I liked it: a beautiful hotel in a historic building, stylish interior, comfortable mattresses, a sufficient number of hangers for clothes. It is located in the very center on a narrow old street with many restaurants and bars. On Friday and Saturday evenings, live music was playing on the street right under our windows (but for some it will be a minus), they sing until about 22h. A decent contingent.
I did not like it: the price for payment upon arrival was higher than it was written in the booking. I booked through the island for 14410r, but in fact I paid 16607r. Uncomfortable pillows, none of the 2 options suited me. If the windows face the street, music from the bars will be heard at night before they close. The first night, after 3 hours of sleep and the road in the previous day, I did not hear, but the next night it was already in the way. If the windows overlook the courtyard, then you will have to look at the construction site 10 meters away. If you are driving, then you will have to look for parking somewhere else. Mediocre staff at the reception. There are also questions about the quality of cleaning, because on the day of arrival and after cleaning the next day, someone's hair band continued to lie peeking out from under the curtains. There is no elevator.

It's expensive, but there's no toothbrush or razor for that money. Water flows through the door (since the seal is not uniform). The administrator reacts to comments about this, but there is no action!) the terrace restaurant is generally a separate story, for breakfast if you see more than 2-3 tables occupied, then you will have breakfast in 40-60 minutes, for 50-80 rubles of local currency.

The service is excellent, the rooms are off-set, the sink in the hallway is also cool. The staff is wonderful. The location is very convenient, 40 minutes from the airport. The atmosphere inside is worthwhile. The price tag is high, of course, but it's the same everywhere in Minsk, not a country to live in.

A day before arrival, we received a request to clarify the check-in time. Despite its smallness, transport accessibility to the hotel is quite convenient, not far from the Nemiga metro station, and the entrance for a taxi is also comfortable.
The design of the hotel and rooms is aesthetically pleasing. The room itself was very pleased with its intimacy and the absence of extraneous sounds.
The staff is friendly and promptly responded to the request.

A modern, tastefully decorated, clean and cozy hotel in an old building. We were very happy here. We got a spacious room on the 2nd floor, with Windows on a quiet street, with a huge Murano chandelier, two sinks. An area with washbasins, a shower and a toilet in different rooms form a separate rather large area. A la carte breakfasts in a bright and cozy restaurant on the ground floor. I really liked the national breakfast!
I would like to warn future guests that a pretty black makeup remover is not disposable. And upon check-out, the hotel staff monitors its availability in the room.
Also, the hotel management needs to do something about the tightness of the doors in the shower room, since with all our efforts not to splash water on the walls, it still flowed abundantly into the wash area. However, it is worth saying that there were enough towels to solve this problem.

The breakfast is delicious, but it's not the usual buffet. Each guest is served a dish ordered by him at the hotel restaurant. The problem is that in parallel, the restaurant serves guests from the street, and there are few seats in it. In short, we sat down at the only available table and waited for our breakfast for 45 minutes. The guests at the other tables also waited a long time. One couple left with us without waiting for the ordered dishes.

A very beautiful hotel in the very center, on a cozy restaurant street. The interior is designer chic. The single room is small and looks more like a capsule hotel, but everything is there and the space is extremely ergonomically organized, so it is cozy and convenient (but for small people) .
It is important that there is no elevator, the suitcase must be dragged up the stairs. Moreover, I read below that there are supposedly luggage assistance services, but they did not offer me, and clearly clarified about the elevator and lifting luggage, so apparently not for everyone))

We came with a colleague on a business trip and decided to stay at this hotel. We were told that this is a wonderful hotel and we will enjoy our time there.
My colleague and I checked into different rooms together. We ordered identical rooms. My colleague was complimented and upgraded the room from standard to deluxe. I decided to clarify, I will also be done, they replied that no, that only for a girl. The sediment remained unpleasant. They said that the view would be beautiful on the historic street and all the rooms were very cozy. Okay, I agreed. As a result, I had a view of the parking lot from the window. The colleague had a view of the street. I went to clarify what the problem was, as they promised something else. The receptionist decided to cheer me up and also upgraded my room to deluxe. It's nice, but the sediment remains.
I didn't like the sink right in the hallway. You walk there in both street and house clothes, it's unpleasant. There are no towel hooks in the shower and you can only leave all your appliances on the sink in the hallway. It's not convenient. I've already warmed up and I want to dry off faster, but I'm going to freeze in the hallway. A colleague also did not like it and said that water generally gets into the corridor.
The audibility is terrible, I woke up to the noise of a hair dryer and an alarm clock in the next room. From the voices in the hallway.
It is also unclear how compliments are left in this hotel. My colleague was left with chocolate, but they didn't leave anything for me. It's a small thing, but it's still not pleasant.
The beds are big, but it only seems so. At one point I realized that my legs were sticking out and I needed to lie down obliquely.
There is no elevator in this hotel, there are already questions about stardom. There is a staff who will help carry the suitcases. But I would like to get my suitcase down right away without any problems.
The food in the restaurant is delicious, but I got a waitress who mocked me. Apparently she didn't like that I repeated the same order of drinks as my colleague.
A colleague complained about the toilet that the water was not running well. And that the cleaning was not done in the best way.
The most negative moment was when I asked to order a taxi. We asked the staff three times if the taxi driver would be able to provide us with a cash receipt for reporting. And every time we were told that they could, that there was a terminal. As a result, the taxi driver did not have a terminal and we were given a very dubious receipt. When I called the hotel to find out what the problem was, why it happened. We were told that there was nothing they could do to help and that they had nothing to do with it. And when I started to clarify about their promises that the taxi driver has a cash register, they replied that they did not say that.
The hotel is beautiful, it is clear that they thought about the design. But there are many pitfalls behind all this beauty.
Honestly, visiting this hotel left unpleasant feelings. 500 Belarusian rubles for 1 night, I think it's very decent. On the next trip, I will already doubt whether it is necessary to stop there.

