The location is gorgeous-the very center, service for five, a very good restaurant,atmospheric,delicious food, wonderful waiters. For those who drive, the hotel does not have its own parking.

We chose a boutique hotel purposefully, counting on an individual approach to the guests. As a result, there was no hot water in the hotel, there was only one excuse, the whole city was turned off. The next day they assured me that they had given me water, but I had to wait for it to leak. I waited for more than an hour, neither I nor the other guests had any water. Nothing was done. If a hotel doesn't have an autonomous system, how can a hotel have 4 stars?
Parking is a problem, having come to terms with the fact that parking is in a nearby shopping center, a new problem has arisen. It is not possible to unload things from the car, you are being chased by an evil parking guard of some law enforcement agency opposite.
We came to the hotel for lunch, there is nothing on our face except hatred for the guests.

The hotel is in a good location, the center, there is a place to walk. The hotel has 3 floors, there is no elevator! You will carry the suitcases yourself. The standard room is small, without a balcony, there is not a single hook and not a single shelf in the shower. To get dressed, you need to go out into the corridor naked and get dressed there. Such a pleasure. The breakfasts are delicious, the service is so-so.

Just a lovely hotel. We stayed there for a day and did a wedding photo shoot. In honor of our holiday, we were accommodated in a suite, although we booked standard. There was also a compliment from the chefs - a fruit plate.
It's just insanely, insanely pleasant.
A wonderful place, a wonderful view from the window, wonderful rooms.

Overall, I liked the hotel. But interesting solutions are not always convenient. For example, the washbasin in the room is very much for an amateur. And the lack of a mirror in the shower / toilet makes you think. Anyway, it was an interesting experience. But next time I'll come to another hotel.

It is strange that prices are announced at the entrance in dollars, but then they are written off in Belarusian rubles.

We lived in a deluxe room, on the day of departure I clarified whether the room was booked for the next day, they said that the room was available. I asked to be allowed to leave not before 12:00, but before 15:00, they said that it was necessary to pay 50 percent of the room rate per day ... it was possible to meet halfway, given the cost of living in your rooms, and not try to cash in on the little things.
I'm not going to this hotel anymore.

Maybe the owner will read it, improve it and it will be even more perfect)) The rooms themselves are perfect, everything is thought out with taste, BUT, for example, there are not enough hooks for towels in the shower, a rug at the exit from the shower. It's a problem with WiFi, they barely connected it at the reception, it's unrealistic by themselves. The rest is small things!!! PS. Check the rooms after the guests, because when I went to the shower, the switch was broken and just fell into my hands!

We scolded the room for the wedding night with my wife for a month. We specially chose a room with a balcony for the morning photo shoot and the bride's fees, the balcony was very important, we paid the entire amount in full for the month, immediately called to confirm the reservation, thanked the rooms are free or not, said that everything is there, do not worry. They called in 2 days to find out if everything was okay, they said that everything was fine. We received a call the day before check-in and were told that there were no rooms with a balcony (when asked why we were not told about it yesterday or a month ago, we answered we do not know how it happened! This..... Not a service.
The kitchen is good and the rooms are clean. But this mistake ruined everything for us very much on our wedding day.

Among the advantages - the hotel is fresh, excellent location.
Among the disadvantages - there is no Parking, even a stop for unloading suitcases is problematic. Superior room with a bathroom - the size of an entrance hall, of which a quarter is occupied by the bathtub itself. Stupidly, there is nowhere to put the suitcases.
In the shower in the dispenser, the gel ran out immediately on the first go (apparently, no one checks before checking in).
The service is strange, they asked for a second blanket, they said it was not available. There is not another blanket in the whole hotel, surprisingly.
There is a moth flying in the room.
Overall, the impression is twofold: good location and renovation with surprisingly low quality of service and room service.
