UPD In the case of working with me as a guest, the real work with damage looked exactly as I described. It's strange that the hotel's response says that my experience with them has nothing to do with a really built-in procedure. And I left the hotel quickly, because I was really in a hurry to meet, and not "pretending", my husband stayed to check out, he was in no hurry. The hotel's response was once again amazing. Everything is in the best traditions of service, it is necessary to accuse of dishonesty 😁
The equipment is wonderful, the interior is magical. The second time I was at the hotel, the first time the review was 7 out of 5, I planned to visit and recommend further. If it hadn't been for the last visit. After about an hour and a half after check-out, I received a message with an offer to pay for the damage caused to the property of the hotel. The reservation was not made for me, but I received a tempting offer. Moreover, it was offered to pay about $ 160 for a wine stain on an egg-sized blanket and a lipstick mark on a towel. During this time, the laundry was obviously not washed, but they asked for payment. I explained that the stains are washed off, after a couple of hours the amount was halved. Moreover, there is no mention that the initial claim is not proportionate, no excuse for putting up an amount for non-existent damage. Just "unfortunately, the blanket was not washed off, as a result, payment will be made only for it." This amount is called a fine at the hotel. It is a common practice when there are stains, a dry cleaning bill is issued or, if the property cannot be used, it is written off and offered to be picked up by the client, because he pays for it, and the hotel can no longer use it, in fact, this is the damage, taking into account depreciation. The story with the spots continued until the evening, the wonderful impressions were mercilessly spoiled. As a premium hotel, this establishment definitely needs to work with its customer service standards. You can at least sort out the situation before invoicing and apologize when it turned out that there was no damage initially billed, part of the property was removed. By the way, when I called to clarify the nature of the stains and the obvious possibility of washing them, except for the administrator, who is definitely not related to the introduction of stains, I could not talk to anyone. To solve complex issues at the hotel, usually someone more competent can talk to the guest.
Please be careful with the linen and towels in this hotel.

I was with my family at the end of July, the Family room, everything is fine! We checked in immediately upon arrival before 14 o'clock, a beautiful room, a super bed and pillows, air conditioning, two TVs, a bathtub and a shower. Everything is new and clean! Great cleaning! Delicious breakfasts to choose from!
I recommend it to everyone!

1. The lack of parking or any acceptable solution at the place of unloading luggage if you are traveling by car (standing on an emergency stop on the road or running with suitcases along the cobblestones from the nearest entrance pocket is not a solution). 2. The sink is not in the bathroom, but a zone separated by a partition from the living area - we did not understand this decision at all (are we at grandma's in a village house?). How to relax when you have water pouring behind the partition?
The location is good, no doubt, but if you are in the upper price category, then the basic things need to be taken into account.
I will positively note the restaurant - delicious, pleasant service.

Overall, the impression is pleasant, everything is very beautiful. But it's not very convenient. There is not a single shelf in the shower, there is nowhere to put bath accessories. There is a cold floor in the toilet and hallway, there are no rugs. All this, of course, can be experienced, but it would definitely be more comfortable if these points were finalized. There was also no iron in the room. The location is great, I liked the restaurant too.

I found this hotel in the search by accident. The expectations were fulfilled. Great location, everything is nearby. Do not rush to look for parking, the guys from the hotel kindly offered their own. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The hotel is new, February 2022. They are nice, helpful and friendly. Be sure to visit the restaurant and cafe at the hotel. We'll come again!!!

A wonderful place in the heart of Minsk.
Wonderful service and pleasant staff with a prim look, but very open-minded openness and hospitality do not make you feel what is called "out of place".
Delicious coffee with coconut and almond cream pleased the soul of a suffering vegan who was longing for rest in decent places.

The hotel is new. Good repair. Nice design. Polite staff. The disadvantages are poor noise insulation and the view from the window I got to the construction site. Of the 3 types of breakfasts, I liked only the national one (cheesecakes).
At the eviction, they gave jam and marmalade-it's nice :)

I really liked it. The hotel has been open for less than a year, everything is brand new. The interiors, details, service - everything is very thoughtful and lovingly done, and very beautiful. The staff is attentive and friendly. A small but pleasant compliment was prepared for my wife's birthday. In general, everything is much better than in soulless chain hotels. There are 4 types of breakfasts, you need to order the night before. I liked the English breakfast the most. The hotel is on a beautiful street, and it was quiet at night. All the sights are just around the corner. There is no elevator.
There are many restaurants around. In the same house there is a cocktail bar Padre, who accidentally came to a party with amateur Latin dances. It's a lot of fun just to watch.

The sink is placed in the hallway, this is a controversial design move. But the lack of a paste brush was frankly frustrating, for such a level of hotel, it is at least strange to expect that I will bring my own..
Wardrobe, safe, table, chairs - everything is standard. The mini-bar is small and frost-free as standard, but it is very diverse in assortment from Beefeater to Becherovka.
The staff is 5, everything is prompt, polite and high-quality. From cleaning to booking a table in a restaurant.
There is a summer veranda of the restaurant under the window, and not a very talented singer, but this is purely to find fault.
I haven't been giving fives for a long time, so 4)

Great rooms, staff and breakfasts, BUT! if you want to sleep at night, this hotel is not for you. The hotel is located on a street with night drinking establishments, the music from the PADRE institution screams until late (I think they should agree on the end time at night of this daily Latin American carnival), its repertoire is poorly selected, the same thing is playing in a circle, by the middle of the night I learned all the songs, and the next day they were spinning in my head... Deeeespaaaaaaciiiiito..... If the windows of the room overlook Revolutionary Street, then it is impossible to sleep.
I repeat once again, the hotel staff and the rooms themselves are excellent!
