yourself and send it. It was a terrible experience. On the plus side: the car still got there, but, of course, it didn't fit into the budget.

I used the WM service. I was satisfied with the quality. On December 24, the conclusion of the contract and the start of the selection process, on January 25, the bet played, on April 25, I picked up the car from customs (2 liters went through Georgia). The WM team (picker, logistician, declarant) is always in touch. I received timely answers to all my questions, clear instructions on payment, conclusion of transportation contracts, customs declaration, insurance, and car restoration. It should be noted that Andrey was a customer-oriented and competent auto-picker, who was in touch 24/7, even on weekends and holidays. Thanks to him for his patience, for answering even my ridiculous questions and queries. Of course, buying a cue ball from America is always associated with the risk of getting a car with hidden defects that you won't see in the auction photo, plus they may be added during transportation, as well as nuances with intermediaries in the acquisition chain. However, WM, legally providing only consulting services, took all measures to minimize these risks. Of course, minimizing risks and cooperating with trusted carriers and intermediaries costs money, but after all, as a rule, a "croilovo" always leads to a "popalov". I definitely recommend WM!!! I picked up my car, which I bought for the first time from America. I chose a company with experience and names for this, so I did everything through WestMotors. The experience turned out to be "difficult", because the car was bought in May and arrived in Klaipeda in June. At that moment, electric cars were no longer allowed to cross the border with Lithuania, a huge number of cars became "impassable". After a while, alternative options for the delivery of the car were proposed, and the route through Georgia was chosen. There were large additional costs, but the car arrived in Minsk at the SVH, the issue was resolved. I want to say thank you to logistician Katerina, because during the Lithuania-Minsk period she was in touch, always answered my questions, requests and smoothed out worries by showing patience (photo and video reports from different stages of loading/unloading and transportation were provided). Also thanks to declarant Elena on Babushkina 39: a pleasant person to talk to, everything is prompt, clear and understandable)

A pallet was punched in the automatic transmission and she couldn't drive after the accident. I decided to order a car from the USA, word for word, and decided to sign a contract with WestMotors…
I had Konstantin as my personal manager, who tells everything very easily and is constantly in touch!)
For a week and a half, we worked on 7-8 car options and almost immediately took away a decent option, even we were able to play back the counterbid with Konstantin completely, the counterbid was 17% higher than our rate, well, together we decided not to give the pindos a cent more than bet and yes, they broke down in front of us and sold the car)
Well, then everything went well with VM and I just waited for delivery, everything went quickly and even cheaper than promised. Everything is beautiful at customs, too, I was just required to bring my ass to the SVH and give the documents to the VM specialist, who then did everything herself, and I just re-arrived 5 hours later, signed the documents and left the SVH in a new car.
In general, respect VM.
PS find out about cars that are going to Europe and going to the US market, just everything that is possible from the manager, since there are a lot of 2014-2018 cars where the engines are still in the noughties, well, or you will take a rest for a year in Europe, and in the USA it could only reach after 2 years, but the manager he will kindly search for all the information for you)
