I contacted the service center with a breakdown of the vacuum cleaner robot, moved away from the base for a couple of cm and immediately passed out. After diagnosis, it turned out that an accum replacement was needed, I agreed (but the price is robbery, of course, 80 rubles replacement plus the cost of the accum itself, if you watch the video how the accum changes, get along for what 80 rubles) but ok, agreed, changed the accum. At home, after turning on and replacing the battery, the vacuum cleaner began to talk involuntarily, with different frequency. I returned it under warranty, as I was given 4 months. Because before the replacement of the accum, he did not have such problems. The vacuum cleaner was taken away under warranty, and they said that it was the motherboard and its replacement costs 220 rubles, when asked why this happened after replacing the battery, if there was no problem before, they spread their hands (allegedly, as a powerful battery appeared, therefore a new problem popped up.
In general, I strongly recommend not contacting this service, look for another place where they will not tear three skins for repairs and will not break the device in order to take the device for repair again at a very high price.
I drowned two phones on kayaking (Redmi 9 and Poco x5 pro). We were in the water for 30 seconds. I spent the end of the day searching for the SC. I carefully chose the repair service, and settled on, as it seemed to me, the official one. Yeah, I think they definitely value their reputation. The next morning I went and handed over the phones for diagnosis. An important point is that the Poko turned on and passed out after a few minutes. They called back the next day and sentenced Redmick, they say, it is necessary to change the motherboard, the cost of replacement is close to the cost (what do they say about inexpensive repairs?) a new model. He refused. Poko was informed that some elements on the motherboard needed to be replaced. All right, do it. After 10 days, a call is received asking for a graphical key to check the modules, otherwise, I quote, "we cannot guarantee the quality of the work performed." Naturally, I refused. I'm going to take the phones in a couple of days. Redmick corpse (15p for diagnosis), okay. I turn on the screen hopefully, the screen slows down, the response to each action takes 5-10 seconds (!) and the Camera simply does not start. I report problems immediately, please fix them. They answer, and what did you want, water could get into the screen itself and damage it, but we couldn't check the camera due to the lack of full access to the phone. Aw, you're an official certified center, you couldn't identify and solve the problems, because the camera can be launched on a locked screen? When asked to inform about the work done, I received an indistinct "well, the drying has been done, some elements on the motherboard have been replaced." When asked to clarify what exactly was replaced on the motherboard, which module, they threw up their hands. I did not receive information about manipulations with the phone, but they hurried to make payment for the work done as soon as possible (what?!). As it turned out, the office does not even have craftsmen on site, your phones and gadgets are sent by courier to an unknown "Anatoly" or "Vasily" during repair. What kind of reputation are you trying to talk about, Xiaomiservice?
As a result, we have a motherboard in one surrendered phone (and replacing the elements did not help?) and declared a corpse. The second phone is actually in the same condition as when it was delivered, but 200 rubles were paid for unknown work. Phones for disposal. Well, with the "quality" of the services provided, everything is also clear for this SC.
Would you like to take your "child" to this office for repair a little more complicated than film stickers, given the above, it's up to you.
Update. A representative of the SC was contacted. He explained some points, such as the inability to check the camera after the first turn on without authentication (accepted) and about the moments when the cost of spare parts and services is formed. An offer has also been made to repair the screen and camera at cost. Of course, it is wonderful that there is feedback on the claim, it is unclear only why it was brought to a public discussion, and not to resolve the issue on the spot, offering at least the same thing. Further repairs for the proposed repair amount, taking into account the amount already paid, is simply impractical (70% of the cost of a new one).
This is not the first time I have contacted this service center. They will always help you quickly and efficiently. Last time I changed the screen in my smartphone, I brought it at lunch and took my work phone in the evening. Thanks!
I want to share my experience of contacting this service center.
06/10/24 I brought the phone and left it for diagnosis. There were two obvious problems: the first was a broken power button with a fingerprint scanner (systematically repeated for my model); the second (unexpected) - the phone as a whole turned off and did not respond to attempts to turn it on, connect it to a charger or computer. At the reception, I described my situation: the phone did not fall, did not sink, it had about 30 percent charge when it passed out. They listened to me carefully, recorded these points, told me the diagnostic conditions (if repairs are carried out with them, then diagnostics is free, if not, it is paid) and assured that the service values its reputation. They previously said that this was due to a deep discharge of the battery. They worked really quickly and literally on the same day they called me, confirmed the "diagnosis". They said that the battery and buttons needed to be replaced, and announced the cost of repairs. On June 13, I agreed to the repair, and on the 14th in the evening I took it from the service center.
Unfortunately, the story did not end there, because after working for about 5-6 hours, the phone went out again with a sufficient battery charge and did not react to anything exactly the same. To say that this caused confusion is to say nothing.