And there are nuances in cleaning, too, smudges on the countertop from the sink and traces in the sink accompanied us throughout our stay) and towels were not changed until we put them on the floor, although we did not find any visible information about this. There are not enough shelves in the shower, there are none at all, where to put your funds-it is not clear, I had to keep everything on the floor. Deluxe, weekend. The best hotel in Minsk. Really a boutique hotel. The corridors, the lobby, the reception, the room itself is very cozy. All the details are thought out, everything in the interior is combined. The sculptures in the corridors fit in at 10+.
If you want to get a charge of positive emotions, then this hotel is for you.
It's not often that a hotel has a good restaurant. BUT that's another story. The restaurant at the Zalkind kitchen hotel is one of the best in Minsk. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street - there are a lot of nearby establishments, but the restaurant at the hotel is exactly what you need.
Breakfast in bed with sparkling wine!!! No need to get out of a warm cozy bed... What else is needed??

I stay at the hotel for the second time a year.
Overall, the hotel is pleasant, clean, cozy, good location, excellent restaurant.
The music from the nightclub is very audible, guests come out, make noise, laugh. The music is heard strongly, even on Monday. Because of this, I will not choose a hotel anymore. There was no such problem in February 2022.
They offered to move to another room at 23:30 at night, which was not possible.

the hotel is perfect, I liked it in every way. we were politely greeted, promptly settled in, helped with luggage, took into account all wishes. the room is clean, spacious, with an interesting interior, everything in it is thought out to the smallest detail. The beds are sooo comfortable, it was just fantastic to sleep on them. replenished the water every day, treated with a chocolate compliment. the wi-fi caught perfectly. the windows faced the restaurant street, but it did not bother us at all, on the contrary, it gave us a feeling of celebration and summer. well, by 12 a.m., everything was already silent. I recommend the hotel to anyone who likes non-trivial, memorable, cozy places created with a soul.

We stayed in room 207 (deluxe) from December 31st to January 3rd.
Positive:
- Location - in the center, on a pedestrian street.
- The hotel staff is polite, helpful and friendly.
- A compliment from the hotel - a box with homemade sauces and jam was presented at the check-out.
- Design and decoration - very stylish and cozy, in calm colors. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the new year - there is a large and beautiful Christmas tree on the stairs, New Year's compositions on the windows.
- Spacious room, very comfortable bed and good blackout curtains.
- Delicious breakfasts.
Cons:
- There is no sound insulation between the floors. You can hear footsteps, the sounds of furniture being moved and cleaning on the floor above.
- Music can be heard from the bar or restaurant near the hotel until midnight. It's hard to fall asleep without earplugs.
- There is no full bathroom. The sink is located directly in the room, and the entrance to the shower cabin is also directly from the room. From a design point of view, it's beautiful. But it is functionally inconvenient. You come out of the shower naked right into the room. If you decide to wake up earlier and wash your face, then this automatically wakes up the second guest.
- There is no shelf for shower gel, shampoo, etc. in the shower stall. This is inconvenient for me, because I rarely use what the hotel offers. I prefer to carry my "washbasins" with me. But there is nowhere to put them in the shower, and keeping them on the floor is inconvenient and unhygienic.
- The drain does not work very well in the shower cabin - the water accumulates and does not go away for a long time.
Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel, it deserves its solid four.

A good hotel, a pleasant interior, there is everything you need in the room. Quiet, good location. The only thing that upset me is that with such a huge price, during the eviction you just have to stand and wait for the cleaner to go up to the room and count all the towels. You are detained right in front of other guests, as if you stole something, and then the cleaning lady calls and informs you that she cannot find any towel in the room. You are interrogated, you explain that the towel is in place. A towel was found, we were detained for 10 minutes, we were just standing in the hall like schoolchildren. I wanted to say thank you and recommend the hotel, but honestly, this moment ruined the WHOLE impression of the holiday. I think that counting towels while guests with suitcases and frozen smiles are standing in the lobby and jostling with other visiting guests is just piggishness. This is not a dorm with marginals for 10 rubles a day.
