The bank is small, there is literally one manager sitting there, who sometimes cannot be reached in 1.5-2 hours of constant hanging on the line waiting for the queue to be released. Yes, when you get through, the manager explains very tactfully and in detail, for which I thank him very much. But such a huge amount of time spent waiting (with the chance that you will not be answered even in 2 + hours) overshadows all the advantages of the bank.
In addition, they have a live website(active chat on of. Website) but there is a similar problem - there is no answer.
Online banking is not bad, but the lack of support chat in the app is a huge disadvantage.
2. The problem with the visa gold (non-resident) card is that not everything can be paid online. Even for large service sites, our bank wraps the payment despite the correctly entered SMS code. The payment just doesn't work, that's all.
Plus, transfers via the mir system arrive quickly from the Russian Federation, from a few seconds to several minutes, then all operations inside the zepter bank at the click of your fingers.
I would have put 4, or maybe 5, if it hadn't been for the enormous problems with getting support from the bank.

I just became a customer of the bank, so I won't say anything about the service yet. There were no problems on the way of registration of banking products (accounts, cards). We did everything quickly, the maps are very beautiful, and the mobile application has a very high level of security. I got through from abroad the first time, the message was also answered. The most favorable impressions so far. And unfortunately, difficulties are everywhere now and it's not the bank's fault))
It is not profitable to replenish the card as much as possible!!! If through belcard, then 10+ percent of the commission goes out ($ 80 + each)!!!! If SWIFT is from Russia, it is only a rife. buying currency from them is 3% + a transfer fee of 3%. A total of 6%, but the transfer is only from $ 5,000.
