This time, sleepy kingdom was looking for a smartwatch, but everyone was busy, poked at the display case, some were turned off. There was no model I was interested in. I looked for someone to ask, but the guys were only sitting at the checkout. I wandered around a bit and left. Minus a star for the assortment, and minus for the sleepy kingdom.
I bought components in the ”White Wind" on 11.09.2024. After assembly, the motherboard turned out to be defective: two RAM slots did not work correctly — the system either did not start or crashed with a blue screen. The RAM dies were tested on another system, and everything worked stably.
After that, it was decided to hand over the motherboard to the White Wind service. The service examined the fee and accepted it with a service agreement. When accepting the motherboard into the service, the question was asked: will it be possible to exchange the product or refund the money after the diagnosis? The employee answered in the affirmative.
Then I had to wait three weeks for a response from the service. As a result, they reported that the board was tested by an authorized service center and found to be fully functional. The request for a refund was refused due to broken packaging, although the motherboard was delivered in full and with the whole package. It is unclear what exactly has been violated. They also said that when handing over to the service, you should immediately indicate that you want to return the money, and not just hand over the goods under warranty, although this information is not indicated anywhere. However, the diagnosis will still be carried out, so the reason for the refusal to refund the funds remains unclear.
If you do not want to face fraud from the “White Wind”, do not buy anything from them. Even if you are a frequent customer, everything will be fine only until the first breakdown or marriage and a subsequent visit to their “excellent” service.
A complaint will be written to the “White Wind”, and the review will be updated as the situation develops.
I bought a laptop RAM here. The specialists are active and responsive. We quickly found what we needed, quickly issued and consulted. I liked that there were no endless queues yet

On 11/25/2021 I came to buy a product. There were 4 customers and 6 managers in the hall. While in the store, I went to their shop website.kz and showed the product I want to buy. I was offered to wait. OK, I sat down to wait. 20 minutes have passed and they tell me that there is no product in stock, but it can be ordered from another warehouse nearby. The new wait will take 10 minutes.
OK, I agree again and wait. Time passes, there is still no product, the manager sits quietly and does not pay attention to me. I call him and then it turns out that there is no product in another warehouse either! It became clear to the manager 30 minutes after the first request!!!
The manager did not even apologize to my claim that I waited 50 minutes and in the end I would not get anything. He just announced that they say there is a reservation everywhere and actually he did not know! All he could offer me was to order this product from another city! Guess what I told him? :)
Considering that they cannot control the amount of the remainder from warehouses nearby and the availability of goods in general, then an order from another city will probably take them a year, if there is any product at all!
I would understand the whole situation if there were a lot of people in the hall and the manager was torn and did not have time, but there were only 4 of us in the hall! And there are 6 managers! But the manager just didn't care and that's it!
Senior manager Sergey also reacted sluggishly to my call to the support service. I apologized, but I didn't offer to solve the problem somehow. To my remark that I never bought the product, lost time and will leave a negative review, he replied that they say this is my right. That's the kind of support service! What else did I notice! While I was waiting in the hall (50 minutes!), another manager was at the customer service desk dealing with another customer about the return of the product. In the trading floor, I noticed that all managers seem to be so busy and businesslike at their computers, but they can't properly consult and make a purchase.

The product that I wanted to buy in this store at the same price as in other stores, but I came here only because the store was on the way. + I had to personally test the selected product model, because I was hesitating between choosing another model of the same product.

Not the model I paid extra for , but the one that was originally ordered. Yesterday I sent an appeal to them by mail. No one has been in touch for more than a day. I'm writing and calling.