On June 15, I came to the service center again and told about this situation, the phone was accepted under warranty. On the same day, they called and said they could pick it up. The reason for the new shutdown is a deep discharge of the battery (on a new battery!). They said that I needed to calibrate (completely discharge and charge the phone several times). She explained once again that the phone was down by about 20-30 percent and there was no question of any calibration possibility at all. We agreed that I would take the phone to download my data, reset the settings and leave them for diagnosis, calibration, etc
. On June 16, I left the phone at the service center again and on June 21 I was informed that the phone was ready for delivery. No new reasons were given, the same recommendation is not to allow deep battery discharge.
The phone worked for two days, after which the situation repeated itself: it does not turn on, does not react to anything, the charge was sufficient for normal operation.
On June 24, I come to the service center with a guarantee, 2 certificates of completed work and a question why I come here 3 times with the same problem, I give the phone for repair, but the problem is not solved. Obviously, it's not about the deep discharge of the battery. I left my phone for diagnostics once again.
On June 25, I am informed that the problem is not in the battery, but the processor needs to be rolled over. The cost of a new repair is called, which exceeds the cost of replacing the battery by 3 times. They offered to carry out repairs by subtracting from the amount already paid for the replacement of the battery or to put my old battery and refund the cost of its replacement.
I decided to abandon the repair. As a result, it turned out that the old battery was installed, the money was returned, the phone still does not turn on.
The outcome of the situation? There was a rather unpleasant feeling that they seemed to be trying to dismiss the problem. That it took 3 trips there to really identify this problem, and then I'm not sure that the final cause of the breakdown is really named correctly. And, of course, this whole situation does not fit the statement that the service values its reputation at all.

05/10/2024 I brought a vacuum cleaner with a problem of water getting inside. By phone in advance and upon arrival, the diagnosis period was informed: one, maximum two days.
05/11/2024, after lunch, I called myself and then the deadlines shifted: at best, they will say something on Monday.
On Monday, they reported that it is now the weekend at the parts warehouses and no one will do anything, at best they will be able to say something on Wednesday.
Next, it is interesting: on Tuesday, I received a call from this service and was informed of the cost of repairs. Looking ahead, 7 other centers, including 3 certified and official ones, indicated the cost in the range from 169 to 230 rubles. The cost of the part that needed to be replaced (the turbine) is 89 rubles and it is freely available in several stores.
The cost, which was announced to me here, after 5 days is 389 rubles. At this stage, I was already wondering how they found out the cost of parts if there are days off in warehouses. And if there was any opportunity to find out the cost during the weekend, why did they keep the vacuum cleaner for 5 days?
I said that the price is not adequate and there is no need to make repairs, I will take the vacuum cleaner without repair. I was told that I would have to pay for the diagnosis - 30 rubles.
On Thursday, at 11:30, that is, a day later, I arrived for a vacuum cleaner and was informed that I had to wait 20 minutes, since the vacuum cleaner had not been assembled.
In total, my vacuum cleaner was kept for 7 days, they offered repairs at a simply unreasonable price, and in 2 days they did not have time to put it back together. And all this for 30 rubles. It seems that the "specialists" were lazy to look for the right detail and decided to drain me in such an elegant way, it's just a pity that the drain occurred at my expense: both temporary and financial.
The score is 0 out of 10. Disgusting attitude, price and timing.
By the way, as a result, I repaired the vacuum cleaner in another center, in two days, for 155 rubles.

I applied in July 2023 about a non-working microphone on a Xiaomi redmi note8 smartphone. I came from another city on business, I had to do it urgently to leave on the same day. It was written on the website that the repair period is from 2 hours. I arrived, explained the breakdown. They replaced the microphone first, then called back and said that the second microphone also does not work and if I want it to be made, I need to pay extra. I agreed, because there was no time. Of course, I had to wait a little longer, 5 hours and the money went somewhere around 120 rubles, but I went home with a fully working phone, which I was incredibly happy about, since buying a new one would be more expensive, and with repairs in our small town everything is very sad, waiting 2-3 weeks and not the fact that they will. I liked the service. I handed over a vacuum cleaner for repair. Diagnosed in a day, they immediately called and indicated the reason. If you agree to repair there, then diagnostics is free. I was satisfied with both the quality of work and the speed. After 4 days, I already took my vacuum cleaner. The only point is parking during working hours...to find a free place -you need to try (there is also one-way traffic).
I asked to replace the talking microphone with the MI MAX 3. In the late afternoon, they called and said that repairs needed to be coordinated and I had a swollen battery.
On the same day, I was at another service center and the phone was disassembled and assembled with me (the battery was ideally).
Then they called Chernyshevsky again and said that the device would be given with the lid not closed, like the battery was very swollen (I handed it over to them in a closed form).
As a result, I came to pick up the phone and said that the lid should be closed under any circumstances. (as I handed over, I will take the current).
And so they did.
I went to the service again and the phone was opened in front of me. Everything was fine with the battery!!!! Even the serial number matched. :)
The microphone was installed on Chernyshevskoo, everything works.
